Favorite would probably be Death the Kid and Maka.
Least favorite probably Giriko also or Excalibur

Oh! Tough question! : D
Um...I particularly like Crona, Medusa, Stein, Shinigami, and the little red demon that is within Soul ( not sure if he has a name or not o_o; ). XD
I'm leaning towards the evil/crazy characters. : P
As for least favorite...I don't really like Black Star, he can get on my nerves quite a bit, and probably Excalibur.
So, yeah.

Oh well Stein would definetly be my number one, then Death Scythe, Patty, Freedom, and Kid 4laugh
My least would probably be Arachne, Mosquito, Ox, and the mouse witch... i always forget her name, but she kinda annoys me with the whole "chi chi chi" noise thing she does...

I personally just love everybody; Even Giriko and Asura. Though Asura can creep me out like hell, he's still really awesome. His wicked sense of humor covers it XD.
But...the three people I absolutely hate are:
1: Arachne.
2: Mosquito.
3: Excalibur. HE IS TO BE HATED FOR ALL TIMES!!!!! LOL
