So I'm still working MORE than full time, not elligible for overtime since I have two jobs, and yet, I'm still always 1-2 pays away from paying off my visa. I have been thinking my next pay will bring it to zero for, well for months now. So technically yes, I SHOULD have it paid off with my next pay in less than two weeks from now. Course I still have to take my mom for a massage like I promised her for her birthday almost 3 months ago. So that will run me 60-100 bucks. And in two weeks, when I start school, I have a $100 service fee waiting for me for my furkids blood work and xrays. So I'm not really as close as I'd like, especially considering how hard I'm working.

Ok, getting to the point...
1. I need a case for my ipad. Especially before school starts and I start leaving the house with it. Going to shop for one today.

2. I'm starting to deal with clients at the clinic, and of course I'm around people a lot at the store. My face has been full of blemishes basically since summer ended. It's getting frustrating and only one thing seems to work for me and that's burt's bees. The antiblemish solution package is $80 bucks which means free shipping and a free body lotion. But, 80 bucks is a lot of money. I really want this, it's one of like only 3 things I wanted that I didn't get for xmas. I want to walk out of my house not feeling totally horrid about my appearance. I also really want to see that visa go to zero.

I'm really debating it right now. My old bosses got me a 100 dollar gift certificate to the store for xmas so I won't have to spend money on pet food or treats for a few months now. I'm trying to convince myself the money I'm saving at the store is what I'm spending on myself but...I mean I could use that money to pay debt.

Buy the stuff you need. Too often we get caught up in what our animals need, and not what we need. Especially if you're feeling crappy about your appearance, buy the Burt's Bees stuff. Feeling more confident about how you look is going to help you feel better in general. smile

As a side note, how is Cowboy's elbow?

lol I agree, I got two cases and a screen shield for the iPad. The third case is on it's way, together they combine to make one seriously awesome case. That cost me total $60 which is not bad, the one I got for my dad was more and not as nice. At least he likes it lol.

I will get the hurts bees, but I think instead of ordering it, I'll buy it in store, it's not as cheap, but I can buy maybe just the cheaper exfoliater, the cleansing gel and just the day cream, and add the blemish stick and night cream when I have more money.

Cowboy is doing very very well. He hasn't been as active as I'd like, but not because of his elbow more because of me working. So it's hard to say how well because we haven't really been playing as hard as we should. But after over a month without adequan, even with playing frisbee and doing about 1pm mushing on Sunday's he seemed fine. I thought I saw a faint limp but really couldn't be sure, so on the 17th I gave him a shot cause I didn't want it to go bad lol. Still no limping. I was also doing fish oil every day for a while so that may have contributed a lot. I'm going to either buy another bottle, get green lipped mussel pills at work or maybe even both! And see how he does with that, wait to see if he limps and actually needs the adequan, maybe the two weeks rest was all he needed and he can manage with just omega 3 for now. If he does start limping I'll pick up a dose of adequan

Of course RIGHT after writting this I notice a limp on Cowboy. gonk We're still a little over a week away from when the next adequan inj would have been. So I dunno, I mean the biggest difference is not adding fish oil daily because he hasn't been running much or jumping at all. So maybe I'll still try holding off on the adequan and picking up the fish oil today.

Settled on the cleanser, a day cream and trying this other scrub to start. This scrub is only 2 bucks less but I figured its worth a try. Total was around 60 bucks. Also got a memory foam pillow, mom said shed give me the money for that. Been having back pain lately hopefully a decent pillow will help, and trying to get back into yoga.

Remember how I said thus gift certificate will last me a few months for cat food...well I spend 45 bucks tonight confused I did get some pet friendly salt for the icy driveway at 15 bucks and a few cans of dog food and some raw bones. And 45 bucks was WITH my discount. So might have to cut back on dog food cans and bones. I think the ones I got should last a good two weeks though.

The only thing left I would love to afford for myself is fish oil with vitamin D and some glucosamine. But instead I'll be buying those things for my dog lol
