HOROSCOPE : Cancer. It fits her well because she is sensitive, caring and loyal. She has tendency to get emotional and shy as well.

STARTING STAGE : Stage 2
DESIRED JOB LOCATION: Mayor's house
JOB TYPE: Maid
Hall girl (second stage) - In other words, maid-of-all-work. It is in her responsibility to keep all public places (mainly the hall and corridors) clean and tidy. She isn't allowed to go in mayor or her wife's rooms or touch to any personal or expensive things (which is probably wise, knowing her clumsiness). She also sometimes cooks and serves dinner to Fritzgerald and Matilda and runs on errands for them.
Laundry maid (third stage) - Now that Tara has earned her bosses' trust more and they know her strengths and weaknesses better she has been given a position where it is less possible to her break things and where she can be the most useful. She is working mainly in the laundry room and in bedrooms, washing bedsheets, clothes and whatever needs to be washed in the household's laundry room. She is also responsible on drying the clean laundry of course, folding it and putting it in their right place. Of course she helps out with other chores when needed but laundry is her main resbonsibility.
Even though she is now trusted enough that she can enter in any room she wishes, she is still not allowed to touch any personal or expensive belongings of the mayor and his wife without good reason.
??? (fourth stage) - I know this stage is not guaranteed but that doesn't mean I couldn't have ideas for it.
I can see Tara as best as a great housewife doing her best to make her husband happy. She would help with chores, support and listen him when needed and take care of their children tenderly while not asking much in return. All she would need would be some love and kind words so she would know her work is approciated. A challenge with this option is to find a husband to her though. XD
Another option would be Matilda's personal servant, kinda like lady's maid. She would prepare her ready for the day or special events by brushing her hair, doing make-up, helping her to choose clothes and accessories, etc. She would also do errands specially for her and give her company while she or the mayor is travelling somewhere. However, if there is just few workers in the mayor's house at the moment when (should it ever happen) Tara goes up in ranks, this kind of specific position doesn't make much sense.
... Unlike position as a housekeeper, which basically would mean she would be the highest ranked maid in the household. She would teach and assist new maids to their positions and make sure everyone would do their jobs. The biggest problem with position is that I don't really see Tara as a leader though. She is a quiet girl, preferring to stay in out of the way.
So, my preference would be a housewife > Matilda's maid > a housekeeper. But who knows where the RP takes her and does she ever reach this stage.

HAIR STYLE : When free, long and wavy. She keeps her hair tied up with a thin net often during her work hours to keep it out of the way.
HAIR COLOR : Dark purple. Very dark purple
EYE COLOR : Very dark blue, almost black
SKIN COLOR AND TONE : Quite fair. She doesn't spend much time outside.
BODY TYPE : Tall and thin. Not skinny though.
OTHER FEATURES : Tara has a thing for stars, moon, shooting stars and night sky overall. She often wears accessories that revolve around of the theme of those things. In example, she wears star earrings almost everytime.
Her ears are also slightly pointy. This family trait doesn't give her any hearing or other kind of advantage.
CLOTHES : An elegant looking long maid outfit. The cloth under apron could something else than black? Royal blue or purple maybe? (Colorist's decision!)
