Treading lightly upon the ground, the wild dog shook in fear as the sun shifted positions in the sky casting different shadows upon the ground. It wasn't the ideal situation, to be alone in the roguelands unsupervised or accompanied. But, on second thought, he wasn't really one for finding himself in ideal situations. A soft wind blew down the wild dog's backside causing him to jump a few inches off the ground stirring up the dust beneath his feet. As he inhaled the dry, dust arising from the ground the wild dog let out a sneeze that echoed in the small area surrounding him. Immediately he began to regret the accidental bodily function and snapped his head in one direction and then the other.
He prayed no one had been around to hear it, he was completely incapable of holding his own against a wild dog - much less something more dangerous. With a crushing look of defeat in his eyes, Timidstep cowered. There wasn't really anything he could use for cover, and even if he could, his scent was now covering the area.
There was nowhere to run, and nowhere to hide.

-image to be edited in- Bara was quite pleased the wind was awake and playing today, tumbling about the savannah in such a teasing manner. It wasn't a very cool wind, but it wasn't hot and stuffy either. It was her favorite kind of wind, a sort of wind that beckoned you to come play and to be active and to explore. And so she did, her dainty white paws carried her swiftly over the lands, her yellow eyes darting back and forth between bushes as she trotted in the direction she'd picked at random. "there!" The word came out in something of an excited whisper as a rabbit suddenly darted from the bush and took off.
The female wild dog was after it almost instantly, tongue lolling from her mouth as her paws pounded against the ground. She was quicker than the rabbit, she had to be! "Whaaaa~hoooo!" She yelled out, laughing. She wasn't hunting, merely 'racing'. Not that the rabbit could possibly know that!
As she came over a small rise in the land her eyes widened, because her path was making a bee-line straight for another wilddog! "Yooohoo! Look out! Get out of the way!" She called ahead cheerfully, not intending to break from her path. But she was going so fast, and the other wild dog seemed to remain rooted to his spot... so she ended up crashing right into him with a yelp. "Ack! Why didn't you move!" She cried out, tangled with the other. Her tone wasn't angry or mean though, rather it was amused. She started to laugh, trying to pull herself away from the other.

A loud yelp shot out of the male's lips the moment the two made contact. Though one of them seemed to be having a good time of it, Timidstep was anything but enjoying himself. His body was shaking even more now than ever, he'd known it was a bad idea to come out into the Rogue lands alone but he'd done it anyway, and now here he was being tackled by some unknown assailant. Whimpering quite loudly by this point, he hardly took any notice to the female as she tried to explain away the incident. He was far more interested in just being free once again.
Struggling against his weight, coupled with the other dog's weight Timidstep forced one final pull away, before finally finding himself capable of standing on his own two feet. Shaky, but capable. As he turned to face his possible enemy, he took a deep breath and stole a glance. What he saw, was a little .... unexpected. A female, who seemed to be getting quite a kick out of the entire situation. Confused, he tilted his head to the side as he took in her last comment.
"D-Didn't h-h-hear you." He commented, flinching at the mere sound of his own voice. "Why d-d-didn't YOU STop?!" The quick change in his tone and volume made the male twitch once again, this time his eyes darted with him. Attempting to keep track of everything around him.

Her laughing stopped almost immediately with his second demand, asking why she hadn't stopped. Ah! He was offended! And what was with that way of talking? It seemed like he was having a lot of trouble! Now that she took a better look he was shaking like a lone leaf on a fiercely windy day... had she scared him? She hadn't meant to! "Irk! Sorry, sorry! I tried to stop but I was going... too... fast.." By the end of her words she was mumbling, mostly because she didn't like lying. Truthfully she could have stopped, she'd had more than enough time to come to a full stop.
"I thought you were going to move." She added quickly after words, trying to catch his eye but he kept glancing around nervously. "Are.... you alright?" She asked slowly, hoping she wasn't going to offend him with her concern. She rose to her paws finally, shaking out the dust and dirt that had clung to her beautiful coat. "I'm Bara, and again I'm really sorry for running into you! What do you say? Put it behind us?" She grinned fully at the other, trying to smooth things over.

"D-d-didn't hear yoU He yelped awkwardly as he tried to take in the female. She seemed sincere in her comments, at least somewhat, and from her tone she didn't seem all that dangerous either. That seemed to calm the male's nerves, if only slightly. His muscles relaxed slightly but his body continued to tremble something he'd never actually been able to find a cure for. "Fine, I-i'm fine. J-just ..... spoOKED. Another loud yelp echoed across the expanse, and the male shamefully bowed his head. He wished more than anything that he could just have a normal conversation, but so far it hadn't seemed in the stars.
Listening in silence, Timidstep picked up more and more on the female's innocent type attitude. Though it did little to further comfort him. "T-T-Timidstep. It's nice to m-meet you." The male stood from hsi shaking stance, and took a very shaky bow before the female, attempting a smile that just made him look as though he were in severe pain. "So-RRY FOr yel-yelling, can't help it-t" Again, he took a shaky bow and stood from his bent haunches to inspect the female for possible injuries. "Are you h-hurt at all?
I-Im s-s-orry"
