This post will contain the IC information regarding the group known only as "Seeds". Your character might or might not know all of the information presented here; some of it is quite obvious, but the roots of Seeds is quite mysterious... An attempt to track the ip of the Head(s) of the group would find it rather tough to do so.
Important: Your character will know if they had been invited to be part of The Courier; if you are just a regular user, your character will not know about the secret rank of the forum!
Seeds is widely known as...
An online forum.
Password protected even before reaching the sign up page.
All users are anonymous and randomly given a username upon signing up.
All users who attempt to reveal their name will be banned from the forum.
A place for students to post and share information they might have on the enemy - aka Hunters.
A way for students to look out for each other as their phones will receive text notifications from the website when a user posts in their thread, or if the Mod makes a new thread.
A way for students to gather without looking suspicious, since it would not be a physical gathering.
Those few who are trusted by Seeds...
Are also called "The Courier".
Hold a secret higher ranking on the forum.
Are able to access a hidden part of the forum.
Are asked to undertake tasks such as checking out suspicious activity, investigating web terminals where someone had tried to hack into the forum/system, etc. Slightly risky work - which is why these people know each other and work in pairs/teams.
Even fewer are those who are really trusted by Seeds; they might know that...
There is actually more than one 'Head', but they share an account.
The idea originated from the Love Squad - Lizzy, Xiu & Junko.
If you are in this group, you are most likely involved in setting up and maintaining the website since the ghouls are n00bs.

Important: IC =/= OOC! Please don't mix up the two!
To get into Seeds...
One of the Heads will invite you ICly. This probably means that you were invited in to be part of The Courier!
Someone ICly gave your character the website + password, since it's a "pass it on" thing.
RARELY, a character might stumble upon the forum and hack into it...
To apply for your student to get into Seeds...
Take the form below and fill it in OOCly.
Kaiyumi, Eight or myself will look over your form.
If we approve of it, we will quote you with your "Username" and send you an invite to the guild... Which is the IC forum.
If you find yourself promoted to "Crew", it means that your character had been promoted ICly!
Want to be part of The Couriers?
You just have to be trusted by everyone first... If even one person in the current Courier is against X-someone being a part of it, it might lead to unhappiness - thus, the "total agreement" thing is to prevent such disagreements.

If you have been quoted here, you have the right to post here with an application form. These are anon emails or texts, sent to your phone, and has an untrackable number... If your character replied 'Yes', they would be sent the password to access the forum as well as a link to it!
All of the people invited here will be a Courier... More might be coming. This is just the first "Batch".
