The Earth year is 3024 CE, 4 After Earth, as the planet was lost to disaster only a few short years ago. Luckily around six hundred years prior, the humans of Earth had already established contact with many neighboring galaxies. However, when space colonies were first founded, Earth was not aware of the danger lurking in a galaxy at the edge of the human's known universe. The Anaxatar galaxy, began it's conquest of the known universe in Earth year 2658CE and has since been expanding control over galaxies within its reach. When Earth resisted control in the year 3020, the planet was quickly disposed of, killing billions of humans who had not been off-planet or had not been aware of the impending doom and escaped in time. Although the humans are not yet endangered, they are quickly on their way to becoming so. The Anaxatarians have imposed strict rules for humans living within their controlled parts of the galaxies. Rules such as a curfew on some planets, restriction from certain galaxies and sectors, and other unfair laws for the Universe's weak minority have come into play and have hit the human spirit hard. While a small few have been lucky enough to know the right people in Anaxatar, others have been much less lucky and been sold into slavery in all parts of the universe. The human and other oppressed inhabitants of the Anaxatarian side of the Universe have one hope however, and that is the other side. As it is very far away, the Anaxatarians have deemed it too difficult to control in their present state, however, they have already established intergalactic trade with the others, and consider them allies, presently. The largest presence on the other side however are either wealthy merchants from around the galaxies or galaxies full of beings who will do anything to avoid conflict. The humans are scattered about the universe, and many of them are disunited since Earth's destruction and are trying to find their way in a new time, After Earth.

Characters Profile SkeletonName: Played By: Species: Appearance: Occupation: Brief Bio:
Name: Titania Played By: Arrieth Species: Human Appearance: A young adult human woman with the curves she exploits to get her way, and often. But Titania uses more than her looks to get what she wants. Her attitude and cunning help as well, and it is disguised well under her appearance, to always give her the element of surprise. She is tall and curvy, with short platinum blonde hair, and piercing blue eyes which can appear soft and innocent, if only she wants to come off in such a way. Occupation: Titania labels herself as a daring pilot for hire. Usually she uses her ship for dangerous and illegal flights through the restricted sectors, but she has occasionally also dabbled in piracy, spy work and nearly anything else she can do for money. Brief Bio: I think I've pretty much said it all.Name: Sebastian Michaels Played By: Arrieth Species: Human Appearance: Short and nerdy. Pretty much everything you can imagine about nerd, describes Michaels. He is small, pale, scrawny, and frightened by social interaction. He rocks the glasses, an engineering school jumpsuit most of the time, and, often, a frightened expression. Appearing much younger than he is, Michaels at least has the intellect to compensate. Occupation: Michaels is a student of engineering at a military school in a safe corner of the universe. Although he excels in his studies, Michaels is quite frightened by change, so he is spending as much time at the academy by staying a student, putting off the one class he needs to graduate. Brief Bio: One marked characteristic of Michaels is that he exhibits some of the worst luck possible.Name: Farin Khelor Played By: Arrieth Species: Human, but barely Appearance: Although quite handsome, it is hard to look past that personality to get to like anything about Farin. He was born to a human, but far from Earth, and therefore holds no regard for the planet or its inhabitants. Marked features include his stern brow, short, chestnut brown hair and cold, black eyes. Occupation: Farin acquired a vast amount of wealth through trade and investment as a young businessman, and proceeded to simply finance an entire planet to the extent that he was simply named Governer for life. Rarely seen outside of his home where his business also takes place, he has a large staff of servants and slaves to bend to his every whim. Brief Bio: Given previously. Also he's pretty much a d**k to everyone.Name: Dannik Played By: Arrieth Species: Andromedian Appearance: The species is very humanoid in its structure, aside from a few differences in facial structure as well as overall build. Usually the cool colors make up the skin-tones of the species and they are often speckled with white as well. Occupation: A servant in the Khelor household, usually spending his time annoying Farin or side by side with Perdita doing chores or just being goofy. Brief Bio: Dannik is a bit crazy, but Farin can still trust him for the important tasks. He's been in the household nearly all of his life and is completely loyal.Name: Cephnem Played by: Naughtygrl144 Species: Nezothition Appearance: A short girl with a slim figure and long black hair, larger then human solid green eyes and black skin with glowing skin patterns of white and shades of green. Occupation: Cook (sometimes) and seamstress of the trading vessel. Brief Bio: Cephnem was a princess, one promised to another man on another planet. As she was being transported to the home of her new husband, her ship was attacked and she was forced into an escape pod, when some time later she was rescued by the trading vessel she is now aboard. Name: Rockwell Played By: Naughtygrl144 Species: Human Appearance: A tall broad shouldered man with short cut brown hair and bright blue eyes. The kinda guy most girls would find pleasing to look at, though he seems unaware just how charming his smile can be. Occupation: Crew member of a large trading vessel Brief Bio: Rockwell had been born on Earth, his family left not more then six years before it was destroyed. Before he got a chance to really settle into life his colony was attacked most of the humans being taken as slaves he a smart lad talked his way onto a ship as a worker rather then slave and escaped to the life he has now. Name: number 4765 (Cella) Played By: Naughtygrl144 Species: human slave Appearance: A young women with soft green eyes, and long blond hair, usually braided back into a bun, a bit on the thin side, she usually walks around with her head down as not to attract too much attention. Occupation: slave Brief Bio: this young girl was born into slavery, her mother having had been taken as a slave, she was raised in the same house hold and worked there most her life. Unfortunately the master has a surplus of slaves and has sent this one off to be sold in a near by market on a neighboring planet. Name: Perdita Played By: Naughtygrl144 Species: human like Appearance: A small young women, pretty in her own, almost human appearance. Short brown hair, brown eyes and glasses. Cella was dashing nervously around in the kitchen, much to the amusement of the kitchen staff. It was afternoon tea time and she didn't have the tea ready. Pouring the hot liquid into the master's favorite cup, very carefully, she quickly dropped in the appropriate amount of sugar. Though tea making was no longer one of her chores it was something she found to be a good way to stay in the master's favor.
"Careful Cella, you'll spill that all over the floor before you even make it to Ferin's study." Perdita walked over and picked the cup of tea up off the counter. "Why don't you go back to his bed and wait in one of your nice new little outfits and I'll get this tea to him?" She grinned knowing that the conversation would make the girl uncomfortable.
Flushing lightly Cella carefully took the teacup back and placed it on a saucer. "No ma'am. I can bring this to him without spilling it." Cella had a soft voice one not meant to ever raise more then a careful inside voice. Dipping her head she hurried off to the master's chambers knowing full well he was likely waiting with a unhappy scowl to the door. ~ ~ ~ ~
Some where in the reaches of space the shipping vessel Xanferzis was moving steadily to it's newest drop off zone. The cargo consisted mostly of none living goods, but in the slaves cells, there were a few slaves to be sold on the Khelor planet. Rockwell was checking the storage making sure none of the goods had become dislodged from it's place, the ship had just avoided another pirating attempt on the ship, the chase had been full of evasive maneuvers and the captain was worried the chase had damaged a few of the goods. "Everything looks good!" He called to the intercom system above his head. Walking back to the other side of the holding rooms he passed by the human holding cells, he never bothered to look at who they had in there. Not after one hapless slaves had asked him what it was like to be free. Heading out into the hall he found the alien princess waiting for him.
"Everything is good?" She asked tilting her head to the side inquisitively. "The captain is quit worried." Chephem joined him as he walked back down the hall to the control bridge.
"Everything is fine." Rockwell smiled down at the girl. How he wished he could convince her to stay with him.

"What's with the human market on Gettig?" Titania allowed the Khelor doorman to take her coat and shrug without an actual answer for her. She was used to it, he never spoke. "You should be happier to see me, it's been years, loser." The doorman grunted and his four eyes darted to the small man standing behind the woman. Titania smiled, "Pay not attention to him, he's a client." She noted the doorman's raised eyebrows and scoffed, "Wipe that look off your mug before I wipe it off for you, I'm a pilot, remember?" She turned back to the scrawny one who seemed to be a bit red and nodded, "Come on. Last pit stop before we start on our way, I promise. Just gotta see an old buddy of mine." She grabbed him by the wrist and dragged him straight for the stairs. "Fairy!" She busted open the door into the nineteenth century-styled study, where sat a man by a fireplace with a book in a simple red armchair.
The man sighed, but didn't look away from his read. "I wasn't expecting you, Titania, what could you possibly need? Could it be money? Maybe a new ship? Some sort of favor? I'm sure whatever it is I can't help yo-" He stopped as the woman had crossed the room during his spiel and pulled a small rolled up parchment only to hold it in his face. "Oh?"
"Happy Birthday." She let go of the small scroll as he took it. Titania smiled, "Picked it up around Andromeda from a nice Arugalian trader."
Farin looked at the sealed scroll for a moment before he tucked it away into his jacket safely, "Thank you." He placed his book on the arm rest and nodded toward a small collection of books to the side. Titania followed him over. Before she had finished moving, Titania had been grabbed by the clothing and slammed against the bookshelf. "My answer is forty. No more, no less, you can tell him that."
Titania smiled as their hands met discreetly between them. She noticed Michaels making a sudden movement but gave him a quick glance to stop him. Her eyes went back to Farin before she raised a free hand to comb fingers through his hair with a laugh. It was then that she noticed the girl in the doorway. "Cute new servant."
Farin pried the woman's arm off of him before he turned around and his face softened a bit, "No. My slave." He turned his attention to her, "Cella, come."
"You have a slave now? And a human? Shame on you. I should steal her away." Titania giggled, "But my friend and I have to get going, and soon. See you Gov'na." She gave him a quick, casual salute and smiled, bounding off, grabbing her accomplice on the way out.
Farin rolled his eyes as they left, and shook his head. "That was, different." He sighed and pat the breast of his jacket quickly before pocketing both hands in his pants. "What do you need, Cella?"
---
Titania noticed the shipping vessel to the side of the market and frowned, "One more pit stop."
"Another?" Michaels whined, "But I thought this was going to be quick."
"Relax." Titania rolled her eyes, "Just one more stop. I want to know what this one's doing here."

Cella had seen the whole thing, only arriving a moment after the guests. She had never seen the women before but was itching to know just who she was and what her relationship with the master was. As she walked quietly over on her bare feet Cella sat the cup of tea down on a little side table. "I brought your afternoon tea Master Farin." She said dropping her eyes to the floor so he wouldn't be able to see the unease in her eyes, she just needed to restore her perfectly managed emotions, being around the master always set her off her normal balance. ~ ~ ~ ~
As the vessel docked Rockwell headed out to the landing dock and informed the man waiting just what their vessel was and what they were unloading. After checking in he made a motion to the captain and the unloading began. Walking back onto the ship Rockwell was dragged off to help unload the slaves, not all the humans were comfortable around the alien crew, but they were fine with a normal human. Chains were placed on all their ankles and locked together. As Rockwell walked with the slaves down to the dock he waited for all of them to make it off the ship. Their was probably only twenty of them, a small number compared to how many normally they brought.

"Thank you Cella." Although he noticed the girl seemed a bit off at the moment, he preferred not to question it. Well, not directly. "Is there something else?" He looked t her for a quick moment before he noticed another servant entering and nodded him over, "Dannik, I need this under lock and key, got it? Coded."
Dannik nodded and placed a hand out for the object, which he expected to be more than a small piece of paper. He could swear that Farin was the only man in the universe still using paper if he didn't know that this was from someone else. He tucked the scroll away on his own person and bowed out, closing the doors behind him.
---
"Are you serious?" Michaels watched with Titania and the crowd as the ship was unloading scores of humans obviously being sold into slavery. "I know the planet's gone, but this is ridiculous."
"Not surprising seeing who their enemies are." Titania made a face, "Unfortunately, they're not all going to get pampered like Farin's little slave." She sighed, "Guess there's only one thing we can do."
"What's that?" Michaels seemed skeptical. And he was right to be, he didn't know much about the woman at all, except for that she was a bit too daring.
"We commandeer the vessel." Titania unfolded her arms and started pushing through the crowd toward the ship.
"You mean hijack it?" Michaels turned to the side only to see the woman had already started walking.
"Commandeer sounds a bit less illegal." Titania shrugged, not slowing or stopping.
"Well it's not! Where are you going? Come back!" Michaels ran to catch up with her and tried to get her to stop, but her mind seemed to be made up.
"You're an engineer, right? Best way to get on the ship unnoticed?"
"It's an 18-7, 3019, you'd probably use the emergency bottom under the individual hold, just under the starboard side. But it doesn't mean you should. Hey! Stop! I said don't!" Michaels immediately regretted showing off and groaned, knowing he had better follow. Well, the slave thing was wrong.
Titania seemed to be rather experienced in this when she crawled her way up into the ship and helped Michaels up with her. She closed the latch behind them and turned to him, pulling a gun out of seemingly nowhere, she handed it over. "Here. We're just going for the head, alright? All I need you to do is follow my lead."
"I don't know how to work this thing!" Michaels distanced his body from the gun and tried to hold it with as little of his hand as possible.
"Man up." Titania reached over to put it in his hand the right way. "Now follow." She reached down and pulled another gun from seemingly nowhere as well then nodded for him to follow.

Cella remained silent until the other man was gone. She kept her eyes to the floor as she felt the same calm settle back over her that she had adapted as a child. "Nothing Master Farin." Cella walked over chair she was sure the master was going to return to to read. With little to actually do she spent most of her time standing or laying around Farin. ~ ~ ~ ~
Perdita had just been heading down the hall to make sure no tea was spilled. "Oh got another super secret mission from the boss man?" She asked knowing with guests seeing Farin and then Dannik going into his chamber it meant something was going on. "Once your done with that task, I have a fun new game to play, one involving the boss's pet. We need to take her out for a little walk again." She had a devilish grin, one that if Cella saw, would make her turn tails and retreat. ~ ~ ~ ~
Chephem had been in laying high up on a pipe in one of the halls, preferring the darkness that she was used to on her home planet, to the bright light of this new planet. When she spotted two people sneaking about. They weren't part of the crew, and they had guns. Hitting the ear piece she had to on she whispered into the receiver. "We have intruders. Halls lower decks, sections 6 by emergency escapes." The message went to the captain, who hit the emergency button and sent out an all call, sending the crew running down all halls to meet the intruders. The young alien grinned to herself. Her original ship had been taken over, and finally when she ad just convinced them to giver her a ride, someone else came to cause trouble? Not on her watch, she wanted to get home. ~ ~ ~ ~
Rockwell heard the call over his own ear piece and hurried the pace to drop the slaves off at the auction house.

Whatever it was that was bothering her, it was probably stupid. She had a tendency to freak out over little things. He sighed, "You want to hear a story?"
---
"What kind of game?" Dannik raised an eyebrow slowly. He did not, however, stop walking, "Knowing you, it's probably mean and even more meaningless. Let's hear it then."
---
Titania laughed, "You hear that Michaels? We're in trouble! This just keeps getting better!" She took off to the right really quickly with Micahels close at her heels.
"Gah! Why in the world are we doing this?!"
"Pure sport maybe!" Titania laughed and ran right into a crew member. "Whoops!" Her gun proved to be a stun gun and knocked the man quickly to the ground. "Quick, Michaels, captain's quarters?"
"Left now!" That was a lucky boy, being able to think so quickly under stress, he followed the woman in front of him and shouted directions to her as they ran. Of course it wan't long before the two were caught and thrown into one of the ship's holding cells to be dealt with later. "Oh great, "now we're going to die on this stupid ship, and all for pure sport."
Titania laughed, "Oh you youngsters of little faith."
Michaels just gave her a questioning look and uttered a low, "What?"

Cella looked up with a small smile. "Yes please Master Farin." Cella loved the stories he read her. Not being able to read herself made the novelty of a child's bedtime story all the more exciting. "Can we read the stories from," She paused and walked quickly to the book shelf and pulled one from it's row. "From this one Master Farin?" She walked over and held the book out to be inspected. Cella had an unusual talent for remembering what stories were in what book, just by the way the book looked like. ~ ~ ~ ~
"You get as much a laugh out of teasing the boss's pet as I do." Perdita said keeping up with his pace. "Cella needs new clothes. she keeps messing up what she has, I know it's so she doesn't have to wear it, but still." She frowned for she really did have a reason for keeping the slave girl so well dressed, it showed to the guests that visited the house, that Farin was rich enough to cloth even his slave in some of the nicest stuff money could buy. "And I found a lovely store, one that would be more then happy to provide clothing for the Boss's slave, free of charge." She added with a smile. ~ ~ ~ ~
Chephem watched from her perch and waited for the commotion to end. Dimming the glowing designs on her skin Chephem walked to the holding cells. "It's good to see a women being brave." She stayed out of sight her black skin camouflaging with the dark of the cell rooms. "One of the men on this ship is human. Best plead your case with him present. He has compassion for his kind." Chephem liked the women, it wasn't often girls were in charge of anything. Honestly, she would have left them alone if she didn't need the ship to remain on course.

Farin let show a small smile and took a hand out of his pocket to take the book, "More fairy tales? Alright, Come on." He nodded toward the fireplace and took a seat on the rug before it. It was an artificial fireplace, of course, so it still provided warmth and the soft orange glow, but there was no real fire. He pat the seat beside him, "Which one today?"
---
Dannik smiled without responding and closed the door in his coworker's face as he entered the master's room. His business was strictly confidential at the moment, and, well, he liked slamming doors in her face.
---
"She's not a woman." Michaels muttered from the back corner of the holding cell.
"You may not know how to use your gun, kid, but I certainly know how to use mine." She pointed it in his direction and mocked a firing motion before she turned back to the girl outside of the cell, "I can't say I believe a word out of your mouth, but in any case, I need to speak with your captain. Not some insignificant human."
"I don't think we need to speak with anyone, why don't you just let us go back on planet, we'll go back to our own ship, and be on our merry way like we were supposed to be!" Michaels seemed to be speaking with the girl, but he was looking at Titania.
The woman in front of him simply shrugged, "You followed me. Admit it, somewhere deep down, you're just as adventurous as you are cowardly. It just takes a nice a** to follow to bring it out of you."
"Or maybe I didn't want to be left behind on a foreign planet out of my own quadrant!"
Titania shrugged, "Are you trying to convince me or yourself? I already know there's more to you than that nerdy, safety-first type."
"Oh you do, do you? How is that? You don't even know my first name!"
"I'm a good judge of character, always have been. I wouldn't have offered to take you anywhere if I didn't like you."
"And an intergalactic prison in Anaxatar is exactly where I was hoping to go, thank you."
Titania rolled her eyes and turned back to the girl, "Don't mind him, he'll get over it. I'm on a quest to turn him into a man."
"What the hell are you? Because human, is not a proper response!"
"Maybe I'm imaginary like all of your friends."
"That's not funny!"

"Can we read where we left off?" She ashed joining him, the rug was soft and she laid out balancing her head in her hands as she propped her elbows up. "Or did we finish the book?" She asked hoping they hadn't the fairy tale stories were some of her favorite and loved hearing new ones, they almost always had a prince charming and a princess that the prince saved. ~ ~ ~ ~
Perdita glared after the door. "Hurry your a** up." She didn't get angry, after all that was what he wanted. If anything she would just get even with him later. Probably involving his bathing water, or something much meaner then slamming a door in his face. ~ ~ ~ ~
Rockwell strode into the room having had been told that Chehem was keeping the prisoners company. "Chepie." He hissed not spotting the alien right away. In dark rooms like this, one would only see her if she wanted to be seen.
The alien girl stepped from the shadows and over to her crew mate. "Rockie, I was just keeping the humans company. The captain said he was gonna cart them off to prison. You maybe able to convince him just to let them goo before we leave."
"So?" He asked looking over to the cell to see the two bickering humans. "They broke a law. I don't help those kind of people." He turned back to find Chehem frowning at him.
"Not even me?" She asked blinking her eyes and laying her hands on his chest and stepping into him. "I like the women. I'd hate to see something happen to her." She rubbed one hand softly on his chest.

Farin grunted as he saw the page they had left off on. "I don't think you'll like this one." He flipped a few pages before he settled on a different one, "Here it is. Cinderella." He proceeded to read her the story.
---
Dannik took his time about his business in the master's chamber, before he emerged with a smug look on his face. He always felt better when he was entrusted with the tasks instead of someone else. Namely instead of Perdita.
---
"Oh well aren't you mister high and mighty? You feel good betraying your own kind?" She stood, "I wanted to talk to the captain, but you'll do." Titania brushed herself off casually and reached back for a small passport-like object. She opened it, and flashed the inside. "If I were you I would avoid the conflict with the Anaxatarians. They're infamous for destroying anyone who upsets their citizens. Or haven't you heard?"
Michaels scoffed, "Like you're really a citizen of the-" He stopped when the woman flashed the identification card at him. "How did you- I thought humans weren't granted full citizenship there."
"I have my ways of doing everything." Titania said rather matter-of-factly. "And for your information, they're not that bad when you get to know them." She turned back to the two on the opposite side of the bars. "So. Who's gonna get the captain?"

Cella listened intently as he read the new story. One she couldn't help but imagine herself as the princess. When the story was over she found herself comparing Farin to the prince, they were nothing alike, but Farin was equal to her prince. He was kind to her and treated her nicely. More then most slaves could ever hope for.
Perdita walked off soon as the man emerged. "Let go get the slave and take her out, she needs to new clothes. Can't have her running around in the nude." She lead the way to the master's study, and knocked on the door then entered. "Mr. Farin. Cella is in need of some new clothes. Can I take her out for a walk and pick some up?" She asked looking at the two on the rug and smiling to herself. ~ ~ ~ ~
Rockwell didn't look impressed. Though he was finding it hard to concertrat with his dream girl pressed so close. "Well then, I wonder what our Anaxatarian boss will think about one of his own kind betraying him."
Chephnem giggled. "He wont be too happy." she said moving away to stand infront of the cell bars. "It'd be for the best if you just snuck your way out of here."

Farin closed the book and placed it to the side, taking a moment to wipe a hand over his face. "I'm sorry, I'm afraid I should get back to work now." He reached over to brush a lock of the girl's hair back. "Why don't you go spend some time with Dannik and Perdy?"
---
Dannik just followed without asking questions, he generally knew what the woman had up her sleeve.
----
"Wait a minute, wait a minute, what's your Anaxatarian captain doing with a Greiscan cruiser in the lower decks? Michaels stood up this time. "Anaxatarians never use enemy vessels because enemy vessels are blown up on sight."
Titania cracked a smile, "I forgot he was a genius for a minute there."
"It's politics." Michaels shrugged, "But more importantly, if we call him on it, he'll probably have us killed. So, thinking like that, let's sit over her in this cell and wait quietly until we get to prison. Happy life in prison. Yay." Michaels retreated to the corner of the cell.
Titania rolled her eyes once more, "Chill. We'll be fine. I know how to handle this."
