Appearance description: Isamu has many scars on his body. He has fox ears, a long black tail, fangs, and a set of black wings that he can hide whenever he wants to. He often wears thin shirts and sleeveless shirts to help keep himself cool.
Personality: Isamu is extremely quiet. He rarely ever talks and is very timid and stand-offish. He has depression, which may cause him to have horrible mood swings. Some say his bi polar, but who knows. He may very well be. Or maybe hes just hurting on the inside?
Bio: Isamu was born in Russia but his father was Japanese (Hence his Japanese name ). His parents were the head of a drug cartel. This put the young boy and his two brothers in danger. Eventually all three boys were removed from their abusive home and placed with new families in the same country that Rosentale is in. Unfortunately, they were separated because of this. Isamu has been through many foster homes, and is trying to find his place among his new family, who are considering adopting him as their own.
His real name is Wren but he received the nickname Isamu early on in his life. Isamu means courageous in Japanese and the name was chosen because its the complete opposite of the boy's actual personality.
Isamu spent his early life teaching himself art and music. He has been severely sick his entire life. He is allergic to salt and has Post Traumatic Stress Disorder. He also has a low tolerance for the heat, and will get very sick if it is too hot outside for his body to handle. He has the ability to control ice that emits itself from his body. The only time he really speaks is when he is singing or acting, which is what he loves to do the most.
Since coming to Rosentale Isamu's attitude has improved a great deal. He has met friends and has started to talk more, though his thick Russian accent still gets in the way of his English sometimes. There is currently an adoption pending that will make Javor, the school nurse, Isamu's new guardian. (If he isn't adopted by the time he turns eighteen then he will be sent back to Russia ).
On an added note, it should be obvious that one cannot really be born a chimera. Chimera's are the outcome of human (Or beast ) experimentation. When Isamu was younger strangers were always stopping by his house to meet with his parents. One of these people had decided to make some changes to the boy (and his parent's didn't care, obviously ). Isamu can barely remember anything about that day, or what the man looked like, aside from the look that had been in his eyes. The only thing he remembers about the actual process was the incredible pain that it had brought him and him waking up in a large tank or water and almost drowning.
Skills and Abilities:
- He has the ability to control ice that emits itself from his body. He cannot, however, summon demons or turn himself completely into a weapon.
- Amazing hearing. Isamu may have human ears but he also still has fox ones. Having two sets of ears enables him to hear a lot better than the average person.
- Great climbing and flying abilities. Isamu's long black monkey tale helps him to balance easier and his wings enable him to fly.
Character Flaws:
- Shy, Isamu is extremely shy and this can be very debilitating for him. He won't speak even when he needs help, though since coming to Rosentale this has improved a great deal.
- Insomniac. Due to the extreme night terrors he has Isamu is afraid to sleep. he rarely ever sleeps and when he does it isn't for long.
- Jumpy. He has PTSD so he will randomly have horrible flashbacks to past abuse and may have a panic attack (Which he is very prone to ).
