For me it was Jacob and Thane (I lucked out).
Would've been nice to lose Miranda, but as long as Legion, Tali, and Grunt survived, I wouldn't have been that sad anyways.

Lost Miranda the first time around.
Didn't loose anyone second time *shrug*.

My first play through was a miracle, no ifs ands or buts about it, I lost nobody I had Garrus lead the fire teams and Tali handle the tech thing at the beginning. As for the final boss did anyone else feel like it was a terminator rip off or was it just me?

Anyway, never lost any squadies, but my first time through I lost the crew. sweatdrop

I went straight after them after they were captured I saw the video of what would have happened if I waited and...ewww nightmare stuff poor kelly. Well in my case it was poor random colonist

The first time I played through, Miranda died, but during the second time everybody survived.
