It is up to the individual to talk with their mental health care provider to discuss what the best treatment option for them is. In no way do I advocate or endorse any of these methods in a positive or negative way, I'm just providing the ideas of options. I also strongly dis-advise against any type of self-medication in any form and encourage anyone not currently seeking treatment to do so if at all possible. That being said, if you have any suggestions to add, just let me know.
