Metropolis was a city of hope and wonder and strength. Its citizens were bold, strong hearted and didn't fear the bumps in the night, seeing their red and blue hero as an example of who to be. Kruger HATED Metropolis. He much preferred Gotham, the people there feared the night, they feared him. And the people in this bright city would fear Kruger soon enough. But first he had a job to do. Ra's gave him the mission to retrieve something from Nowhere labs. He awaited his back up to meet up with him before beginning the breach. Normally he would have said no to a mission like this, a mission where they are given so little as to what they are looking for, but he had his own agenda after words.

Sitting in her office. Amanda Waller surveyed the recent developments of "The Project" It seemed as if things were going according to plan. Soon the Earth would have it's weapon and they had to thank a certain Business man for his help in acquiring the necessary components to be able to create "The Project" Before she left her office and the Nowhere base to head to handle "other" important matters. She walked into the main laboratory and sternly addressed the Security and to all members of the Scientific staff"Proceed with all necessary testing and make sure The Project" will be ready for it's first field test. I want to make sure we will be able to create more of it. It's important that we get this done.Our National Security depends upon it. I want to see results once I return in a few days. is that Understood people?"After she had spoke she looked up at "The Project" and smiled with a look of admiration at what this meant for her and her superiors and accomplices" "Soon,very soon..We will change the world Superboy."She then turned and left the secret base and headed for her private transport to Washington D.C.

A figure appeared behind Kruger in a burst of blue flames. He walked towards Kruger and looked down at the lab. "Celia said you could use a hand with this before we head to Star labs... what exactly does Ghul want in there...?"

Kruger looked over to Akuma. "I was expecting Talia, but you'll do. Ra's says that something in this lab needs to be brought back to him. Its something of Kryptonian descent. Whether its organic or mechanical I came prepared. Once we get it we give it to an agent waiting for us a club deVile and then we sad to star labs to acquire the thing WE need." Kruger looked at the entry points of the lab. "Five guards. two at the front entrance and three snipers on the roof...its the easiest entry point, but we'll need to work our way down since the kryptonian signature is about 200 feet below the surface."

Akuma looked at the three snipers. "I'll deal with them..." Akuma's eyes glowed blue as a large black cloud grew over the building. He lifted his hands up before quickly bringing them down. 3 bolts of lightning simultaneously shot down from the cloud and struck all three snipers at the same time. "Lets go in shall we?" Akuma floated into the air and flew to the roof of the lab.

Meanwhile on the Watch Tower. The Global Alerts picked up tripped security alarms at Nowhere Labs in the city of Metropolis. Sensing that there must be trouble at that location. The Red Tornado decided to alert the Titans and send them to investigate what was occurring there. Being that the League had no knowledge of what was contained inside this compound, this might be a good time to learn more about this place and what it's occupants might be up to
"Attention Titans. There is a Security alert emanating from the City Of Metropolis at Nowhere Laboratories. We have picked it up on local police scanners. You are to form a unit and go investigate what is the cause of this and once you find out the cause. Report back to me at once. I repeat this is an information gathering only mission. Meet at the teleport pads and make ready to depart."

Kruger Sprinted off the building roof top and fired a grappling hook that pulled him to the roof. "Would've preferred something more subtle but not its go time. Only use your fire if necessary..." And with that Kruger was silent. During missions he never spoke a word. He kicked in the door and they began to descend. At the bottom of the stairs were two armed guards. Krugers lifted his palms and two electrified grapple lines shot out and grabbed the guards,electrifying them and pulling them towards Kruger for him to deliver the final blow.

As the photography crew in Clover studios wrapped up their shoot, Eliza received the message on her com earring. Quote: "Attention Titans. There is a Security alert emanating from the City Of Metropolis at Nowhere Laboratories. We have picked it up on local police scanners. You are to form a unit and go investigate what is the cause of this and once you find out the cause. Report back to me at once. I repeat this is an information gathering only mission. Meet at the teleport pads and make ready to depart." She was curious, now. She vividly remembered the incident when her wings burst out of her back during a performance a few months ago. The official details were vague, oddly enough. That video had somehow vanished from it's initial airing. A part of her was grateful, but, when she was starting to wake up in the ambulance truck, she remembered it screeching to a halt and throwing her around. Men in suits pulled her gurney out and stuck her in a dark armored convoy van, saying something about a lab. Lucky, thanks to Cheetah's attack on the convoy, she never saw it. I wonder if it's the same lab... Someone, whom had probably been in an incident like she was, hadn't been as lucky. at least, this was her theory. If was certainly interesting enough to merit a break-in or breakout. Somebody wanted something. Perhaps she would also find some answers as to who had started the rumor after Eliza Star's return that she had faked her death as a ploy for media attention and why. Why had Captain Cold shown up during her initial search for the answer and advised her not to pry? Eliza turned her attention to her manager when she finished changing out of the modeling attire and exited the studio," Change of plans. Can we record the demo tomorrow?" The girl put on a sincere smile and ran off to Titan Tower to change out of her civilian clothes and join the team.

Is in the middle of an interview at Daily Planet when watch goes off with message from WatchTower ""Attention Titans. There is a Security alert emanating from the City Of Metropolis at Nowhere Laboratories. We have picked it up on local police scanners. You are to form a unit and go investigate what is the cause of this and once you find out the cause. Report back to me at once. I repeat this is an information gathering only mission. Meet at the teleport pads and make ready to depart." .. "Ehhh um excuse me sir, hold that thought I'll be right back" Hurry's out of Office and ignores boss as he's yelling outside of Office for me to return as I loosen up my tie. Nearly breaks door when exiting Daily Planet. Superman Hustles to a nearby ally and bolts off to Nowhere Labs sending loose pieces of paper in air "Who ever this is, their in for a rude awakening!"

The Bat was on his way back to Gotham from a sudden situation back in Star City, home of the Emerald Archer. Green Arrow needed assistance with Vertigo and after everything was taken care of, he had to fly back home to go over some files that Oracle sent him a few hours ago. Suddenly Barbara contacting him through his com-link. His pointer and middle finger pressed against his right ear and spoke. "Go ahead Oracle.""Bruce, I've been picking up some strange energy readings coming from Metropolis. I can't get a taste of what it is but something tells me its Kryptonian." "Remind me why your informing me of Superman's problem?""...because sources tell me that it won't only be Superman's problem, but the world."Batman growled under his breath as he shook his head, couldn't believe he had to go to the Boyscout's city. He ended the transmission and pulled the stick right and flew towards The City of Tomorrow

Princess of Themyscira, was sitting in disguise at a wild dance club. The flash of colored lights, strobed in the background. Displaying different colors along the dancers upon the dance floor. The bar to where Diana was sitting was loud and noisy. A different scene for this woman to be located. Sipping on a glass of water the sound of music helped bleed out the conversation that was being passed back and forth at the bar. A bracelet she was wearing suddenly lit up, displaying the time to someone who may have been watching. When in fact a message was being delivered. Mr Red Tornado "Attention Titans. There is a Security alert emanating from the City Of Metropolis at Nowhere Laboratories. We have picked it up on local police scanners. You are to form a unit and go investigate what is the cause of this and once you find out the cause. Report back to me at once. I repeat this is an information gathering only mission. Meet at the teleport pads and make ready to depart." Downing the rest of the water she had been drinking she listened to the message. Even with all the loud noise of music blaring, singing, conversations she could hear the message quite clear. Lifting her eyes up towards the bar tender she smiled politely as she went to pay for her drink. Watching him reply with a smile and simple wave of his hand. She thanked him before she quietly made her way through the crowd, departing the club. As soon as she stepped out into the cool night air, she decided to investigate what was transpiring. Perhaps even lend a hand or two if she came into contact with any of the Titans.

FuriousStyles Furious contacted Superman,Batman and Wonder Woman simultaneously from the Watch Tower monitor womb "Clark,Bruce and Diana..Red Tornado has just told me of this alert and that he is sending the Titans in to deal with this. While I am not to thrilled about this decision. I want to know what you all think? I don't know exactly what's going on at Nowhere Labs,but do you guys believe the Titans are up to this? Maybe we should supervise and go in with them? I can teleport down to Metropolis right now if needed." Wonder Woman ceased further movement from where she was. Making sure she was in a disclosed location before responding to Furious. "I believe it would be wise decision that we should be a vital back up if this investigation were to go south and sour. I'd rather be safe than sorry. Gentlemen? What are your thoughts on the matter?" She stated towards Batman, Superman and Furious then. They heard her answer as Diana waited patiently for their feedback.

Bruce's eyebrow rose as he clenched his jaw, making his way to the City of Tomorrow. Furious knew how he felt about sending the Titans to missions like these, especially when they are not fully trained physically and mentally. He shook his head and replied. "Furious, these kids aren't ready for such a mission. We barely even know what the situation even is. I suggest you let us find out what the problem is first and then make a decision, we cant manage to risk their lives just to give them an opportunity to show off." Batman was only a party pooper but its because it involves the young ones.
