I don't believe in crew for the sake of crew, so while I won't be demoting old crew that are still active, new crew will be people who have a specific job in the Guild.

I will post open staff positions here. Some of these positions will come with an upgrade to crew, but some will not.

General Requirements for a Job:

Be active in the Guild.
No history of inappropriate behavior. (aka, don't be a poopy head)

General Requirements for a Crew Position:

A recommendation from either myself or a member of my crew.

If you become inactive, or step down, your position may be taken away and re-posted.

Note: With the exception of Guardian Sprites, which are appointed, the only way to get one of these positions is to volunteer or show some interest in doing them. If you haven't been asked to join crew, it's not because we don't like you, it's because we didn't know you wanted a job. Want to help with something you don't see here? let us know!

Duties: The recruitment of quality members for our RP. You will be in charge of hunting down, screening, recruiting and then guiding new members in making appropriate characters. You will keep track of which positions are currently open, and will screen members before actively inviting them.

Requirements: A solid understanding of our lore and requirements. The ability to discern between a good addition to the guild and a trouble maker.

Things we want to avoid:

1) God-Moders:
2) The completely illiterate. (Semi-Literate is fine)
3) The inflexible. (Those unwilling to bend their vision to fit others)
4) Those who insist on World Bending (Those who try to bring in characters who's history alters our reality. Ie, If I brought in Sailor Shiva it would totally change our history. )
5) The mean-spirited
6) Trouble Makers

Things we want:

1) Flexibility. Those willing to create and use characters based on the needs of the group.
2) Semi-Literacy or above.

Responsibilities:

1. Keep the art forum organized
2. Maintaining the Advertising thread.
3. Troll for Art freebies for our members.
4. Get members to create reference threads to help with art acquisition.
5. Organize the efforts to turn our adventures into Manga form.
6. Spot Sailor Moon RPers who also happen to be good artists and bring them into the guild.
7. Help members find quality artists in their price range.

It is NOT your responsibility to do/draw this all solo. It IS your responsibility to recruit and organize your fellow guild members. It's also not your responsibility to PAY for any art other then your own.

Duties:

1. Recording our S1 lore as it is developed.
2. The maintenance of our Season 1 lore forum.
3. Maintain a S1 lore thread (or threads if needed)
4. Screening S1 RPs and Stories for compatibility with our lore before designating them as cannon.
5. Deciding which threads should be included in the S1 forum, and which should simply be summarized or ignored.

Guardian Sprites are are primary decision making body of the guild when it comes to lore. Unlike regular members, they own their characters and must approve their use in any RP or Fan-fiction. These are your go-to people for questions about lore, character use, and rules.

Requirements: Guardianship is rewarded only to those who contribute greatly to the guild in someway (often by fulfilling a job in this thread), have been consistently active for an extended period of time and have had no 'incidents'. Sprites are required to come to Monday Night Discussions and remain active. Failure to do so will result in their character being returned to public domain and their demotion.

Note: Filling one of the other jobs in this thread helps, but does not guarantee Guardianship. Nor does any length of membership. Also, unlike other positions, Guardianship does not come with a crew position. (although most Guardians will have crew status from their other jobs)
