As suggested an Introduction thread is now set up for us to get a lil insight into who this person we are guilding with are.

I'll start. You can all me whatever you like, I'm actually pretty old in my opinion and have been on Gaia for a long time. However this is my new account, so my Gaia age doesn't match up to my words. Been cosplaying for 5 years i think and been making my own cosplays since the start :3
I like cake but i'm picky cause I like good cake. and I started this guild because I wanted to have place to meet new friends who have the same interest.
Hmmm, that last sentence sounded like i might be a *****, but rest assured I am female, not that old, and into other things. lol

extra info: Hey guys! I'm relatively new to cosplay, I suppose, because even though it's been three years, I haven't made much. My budget has gotten a bit bigger though, so I've started to tackle more projects! I typically cosplay with my fiance, but sometimes I don't. We handmake all of our cosplays and we try to pick things that will pose a challenge! Almost everything I chose to do brings a new skill that I have to learn to the table! Nice to meet everyone!

I might be fairly new to the cosplay scene, but don't discount me! I work at an art/craft store and have helped many people create their props and costumes. I've gone to school for fine art and elementary education. (still working on the education bit)
Detail work is where I shine; color mixing, dying, jewelry making, and hand-sewing are my talents. biggrin

extra info: I love cosplay. I absolutely love it. I wish I could cosplay every day, just because I am the biggest dork like that. Of course, if there were more conventions/excuses to go out in costume in my general vicinity, perhaps I wouldn't have such a strong urge to cosplay constantly... Ah, who am I kidding. I would. Alas, cosplayer though I am, I'm only recently getting into making my cosplays myself. Before just recently, my great aunt, a seamstress by trade, made all my costumes. But she won't be able to do it forever, so I figured it's about time I should get learning... Expect me to get very inquisitive.
In case you haven't noticed already, I talk a lot. Expect that too. XD Other random things, I am an artist - currently in school, hoping to get into animation. My two biggest dreams are to move to Japan and work for Nintendo, hopefully getting into the Zelda department... and working at DisneyWorld as a Disney princess. >.>

extra info: I make most of my cosplay, although there are a few that I can buy pieces for and put together. What I do know about sewing and crafting, I taught myself, all for cosplaying. I go to Sakura-con, Kumori-con, Aki-con, and do group get togethers with friends in cosplay, happens about once a month, unfortunately, I cant always make those ones whee
