“No fair! You’re cheating!” Lexi exclaimed as she sat up in the snow and brushed herself off. She didn’t have proof, but she was certain that Sasha’s watery nature had lent her some sort of advantage in this snowball fight. Sasha’s wetness was not providing any sort of advantage, though. She could have easily made icy snowballs by sprinkling them water, but that was just mean, and Sasha was not a mean little pokegirl. She wasn’t above using other aspects to her advantage, though. As she tossed her snowballs, her tail, unseen by Lexi, was busily packing more ammo together. Morally, Sasha didn’t see anything wrong with that sort of advantage.

“I am not!” Sasha replied with a grin, as she packed yet another snowball with her tail. Sasha was so glad she had this idea! They didn’t even have far to walk. Well, Sasha didn’t have far to walk. Lexi, on the other hand, didn’t walk at all. She insisted that Sasha carry her. It didn’t bother Sasha to do that, though. She had plenty of strength and stamina for the both of them.

Lexi though, had had enough. She wasn’t giving up; she was about to even the odds. “We’ll get her Myrrh,” she commented to the stone that was currently strapped to her hip. Myrrh didn’t reply, but Lexi was certain that she had encouraging thoughts. Standing up and closing her eyes, Lexi called forth her psychic powers. They came much more easily than the first time she had used them, and soon she was aglow with a blue light. Seeing Lexi bathed in blue, Sasha panicked and threw her snowball. It didn’t even come close to hitting Lexi. In retaliation, Lexi, her eyes now open and glowing brightly, used her power to mold and lift 6 snowballs at once. They hovered around her, waiting to be released. Then, they were launched. Sasha tried to duck, but 4 of the 6 still connected. “You’re the one that is cheating!” she called out.

“Only cause you did first!” Lexi replied with a giggle, falling back into the snow as she did.

Hearing her giggle, Sasha couldn’t help but join in, soon they were both on the ground and giggling.

Ugh, it just had to, had to be snowing, didn't it? To make matters worse, Nix thought it the perfect time to take a jaunt outside and see if he could find any icy-aligned pokémon. After all, it wasn't every day that weather this chilly were drifting about the land!

And, of course, Nix hadn't packed any pokéballs with him. Which meant that Endymion would have to bear with the biting cold, despite it slowing the insect down. The snow was thick enough to hamper the forward movement of the scyther's large legs entirely, but this was only added to the fact that it was hard to maneuver in cold weather when one was equipped with an exoskeleton. Honestly, what was his trainer thinking!?

Well, at least he had a little bit of sympathy for the pokémon, offering him a wool scarf to wear against the chill. He was a little hesitant, considering it was made from a mareep -- seriously, Nix, an electric-type? -- but opted for "slightly warmer" considering the other option was "freezing to death."

It wasn't long before End found he was falling behind his trainer. He sighed to himself out of bitterness, yanking his foot free of the packed snow once more only to have it fall back within the icy confines with another step. If the wind would just die down long enough, he could fly the rest of the way, but nooo, that would be too easy! He grumbled, wondering if he should just wait until Nix returned. He might be waiting for hours that way, though...

It was then that he heard the giggling of two girls, and nearly shrinked back in surprise (if he were able to move that quickly, that is). What were people doing out here in this sort of weather? Who would want to? Well, they sounded closer than Nix was currently stationed, so Endymion decided to check it out. He wasn't the most adventurous, but it sure beat waiting out for his trainer to come back down from that dang-blasted hill.

And they certainly weren't hard to spot in the vast expanse of white. Limbs pinched to his body, he moved stiffly along, but froze in place once they came into view. What were those two doing, anyway? It didn't make any sense... that wasn't how you were suppose to battle opponents! The psychic one appeared to know more about how one truly battled, at least... but using the snow? He paused at that thought; considering how it was affecting his own body, he reiterated to himself: that was actually a pretty smart move.

Blinking, he realized he had just been standing there, a bright green beacon in the snow. Frantically, he ducked down, as though he could crouch low enough for a mere four inches of snow to be able to conceal his figure from view.

Out of nowhere, Lexi suddenly squeaked in surprise. What was that green blur? She only had caught sight of the scyther at the last second. He had ducked down before she had a chance to see what was really there. One part startled and two parts worried, she tried to focus and push her senses towards where she had seen the flash of green. It was faint, but she could sense something. It felt….irritated. That was the best word she could think of to describe it. Irritated was a worrisome feeling to sense. Irritated might suddenly lash out at her. Lexi started shaking, but not because of the cold; she was quite warm in her heavily padded clothing. She was shaking in fear.

“Sa….sa….sasha,” she called out to her companion, her finger pointed towards where she last saw the scyther, “something is over there, something green and fast and irritable.”

“Wha?” Sasha replied, completely oblivious to the new arrival. Looking about, she followed Alexis’ finger, but saw nothing. “I’ll go take a look!” she exclaimed, utterly fearless. It would be hard to call her courageous. Courage implies that one is able to overcome fear; with Sasha, fear isn’t even on the table.

Sasha pulled herself up quickly and headed where Lexi was pointing. Once Sasha started on her way, Lexi, still shaking, rose and, holding Myrrh tight to her chest, she followed at a safe distance. She wanted to see what was there, but was not so eager that she would risk getting too close, too soon. She might of been afraid, but she still had to know what she had seen. She would rather fear something specific then the unknown. Myrrh seemed to not have an opinion either way.

Thanks to her strength, the snow didn’t impede Sasha’s progress in the slightest. It didn’t slow Lexi either. That was for an entirely different reason, though. Lexi was so light that she just wouldn’t sink in. Since she was in the lead, Sasha was the first to see the scyther. In fact, she had already nearly reached him, when Lexi finally saw the Pokémon. Alexis realized too late what Sasha intended, despite having witnessed it numerous times. Sasha was moving in to lick the new found Pokémon.

Out of Endymion's own panic over his vulnerability caused by a curious stupor, he realized a little too late that there was no way that he could keep an eye on those two -- let alone his own immediate surroundings -- in his current position. Crouched into a stiff ball, he had nearly buried his spined head in the snow in his haste, burying his nose behind two malicious-looking bladed arms. It wasn't until he heard the pounding of feet against the icy snow, a surprisingly delicate sound for a crunch, that he noticed he was in a bit of a pickle.

He had it ingrained in his mind that it must have been an attack, a random encounter so to speak, despite them being a couple of kids playing in the snow. Where he drew the line between "human" and "pokémon" was a bit obscure, but the lines were blurred at the moment. He shot upright, standing back firmly on the flats of his feet and armed himself. Literally. Although he was never good with conflict in the past, he tried to look as threatening as he could, crossing his arms in front of him before flicking one out as warning.

Unfortunately, he also happened to be standing on a patch of ice, hidden beneath the blanket of soft snow. The one brief, quick moment was all he needed to find himself pitching backward in a less-than-ceremonious manner. All-in-all, it looked... entirely unintimidating. And quite comical. He scowled beneath a wad of snow that he managed to accidentally kick onto his own head.

Flustered, sitting upright and surrounded in his own shame, he could do nothing more than attempt a quick defensive maneuver instead of the offensive he had been trying for. This meant stiffening up under the fear that he might get more snow tossed at him or something. Obviously, if he had encountered a true random battle, he wouldn't have lasted long.

Not to mention, he would have made a pretty lousy opponent.

Sasha tilted her head to the left slightly as the scyther shot up, seemed to enter an offensive position, and then unceremoniously fell backwards into the snow. A slight chuckle escaped her lips. She didn’t want to offend the Pokémon by laughing at him, but it was just funny to see and she couldn’t resist. She meant no ill will with her laughter, but there was no guarantee that the scyther wouldn't feel the same way.

“Isn’t the snow fun!” She exclaimed as she closed the distance between them. She was, quite obviously, completely misreading his reaction to falling in the snow. This was partially due to her loving the snow so much, that she couldn’t understand someone not loving it and also due to her own, at times, unusual reactions to situations. She just couldn’t read other people well. As she neared him, she leaned in to lick him. Not the move, though, that was in her repertoire of attacks, she was just licking him. The possibility that his arms might be dangerous didn’t even cross her mind.

Seeing him rise out of the snow, Lexi panicked. She knew what he was. He was a scyther! His arms were razor sharp weapons of ultimate destruction! At least that’s how it seemed in her fear filled mind. It wasn’t just the danger of his arms that worried her though; it was also his emotional state. Those two, combined together, could be truly hazardous. She tended to view Sasha as her protector, but, even with all the faith she had in Sasha’s abilities, Lexi was worried what the scyther might do to her beloved companion.

In response to the escalating situation, Lexi did something completely out of character. She sprinted towards danger. She needed to be there if Sasha needed help! Unlike Sasha, Lexi was showing courage; she knew fear all too well. Unfortunately, Alexis wasn’t in the best of shape and, by the time that Sasha was leaning in to lick the razor sharp Pokémon, Lexi was quite out of breath and could not shout a warning.

Despite the mounting tension, Myrrh continued to calmly rest between Lexi’s palm and chest.

If a blush could have made its way onto the surface of Endymion's exoskeleton, it would most certainly have appeared. As it was, he wouldn't have been surprised if some of the snow perched on top of his head had melted that much faster because of it. While he was angry and humiliated by the laughter that Sasha had exhibited, he couldn't very well blame her for the reaction. Well, he could, but such regard wasn't exactly founded.

Despite the flood of negativity that emanated from him, Sasha's comment caught him a little off-guard. Fun... to play in? What was she talking about? He didn't understand the concept, nor did he know who exactly the blue-armored girl was talking to. Did she honestly expect an answer out of him? His rage was quickly dissipating into a more mild form, slowly being replaced with his curiosity from earlier. What a strange girl...

His thoughts cluttered his mind so much that the fact that the hybrid pokémon was closing distance didn't seem to register with him. Perhaps it was because she didn't harbor any ill feelings herself that he didn't notice. It was Alexis that had his attention as the more "ill-intent" one, but only because she reacted with such quick movements for defensive purposes, as though he were attacking.

Granted, he was going to do just that moments prior, but that didn't stop him from being distracted by irritation at the action. It nearly prompted him into action again, twitching to hop back to his feet despite previous embarrassment. In his alerted state, so narrow-focused, it wasn't until it was too late did he see how near Sasha had gotten. Endymion let out a squawk in surprise, but tried not to accidentally flail his arms, lest it end hazardously. Well... more so, as far as End was concerned.

This was not, by far, the first Pokémon Sasha had licked. She had licked fire types, psychic types, even the god of Pokémon. This was, however, the first time she had licked a Pokémon in such icy conditions. It was also the first time she had licked a Pokémon that was, well, lacking in body heat. The scyther was cold blooded, and, being that he was surrounded by snow, his exoskeleton was rather icy itself. Her long, saliva coated tongue touched down on the exoskeleton covering Endymion’s face and would not move from that spot. Much like a little boy licking a metal pole, Sasha’s tongue was practically glued to the right cheek of this scyther.

Sasha did not panic; instead, her face seemed to radiate confusion. Why won’t my tongue move? she thought. “I, I, I ung,” she muttered, “I ant I oov it? Hut is appening? Mm uck!” Unable to stand, she plopped down into a seated position. “Exi,” she called out, still determined to prove that her ability worked, despite her current predicament, “I ink he is a ug ipe!”

Lexi visibly winced at Sasha’s proclamation. Of course he was a bug type; it was obvious just looking at the Scyther. The bug like wings, the exoskeleton, everything about this Pokémon screamed ‘I am a bug type!’
She couldn’t understand why it even mattered though; Sasha was now stuck to him, why would she bother with her guessing? Finally catching up to her, Lexi slowed to a stop and began to assess the situation. “Um,” she started, scratching her head, “You look like you’re stuck….” It was an obvious observation, along the lines of Sasha’s bug type proclamation, but she didn’t really know what else to say. She certainly had no idea how to separate the two Pokémon.

“Ello,“ Sasha started, deciding that since she was stuck to him, she might as well introduce herself, “I m asha.” She then added, first motioning towards Alexis then back towards the scyther,” Is is exi! Hut is ur ame?” All in all, Sasha seemed to be taking this unusual situation rather well.

Somewhere deep insider her rocky shell, Myrrh felt sympathy. She knew what it was like to be stuck.

Endymion froze as he felt the slobbery appendage latch to his face, joints locked in a mixture of shock and horror. What... what was she doing!? What was she thinking!? From her actions, the scyther would have thought her to be some sort of lickitung, but she hardly looked the part. This logic was swept away with the blue-haired girl's proclamations, making him shudder at the nearness of the conversation.

In a ditch effort to attempt to get away, he started leaning away from her, thinking that there was no way Sasha's tongue could stay attached to his body like that unless suction cups were involved. As soon as he started yanking, however, he encountered the failure in that train of thought, so ceased the movement lest it potentially get painful. Instead, he scowled -- which wasn't too difficult for a pokémon of his genetic make-up -- and moped in place instead. Again, he wondered what it was the girl had been thinking.

It was then that he started understanding, in his grumpy silence, that the hybrid really was talking to him. He blinked, confused at this revelation, wondering why she was asking if she wouldn't be able to decipher what was referred. Should he even bother insisting with this charade? Was she really as insane as she seemed?

What could it hurt? he thought to himself with a sigh and a shrug of his shoulders. <> he said bluntly with a huff, expecting no response in return. If there was one, there was a good chance it would have nothing to do with what he said anyway, so he busied himself trying to think of an alternate way of escape out of this current predicament. He glanced down at his arms, but thought better of that train of thought; that would only serve to potentially harm the so-called "Asha." What other options had they at their disposal?

“Ello, End, End, End, eee, me on!” Sasha exclaimed with much effort. It really is hard to speak with my tongue stuck to him, she couldn’t help but think. She couldn’t believe he was accusing her of leeching his face, though. Why would he ever think she would do such a thing? She just wanted to determine his type! Determined to defend herself from his accusation, she replied, “I m ot eeching ur ace. I unge is uck. It is, It is, rozen to ur ss ss shu shu shu-ell.” She tried tugging backwards, but it didn’t help in the slightest. It only made her tongue feel a bit sore. Calling out to her companion, Sasha pleaded, “Elp me exi, peas.”

Saddened by Sasha’s pleading, Lexi ruffled her Sasha’s frosty hair with her glove covered left hand. “I’m trying to think of something, Sasha. I just don’t know what to do,” Lexi replied, a worried expression on her face. She figured it was because of the wetness and the cold, but she had no idea how to fix it. If only she had been a fire type, then she could easily warm up the frost that linked the scyther with her dear friend. Holding Myrrh up in front of her face, Lexi asked, despite the futility of it, “What do you think Myrrh? Do you have any idea what we can do?”

Myrrh, despite her sympathy for the situation, remained silent.

Maybe he can help, somehow,
Lexi hoped. She was still leery of this scyther, but she had no one else to turn to right now. “Um, Endymion, is it?” she started, “You don’t know any fire type moves, by chance, do you?” It was a long shot, since most bug types weren’t really known for having a mastery of fire, but it was still worth asking. Eying the scythe like arms that his species was surely named for, she couldn’t help but worry at what the alternative route for freeing her might be. Knowing that Sasha’s fate might rest with the scyther, she decided to explain the reason why Sasha had set out to lick him, so that, in case he had trouble understanding her, he would know she had not meant him any harm. “And, um,” Lexi began, stumbling to find the words, “she wasn’t trying to leech your face. Sasha, for some reason, is convinced she can determine a Pokémon’s type by taste. I know it sounds silly, but she didn’t mean you any harm, I swear!”

“It nut illy,” Sasha retorted, still determined to prove that she was capable of such feats of identification, “I eally an ell!”
PostPosted: Thu Jan 12, 2012 10:27 pm

Endymion was left speechless for quite a long pause of time after Sasha seemed to chant his name in her attempt to pronounce it correctly with a frozen tongue. The pause may have gone unnoticed, considering he wasn't the most chatty to begin with, but his widened eyes may have been enough to voice what couldn't be spoken. <> he asked, dumbfounded, as the two girls tried to hatch an escape plan.

It was by this point that Endymion's defenses were probably at their lowest. Alexis and Sasha never really seemed all that bad, he realized, in that they didn't seem to actually want to attack at all. Not that he really understood the full extent of the lick, that was just bizarre, but they appeared rather docile. It didn't help that they were quite human in appearance, which only served to confuse the young scyther that much further, and lead to even more deterioration of his guard.

Once he regained his senses, he tried to focus on the explanations that the two were trying to offer. Okay, so maybe "leeching" wasn't the correct phrase to use in this case, as she wasn't exactly acting like any zubat he had encountered. That was his fault, and he wasn't above admitting that, <vampire...>> He couldn't, however, offer an alternative for the term, so left his apology at that.

He nodded when "Exi" had pronounced his name correctly -- and remembered it, too! Further embarrassment over that fact, considering his name wasn't the most common, surely would have surfaced if he weren't so anxious to get out of his current predicament. There was nothing more awkward that he had encountered thus far than having someone else's tongue stuck to one's face. He glanced down at his arms and twitched a scythe forward, realizing that all of the moves save for one particularly useless one (in this case, at least) would only serve to harm Sasha. <> he explained, trying to take a look at Sasha for her own reaction, <> By his tense voice, it was apparent that his agitation was coming back. He could only take so much humiliation for so long.

“Of course we can understand you!” Lexi replied, not seeing any reason why the Scyther would think otherwise. Lexi had known about humanoid Pokémon for some time now, but even when she had first met one, she had just assumed it was some unknown species. Thus, the thought, that the scyther might of not realized that they were Pokémon, didn’t even cross her mind. Normally, it might have, but, currently, she was just too distracted by Sasha’s predicament to think through his confusion completely.

“ah, of urse ee cun,” Sasha confirmed. She was in a slightly different boat then Lexi, but she still didn’t understand Endymion’s confusion. She had no memories before her transformation, so, for her, the humanoid form seemed completely natural. She knew, of course, that not everyone had seen such things, but the possibility, that another Pokémon would have no idea of the changes that had been happening, seemed completely alien to her.

“A vampire?” Lexi asked, her eyes widened with horror. It wasn’t that long ago that Sasha had convinced her to stay up late and watch a scary movie that had vampires in it. She couldn’t sleep for what seemed like a week after that. Though, that was likely just an exaggeration, it doesn’t change the fact that it had frightened her something awful. “Sh..sh…she isn’t a vampire!” she proclaimed in defense of Sasha. How could he think such a thing of her? She was sweet and innocent!

Sasha’s reply to the vampire comment was much less defensive. “Hut hu u ink I m? A ubat? I unt ave angs,” she mumbled with a giggle. Why would he think that, she wondered, my teeth aren’t even pointy! Though, after his statement, she couldn’t help but think of how neat it would be to be a vampire. She had recently watched a scary movie about vampires with Lexi; she had thought it was very amusing!

“Hmm,” Lexi replied, deep in thought, “well, if none of us have any fire moves… and we definitely don’t want to hurt her…. And I can’t think of any other moves that I have or that Sasha has that might help… what can we do?….” She was worried, even more so than Sasha at the moment. Sasha tended not to worry about consequences, and the possibility, of it ending with her in pain, didn’t even cross her mind. Suddenly, and seemingly out of nowhere, Lexi had an idea. Practically jumping in place with excitement, she asked, “Endymion! Can I have your scarf real quick!?” Then, turning to Sasha, she continued, “And Sasha, I need your gloves! And your coat! Do you think you can handle not wearing your coat out in this weather?”

“Ure, Il be fin,”Sasha replied as she slipped off her coat and gloves and handed them to Lexi. Luckily, the extra clothing was mostly unnecessary, Sasha was still quite comfortable without them on.

Myrrh remained silent, though it would be reasonable to speculate that she might be curious what Lexi's plan was.

'But of course!' The usage of the terms instilled in Endymion the knowledge that he did not know nearly enough of the pokémon world. So, turning into a human like this was common? He hadn't known any others to have done so, but he figured it was possible; he did spend most of his time as a feral pokémon hiding from encounters... so it wouldn't have been too far-fetched a leap. He felt embarrassed over the question; was he the only one who didn't know about it? With a wry sense of humor, he mused at how easy it would be to get Sasha's tongue detached by the heat a blush normally produced from an individual... too bad his exoskeleton was a mite too thick for such a thing to occur.

He glanced at Alexis, a little confused over the proclamation before he realized his mistake. <<Oh, n-no, I mean I didn't-->> he tried, but held back a shake of his head in defeat. He revised what he was trying to say mid-sentence instead, <<I-It was suppose to be a joke, sorry. I'm not that good with them. I didn't actually think she was a vampire, I just thought that's what you two thought I meant when I said she was a leech...>> Was he digging himself a deeper hole with that statement? He would have face-palmed had he the ability to do so; the sooner he was out of this predicament, the sooner he could stop embarrassing himself in front of people who actually knew what he was saying.

Despite his growing apprehension, Endymion felt bad that Alexis seemed to be all but exasperated with concern over her companion, and the fact that the scyther himself was lacking in the idea department. He may have felt helpless in this predicament, but he wasn't the only one...

His icy blue eyes brightened when the ralts girl seemed to have grabbed on to an idea. He almost glanced down at his own scarf when she had indicated it, but upon feeling the resistance with his face once more, remembered that that wasn't the brightest idea. <<Yeah, go ahead. Please.>> he insisted; he may have been cold, but that still didn't give him any attachment to the mareep-wool scarf. He nudged it off his neck carefully and attempted to hand it over to Alexis without ripping it. Curiosity was taking the place of irritation.

“Ip fim,” Sasha replied, still giggling. Despite being surprised that he would compare her to a vampire, she was amused by it. “I jsh dwn ave immy angs. Eaking uf ampears. Ee ust atched a oovie abut em. It as rate! Ave ew eva een a ampear oovie?” Honestly, Sasha seemed to be the least concerned, out of the three, about her present predicament. She seemed to continue talking, completely oblivious to how unintelligible she currently was.

“Um, sorry about that,” Lexi started, after giving it some more thought. “I…I… didn’t mean to be so defensive. I’m just worried about Sasha and I overreacted. It’s not like what happened is your fault.” Turning toward Sasha she added, the tone in her voice becoming slightly sterner, “Right Sasha? It isn’t his fault.”

If she was able to, Sasha would have laughed at that. “Ip iz my ault!” she proudly proclaimed. She obviously wasn’t deterred by the results of her licking. If anything, she was becoming more amused as time passed. This definitely wouldn’t deter her from future licks.

Shaking her head, Lexi said, “Thanks,” to the scyther, as she unwrapped the scarf from around him. She then slid off her own gloves and set to work. First she placed the 4 gloves around Sasha’s tongue, against Endy’s face. Then she wrapped the scarf around them, though not tightly, there was still enough room for air to get through. Then, she knelt in close to Sasha’s tongue and covered the three of their heads with the coat. She set about breathing as hard as she could, down the airhole that the wrapped gloves made. She hoped that her warm breath, combined with the gloves, scarf, and coat, would be enough to warm Endy’s carapace.

Endymion blinked in surprise, which quickly turned into confusion, which in turn melted into minor frustration. He tapped at the ground idly with a bladed arm, as though he were trying to drum his nonexistent fingers, and replied to Sasha with a meek, <<Can... can you repeat that later? I can't seem to, um... understand what you're saying.>> He was trying to make sure he didn't give anyone else a reason to be further flustered, despite the fact that Sasha didn't really respond in such a manner thus far. Best not to make any more waves...

Ugh, he was really not liking this. Not only was this predicament humiliating, but he seemed to be making people feel bad about whatever he said. He was beginning to think that it may be better for him to just keep his trap shut for the time being. Unfortunately, he didn't like feeling as though he were being rude, so that idea was out of the question. Sure, giving off an air of intimidation was one thing, but he didn't have to be impolite about it. Briefly, he wondered if he was contradicting himself with his code of conduct. <<It's understandable to be upset,>> he managed to agree, though he could not draw from any personal experience on the matter. However, he may have been on his own for most of his life, but he could understand camaraderie -- at least a little bit. He had no idea how to respond to Sasha's enthusiasm to place the blame on herself. She was... very strange. He had no better description for the strange blue girl.

He tried to watch Alexis as best he could without having to move his head. It put a strain on his eyes at times to attempt it this way, but he was able to fill in what he couldn't physically see with what he felt. Well, isn't that clever, he thought to himself, surprised at the idea until he remembered how he had first seen her, She seems very tactical. Perhaps a blunt observation, but one that continued to put him on edge from her.

Once he caught the full idea as to what Alexis was attempting, Endymion tried to pull away at regular intervals to see whether or not his chitin armor had warmed enough to release him and Sasha from each other. <<This has GOT to look ridiculous...>> he mused aloud, though mainly to himself to keep from getting too frustrated once more.

Mid breathe, Lexi suddenly giggled. Throughout this predicament she hadn’t really been paying much attention to the emotions that surrounded her; she had more pressing things to concern herself with, but, as she was about to exhale, she sensed it. This scyther, this fearsome scyther with the scythe like, bladed arms, was intimidated by her. It came as quite a shock to her; she really didn’t know how to react, so, well, so she giggled. It was a completely new sense to her. She had been intimidated by Pokémon before, and had sensed other Pokémon being intimidated by Pokémon that weren’t her. Is this Bug-Type Pokémon with long bladed arms found her intimidating, well, maybe Bug-Types weren’t so scary after all?

Lexi set back to freeing Sasha, though it would not be uninterrupted. Endymion’s remark caused both Lexi and Sasha to burst out laughing. The little Ralts couldn’t help but add, “This is far from the first time that Sasha has looked ridiculous!”

“Eh,” Sasha cut in,”ur wun oo alk. Hut aboot eh tim ewe aught ewe aw a gust? It us oost Mer!”

Lexi’s eyes widening, she practically thundered out, “You aren’t supposed to talk about that Sasha!”

“Shi heinted!” Sasha practically shouted out between fits of laughter.
Narrowing her eyes at the other girl, she exhaled loudly and then set back to freeing her. She was slightly annoyed that Sasha had revealed that, but she knew that her friend didn’t really mean any harm by it, and she certainly wouldn’t punish her by not continuing to help.

Before long, it seemed to be working. The warmth was weakening the bond and, with a snap, Sasha’s tongue popped off the scythe as he pulled away.
