When does class go in session and when is it a weekend so I can have my characters go out and enjoy the placess off school grounds?

It's a weekend when it's a weekend in real life. So when Friday, Saturday, or Sunday comes, you can have your character roam off of school grounds and much as you like. xD
As for having class in session... we're still working on that. You could try having your character give a lecture and hope a student RPer will pop in. ^^''

Yeah, we really have to do something about the class in session or not thing. So far, I haven't taught a single soul about how potions work. xD

Actually, I have sort of a weird question about the setting. What is the technology like. We have a really eclectic group of characters from traditional looking fox yokai, to modern looking Humans. I understood, based on profiles and pictures, that the setting is supposed to be kind of modern. Are we assuming technology is all completely modern, or is it more advanced? Can it be enhanced magically and things like that?
Or is it just kind of...whatever? LoL

Sure. Just send me the url to your picture and I'll try to make something from it. =D You probably should mention what kind of color scheme you want or I'll just pick whatever color seems to fit with your picture and I'm not sure if that's the color you might want. ^^"
When I'm done, I'll pm the code to you. =D
And to change colors for text on Gaia, you just need to click the blue "A" button on the toolbar above the emotes. =D

Whoa, I skimmed over this one. x_X Sorry about that.
Well, the setting is actually very... RANDOM. xD
I'm sure our academy can cope with a more advanced society if it wanted to. You could go ahead and make-up technology as long as you describe it so the others won't get confused. xD
SweetHotChocoIate and I wanted to make a place where anyone could just fit in.
If we had tried to make the place traditional, I would have never found pictures for most of the places. =w="

I'm still undecided. ~_~ But since a lot of the students are kind of socially awkward, I thought it might be good to put in another one that is a little more well adjusted. And the guy I had in mind has these sort of advanced leg braces to help him walk. I wanted to make sure they would be okay. =3 (They're not horribly advanced since his original setting is sort of dieselpunk but yeah...) LoL ^^ I guess I'll work on a profile for him and then try to pick between Ian and Gray. whee
