Welcome to the Dorm, Morana Sven, Adriel Halcyon, and Jordan!
Your dorm is now full, but there's only two bedrooms, it seems... someone has to share!
Here's a map of the room:

Morana SvenI'm not the beast my body claims to be... ...or am I? ━┈┈━ A melancholy wail protruded the silence of the night, twisting and turning in such way it formulated a disgruntling gust in which drove carelessly through the air, mocking the fragility of the slumbering youth below. Dark clouds parted from the sky, allowing a single moon beam to coat the ground, its mesmerizing shine reflecting off various surfaces including the roof of a large building; Fuyu. A girl stood outside the Academy, face as emotionless as an empty canvas. Grotesque blemishes stained her limbs, discolouring her skin in the hazy light as though she were ill. Should I be hear, she frowned, clawed fingers momentarily perching on her hips in contemplation. Well, having spent an uncomfortably large period of life locked away in France, freedom was a satisfying taste upon her lips. "A school for the magically inclined," she whispered, recollecting the words of the scientist who safely organized transport to get her here. Just how magically inclined would her acquaintances be? Would they shy from her devilish form? Did she really care? It was old news; Morana was well aware her body bared an unearthly resemblance to a tangled beast; she’d endured enough taunting to confirm such fact. The name calling only increased the urge to turn back time to a period of life where the form hadn’t cursed her skin; to a time when she lived on a boat with her supposedly biological parents, carelessly travelling and pleasantly living life.
What use was it to wish for otherwise, when the past had already been written? The girl was on a fresh page, and with that wished to begin a happy era. A ball of gathered wind slapped her cheeks unwelcomingly, sending Morana hurrying into the doors of the Academy without a second thought. Her arrival was expectant – the Academy were organized and quickly assigned her a dorm. Muttering thanks, Morana exited the reception, a small smile formulating on lips as a result of the nulled reaction the receptionist had portrayed on sighting the beast. Seems they were used to oddities in this building – a pleasing awareness. Earl Grey, she smirked, remembering the English tea bag being sold on the coastal town of Great Britain her parents once docked in; funny name for a dorm.
Having wondered down several corridors, surprised by the size of the place, Morana finally came about her destination. She feverishly turned the handle of the Earl Grey dorm, entering tentatively as though to find someone else in the room…but the dorm was empty. Sighing with what could have been relief, she entered the large living area, comforting cream carpet welcoming her presence. For a brief moment, the magnificence of the dorm spiralled Morana into a level of happiness in which she hadn’t experienced for a long time. A new inkling of hope scattered about her veins, eagerly apprehending the days to follow, wondering if she were soon to have a roommate or two. It seemed, on further investigation, that the dorm housed two bedrooms, with three beds. Uneasy about sharing privacy, Morana was quick to claim the room with a single bed. She had little belongings to customize it with, however, besides a small shoulder bag containing various needs. The scientist had given her a fair sum of money to purchase clothing, for she was scarce on such necessities. Suddenly rather tired, Morana allowed her battered form to sink into the comfortable mattress of the bed, thoughts of the kind scientist lingering in her mind as sleep engulfed her consciousness.

"Goodbye son! And have a good time!"
"Goodbye mother!" Adriel turned to the school towering him. I hope I'll have a good time. Opening the doors of the school, Adriel looked over and around, finally finding the welcome desk. As soon as he went to the desk, he got a look and a key. No words except, "Welcome to Fuyu Academy. Enjoy your stay in dorm Earl Grey." It wasn't the greeting Adriel had imagined, but the workers were quick and efficient. Something he could work and tolerate with. Walking to the long corridor, he saw pictures of elders and animals of all kinds. Probably the school's ancestors . . .
Trotting down the ridiculously long aisle, Adriel still saw no Earl Grey. Advancing down his fourth hall, he finally spotted the door at the end of the hallway. "Thank goodness." Going down the hall, he heard laughter and talking, music and yelling. All this noise was coming from the dorms he was passing. Assuredly, Adirel finally reached the door, his timidness taking over his body. What if they don't like how I look? Adriel looked up at his hair. It was bluish but also green with hints of grey. Looking down he checked out his clothes. A simple white button down shirt with a black tie, a dark teal sweater vest covering the formal shirt. He sported black skinny jeans and grey canvas sneakers. The big, square frames on his nose made him look like a modern day geek. Swallowing anything left he had in his mouth, Adriel held the key to the lock. Blinking, he timorously turned the handle. First peeking inside, he was surprised to see that no one else was there.
He had arrived so late. Or, that's what the bespectacled boy thought. Fully letting his body enter the dorm, he grinned at the sight. Everything was clean and neat. Just how Adriel liked it. He noticed two rooms and went to the one on the right first. Opening the door, he blushed as he saw someone sleeping in the bed. Quickly and quietly shutting the door, Adriel took deep breaths and the image briskly entered his mind once again. He opened the door while someone was sleeping! Where are my manners? I can't believe I did that!
Going to the room to the left he noticed there were two beds. Oh, how very sneaky. He glared at the wall to his right, angered that the single bed was taken. Walking into the slightly smaller room, Adriel glanced around for the closet and put his things inside neatly and quietly. Pushing up his glasses, he dug around inside his extra backpack and took out his wand, a thick spellbook, and an apple. Well I can't just sit around and do nothing . . .

Morana SvenI'm not the beast my body claims to be... ...or am I? ━┈┈━ Morana’s body twitched uncomfortably as dream lands engulfed her soul. The familiarity of her dorm quickly faded in everlasting darkness. Within such darkness, mighty waves loomed; turquoise-green shadows tumbling and churning. Sparks of lightning materialized from black sky, piercing the waves in which toyed with a small vessel…and upon the vessel, a family clung to ropes in despair, drowning in salty water. It was at that moment that the child aboard the boat mutilated into a grotesque, disgusting form. She turned upon her Mother, claws ripping into her kinfolk’s flesh and brutally gutting. Suddenly the child awoke from her monstrous slumber to find her Mother, dead. "No!" The child howled in anguish, face awash with tears. Such cries were matched by the vile tone of a heart broken Father, shunning the child for killing his wife. For murdering his wife.
Morana awoke suddenly, screams of a mortified child lingering in her mind, and stifled her own urge to scream out. It angered her that she was haunted by the death of her Mother; guilt constantly played on her mind, for her Father had so forcefully stated that Morana had killed her own Mother. Perhaps it was true. She’d been hit by the lightning, sculpting her body into a beast. Next thing she knew, her Mother was lying at her side – dead. Morana closed her eyes, suppressing the urge to sob. Though she’d never forget the terrible incident aboard the Sven vessel, she at least needed to overcome guilt and potent sorrow.
The door of the bedroom opened tentatively before quickly slamming shut. Such brash sound caused Morana’s eye lids to flicker open, staring cautiously in the direction of the noise. Someone was in the dorm – but who? A new roommate? And they saw her! Oh God, she thought despairingly. They’d seen her discoloured skin, the horns, the scars, the claws, the beast that she was. No wonder they’d closed the door in such a hurry. Mortified, Morana rolled off the bed, reluctant to exit the bedroom. She peered about worriedly, contemplating escaping through the window or hiding under the bed. She knew she shouldn’t have come, she knew! Sighing in defeat, the ugly girl grabbed the door handle, squeezing it menacingly as she twisted it, departing from the bedroom with her head bowed but eyes alert.
The coast was clear; at least for now. Taking advantage of the empty living area, Morana tiptoed to the door with means to escape. Her intentions were halted by the muted shuffles in the second bedroom. So I do have a new roommate, she frowned, indecisive as to whether she should be pleased about such acknowledgement. Slowly, she made her way to the door of the second bedroom, eager to view the person sharing her residence. The door was ajar, but she knocked politely before entering anyhow. Inside the room was a young man – at least, she thought it was a man, though a feministic tint suggested otherwise. He was fumbling in his back pack, removing 'magically inclined' items. How ironic, a truly magical man for a magical Academy. Why couldn’t she be magical too? Instead she was cursed with an unattractive appearance ladled in scars. Past the point of no return, Morana coughed quietly so to gain the attention of her acquaintance. "Oh," she stated blankly. Immediate embarrassment writhed inside her veins for not having the common sense to say hello. Instead her comment was short, distasteful and almost unwelcoming, swimming in disappointment. Still, she wasn’t prepared to warm to the guy, especially if he thought her to be ugly. A clawed hand instinctively raised to her eyes as if to shield her monstrous features, awaiting the man's response to her foolishness.━┈┈━ Derived onto the Earth to resume the Devil's deeds... ...whilst holy thoughts swirl in unconscious realms.

Opening the large spellbook, Adriel heard a noise at the door. Thinking it was the member that he was supposed to be sharing a room with he quietly sat on the bed, getting prepared to try his hand at a morphing spell. Looking up at the door again, curiosity took over his mind. Why won't they come in? Sighing, Adriel got up and placed his spellbook to the side. Thinking, he put a hand on his chin and thought about the actions he was about to make. Meeting new people was not something Adriel was a big fan of. When he met beings that he had no intention of meeting, he mouth would get dry and he would stutter. When his cheeks were burning, he would feel as if his whole body were frozen. It was something that came with the nerd package that his mother had bestowed upon him.
But, as a geek, curiosity was overwhelming right now. Standing up from the bed, he fixed his jeans and straightened out his slightly wrinkled sweater vest. Fixing the collar and cuffs of his button down, he fixed his hair and flipped it to the side so he could see. Knees buckling, Adriel made his way to the door. His fingers trembled as he slowly and timidly opened the door. Glancing out the door with little thought, someone stood there, hands covering her face. Er, it as a girl, right? Or unless the hair says so otherwise . . . Looking at her hands more carefully, he noticed claws. Widening his eyes and looking down to her other features, he was shocked, afraid. Adriel had never seen anything in his life like her. Even the monsters in his favorite tall tale book were nothing like her. The girl's body was more confusing then anything else. Questions lingered in Adriel's mind. Why is she like this? Who did this to her? What happened?
Bravely opening the door wider, Adriel stood in front of the "creature". She stayed in her spot, still covering her face. Pushing up his square frames, Adriel didn't know how to greet her. He didn't want to interrupt her in the phase she was having. He didn't even know if it was safe to touch her or not. When it happened again. His eyes focused her aura into Adriel's eyes. Covering the outside of her body was a moss green aura. The ambience wriggled in a nervous way. The colors then softened into a light jade. She was a good one. Usually if the person was bad, their aura's would start off as a warm color. The moss color was pleasant enough. Gathering up his courage into a small ball, Adriel inhaled and exhaled. A calm,"Hello, I am Adriel Halcyon. What is your name?" came from his mouth. Hopefully, the statement and question put her heart and mind at ease. He wanted to be the girl's friend. The wish was now on his mental "To-Do List".

Morana SvenI'm not the beast my body claims to be... ...or am I? ━┈┈━ The shocked expression upon the boy’s face confirmed her fears. They couldn’t house a student with freakier attributes than Morana, surely. Certainly, everyone she’d glanced at so far looked human, their abilities secretly hidden. How she wished she wielded concealed abilities instead of being cursed with such foul physical distortion. Her blemished hands stayed high at her face, shying from the terrified looks reflecting in her direction. She didn’t mean to frighten, only to befriend. Naturally, a nicely established relationship with her roommate was the key to her happiness in the Academy, for she’d be spending a fair amount of time with the boy. Recollections of a third bed dawned within her mind, cringing at the prospect of another awkward encounter. The boy’s expression nulled somewhat as his eyes found hers, gazing studiously.
Morana felt the slightest tingling sensation as the boy lengthened the locked stare, as though boring into her very soul. It was as though he was analysing her, picking on the positives, forcing purified aspects of her personality to dart about joyously. Dark attributes hid deep within her veins, dormant and untraceable, laughing devilishly at the raging levels of innocence currently surfaced. The complexities of the girl ceased to be known; not even Morana could decipher her true nature, often haunted by flecks of sadistic lust from unknown origins. She blamed it on the Devil; she could feel his burning touch…and part of her liked it, yearned for it and bathed in his mastery.
The light hearted, friendly tone of the boy broke the day dream she’d been cast in. His words were calming and welcoming, so very unexpected and kind that they took her aback. Clawed hands lowered to her hips cautiously, eye brows raised and lips parted as though searching for a reply. Betrayed by her cowardice actions, she raised her chin stubbornly, defending her position upon the creamy carpet. She was hardly weak, and would not allow another to make her feel bad. The boy didn’t make her feel bad, however, almost…like an equal. This was something felt only by her parents before the metamorphosis, and by the scientist who'd shown her great kindness in a time of desperation.
Adriel? Such a female name, added to a feministic appearance made the boy somewhat hilarious and Morana stifled a snort. Quickly she scalded herself for thinking so negatively; she’d received enough torment to know that meanness dug deep holes of suffering. "Hello," she replied casually as though to acknowledge his kind tone, yet remained wary and withdrawn, "I’m Morana, Morana Sven. You must be my new roommate. I'd shake your hand, only these nail are a nightmare." There; a satisfactory introduction laced with humor. Maybe the boy would like her now.

Adriel nodded. "Morana. . . What a nice name." He said with a smile. Once she said something about her nails, he looked down at them, standing out in the light. Pushing his glasses up he beamed once again. "Your nails are quite alright darling." He took her hand and gave it a gentle squeeze along with a quick shake. "It is very nice to meet you Morana." Adriel had to admit, the hand was rough and sharp, but he knew deep in his heart that Morana meant no harm.
She looks like she's been through a lot so no doubt she would want someone to be there with her along the way. Like the way Adriel's mom had helped him with his magic. It was hard and there were some explosions, but he got through it. And now he was here. Standing with a girl that could intrigue Adriel's curiosity like the way his sister's cooking did. One poke of a fork and it would probably move on its own.
Flipping his hair out of his eyes, Adriel blinked. He truly wanted to learn more about her but he didn't want to press to hard, ask her too many questions. Adriel wanted to get to know her bit by bit. Puffing his chest and fixing his shirt once again and casually leaning on the door, he asked in a polite tone, "How's life?" ~

Morana SvenI'm not the beast my body claims to be... ...or am I? ━┈┈━ Despite her warning hidden in a joke, Adriel took Morana’s hand without thought, which was surprising. As their skin touched, it took a strained amount of effort to keep the long talons from penetrating the boy’s skin. They wouldn’t merely scratch him – they’d skewer him, spouting blood in all directions possible. She would know, she’d hurt enough people in the past, and not all her endeavours were accidents. Relief flooded onto her face when skin parted to reveal unscathed hands. Morana smiled, silently thanking Adriel for his compliment all the while disgruntled by the hand shake. He ought to have waited until she cut her nails; even that wouldn’t go down so well, what with the rate her finger nails seemed to grow.
Adriel was being sweet, acting so casual. Morana liked that. She observed him as he flung his hair, wondering why he acted the way he did. His next question brought with it deeper implications, and Morana couldn’t help but allow her smile to fade as she comprehended the significance of the simple phrase. How’s life? What a question. "Life’s dandy," she lied, shrugging, "Or at least, it will be." Again, the stupidity of her answers angered her mind. It will be? What the devil was that implying? Of course things wouldn’t be alright…but she couldn’t help but hope. "I’ve had some difficult times, but I don’t live in the past," she added confidently. The boy wasn’t to know her strangled upbringing; nor should he care, she thought. He’d get the idea later that night, from her screams, awakening from haunting nightmares.
"And what about you?" she pushed on, "How’s life?" Her tone almost mimicked his, casual yet laced with curiosity. She was yet to become aware of Adriel’s abilities and wished to decipher as much about him as possible, for they’d be sharing a dorm. "What’s landed you in Fuyu, then? You’re a wizard of sorts?" Her eyes lingered toward the large, magical book Adriel had been huddled over earlier, suddenly wary of its content. If he secretly cast a spell on her during the night, he’d receive another hand shake in the morning, and this time skewering would be a given. A spell to make her look normal, however... _________________
OOC: That's alright - where did they take you? : ) Oh, Fuyu has a wintery event on at the moment. It won't be around for long. Perhaps Adriel can suggest they venture there? It's not something Morana would suggest, that's all xD

Adriel watched as Morana answered the question with inertness. Dandy. A simple way to answer a simple question. As she went on, she said she had some difficulties, complications the such. It was enough to fill Adriel's curiosity cup and leave him thinking like the nerd he was. Then, getting taken aback, Adriel got asked the same question, but in a mocking tone. Oh ha ha. Landing me in Fuyu?
"Oh, well, I came to Fuyu because my mom thought that being surrounded by too many humans would be dangerous, for, just the fact that I have powers would get around the school and, of course, people would be asking questions and whatnot. So, my mother thought it would be best to come to a school where I was surrounded by people who are like me. And, I would call myself a wizard, yes. Though doing magic is hard, it still benefits me the way it did my mom. I'm learning it to please her, make her proud. I'd never use it to cause a riff or any other sorts." Adriel explained, a gentle smile landing on his face.
Looking back at Morana, he noticed her gazing into his room. Was she even listening? Looking back into the room with half-lidded eyes, he followed her look to the spellbook he was reading just a little while earlier. Blinking, he looked from Morana back to the book again. Maybe she wants to see whats inside . . .
With a snap of his fingers the book poofed from the bed to his hands in an instant and he was about to ask with excitement, "Do you want to see whats inside?" But before he could, a student peeked their head through the door. How rude. You're supposed to knock first. Though I did leave the door open . . . Seeing ice skates dangle in the girls hands, he thought of what they were for. Seeing Adriel's blank expression, the girl spoke up.
"Are you guys going to the Winter Event down at the Enchanted Lake? It'll only be around for a limited time, of course, because winter will wrap up soon!" She said enthusiastically. As soon as Adriel could say anything, the girl had skipped off with the rest of her friends. Enchanted Lake. Winter. Frozen. Lake. Can't skate worth of nothing. Even though fear shortly took over Adriel, he looked over at Morana. Obviously, staying in the dorm not talking too each other would be a little boring. Maybe we could get to know each other at the lake . . . Adriel put on a kind smile and asked, "Would you like to go to the Enchanted Lake with me, Morana? Erm, for friendly reasons, of course." He would understand if she said no because she seemed like the independent type. Though inside, deep down, Adriel wanted her to say yes. Erm, for friendly reasons, of course. ~

Morana SvenI'm not the beast my body claims to be... ...or am I? ━┈┈━ Adriel’s story was relatively interesting. Seemed the worst of his worries amongst humans was accidentally blowing up a student…or something. Morana wasn’t completely sure what it meant to be a Wizard, but she knew the boy had it easy in comparison to her. She’d give anything to be a Wizard-ette, a witch, a whatever they called the female magic folk these days. What did it matter? Her mind was flying away again and it took some mental force to pull her back this time. Adriel’s Mother sounded wonderful though; a respectable woman looking out for her son. Morana vaguely wondered if her Mother would be the same way if she’d known of her daughter’s distortion.
Guilt twinkled in her eyes as she looked back at Adriel, who had already spotted the direction of her gaze. The magic book sat on its lonesome at the end of the bed, yearning to be opened by its master’s hands. All of a sudden, the book vanished, reappearing in Adriel’s palms with a delicate 'poof'. Morana’s eyes widened, impressed by his playful trick. She could see he wanted to show her the content within the old beauty as much as she yearned to peek. His eyes glimmered with excitement, which made Morana grin momentarily, sharp canines flashing brilliantly in the natural light. The smile vanquished immediately as an unwelcome figure protruded through the door, which Adriel must have left ajar. A young girl bounced about on the cream carpet, cheeks flushed and breathing ragged. Morana’s first instincts were to hide, though she kept her ground, staring at the girl with cold, devilish eyes and a darkened facial expression. The girl took no notice of Morana or Adriel, however. Seemed she simply wished to pass on a message about Fuyu’s special event before vanishing out of the door and onto the next with alarming speed.
It took a moment for the information to sink in. Morana stared at the door blankly, recollecting thoughts. A Winter Event? Eeesh. Adriel didn’t look too pleased about the announcement either, yet he turned to her politely and invited her down to the frozen lakes. Mm. Frozen lakes and Morana was an accident waiting to happen. She shivered at the thought of all the students who’d be down there, gawping at her hideous figure. Then again, all the students would be magically inclined so what did it matter? "I have no winter clothing," she blurted; a lame excuse, but she was right. She’d travelled light, packing only necessities in which she needed. The scientist had given her a hefty handful of money, however, so she could easily purchase some winter gear, should she wish. Her skin, though scarred in various self-inflictions and those from unknown origins, was as tolerant to temperature as human skin, which was a pity. She wondered if Adriel would pursue the matter of going, or simply discard the idea. _________________
OOC: Aw, sounds great! And haha, Adriel ain't too bad either ;D He's sweet. Ignore Morana, they must go! We could time skip and go straight to the event forum, and I can write about how they popped into town on the way. Alternatively, if you have any clothing you can conjure up or something… xD

Adriel felt heavyhearted once Morana said she had no clothes for the event. It was a shame really. He really wanted to get to know the girl, for she was different. Individualistic. Glowing. Wait. Adriel noticed Morana's aura glowing again. Auras usually glowed when the person was nervous, happy, sad, or mad. He noticed that the bright light glowed when Adriel had stood up in front of about hundreds of people in his 5th grade spelling bee. He did win, yes, but he was still shaking in his sneakers. It was then that when he looked down to glance at his fingers, which were shaking at the speed of light, he noticed his aura, sky blue and grey, wiggling and darting all around in different directions, keeping its same fast speed. When happy, Adriel's aura would sharpen and turn a brighter, more neon color. A blinding turquoise if I must. When sad, his aura would turn completely grey, the sky blue draining out of its completing color. And, when mad or irritated, his aura would turn into an electric violet. He hardly ever saw the color, which was a good thing. Anger was not an emotion Adriel liked to show.
Adriel looked down at himself and saw his aura was turning grey. No! Stupid aura! Scowling at himself, Adriel turned away his aura then confusedly turning into the electric blue that was mentioned. Eyes widening, he couldn't believe he was mad. At himself! Sure he had been mad at himself plenty of times, but that was only when he messed up a spell or potion or, when in the human world, when he forgot to add something to his 5-page paper or when remembering to grab his pencil case from his desk had become an oblivion later on in the morning. Huffing, Adriel calmed himself down. He didn't want to get mad in front of Morana and make a fool of himself. Looking Morana up and down, he gazed at the book in his hand. Examining Morana's face with a serious expression, thought went through his head. Maybe, just maybe . . . Grinning, Adriel, without thinking, ran back into his room and went to the W Section of the thick leaflet. Winter, winter, wint- Aha! Adriel looked down at the page and saw an article for winter and everything about it, it even explained the snow and its texture, along with a snowball guide on which snow is best to make a perfect snowball. Adriel turned the page to the list of spells and looked for Winter Wear. Getting a little too nerdy and acting before thinking, Adriel stopped and shook his head, pushing up his glasses up afterwards. Looking up at Morana, he asked, "Would you like me to compose some winter clothing for you? It'll just be a snap!" He winked. Of course he couldn't just pop clothes onto a person he had only been talking to for only a mere five minutes. He needed to be mannerly and question her first. But if she said no, a little forcing wouldn't be uncivilized, now would it?

Morana SvenI'm not the beast my body claims to be... ...or am I? ━┈┈━ Adriel seemed disappointed by Morana’s remark. His face conceived so much doubt about the Winter event, yet he seemed saddened at the prospect of not going. He kept peering sceptically at nothing, analysing an invisible source, which irritated Morana. She, on the other hand, didn’t feel too perturbed about whether she went to event or not. Of course, that was a lie. She knew that if she were to successfully settle into the Academy and start a better life, she had to overcome her hesitancy of mingling with the socially conformed. A dreadful sadness washed through her system, bringing with it the usual slime; a strive for perfect skin and the need to fit in, counteracted by a rebellious ambition to remain different. Insecure, she thought, amused by her own discrepancies.
Would you like me to compose some Winter clothing for you? Oh, of course; Wizards could make clothing. Why, if the World were populated with more magic folk, tailors would be unemployed. Everyone probably would be, in fact. Morana bet there was no end to the uses of the large book sat snuggly in Adriel’s hands. Suddenly there was no need to stay in the dorm, no need to venture to town to waste coins on a dismal expedition to the frozen lakes. Suddenly she found herself being catered for with one simple, mystic solution. "Ok," she replied warily, watching Adriel cautiously as he darted between the rooms, scurrying around for something. She didn’t enjoy the way he look her up and down, assessing her figure. It wasn’t a cruel assessment however, merely one of concentration and thought. Still…
Her patience grew thin. Clearly the boy hadn’t yet learnt a clothing spell. What if the spell went wrong? What if she ended up stark naked, her slashed tank top and tight fitted trousers burnt to a cinder, dirtying the cream carpet? The thought made her shudder. Were the winter clothes going to appear on her body? The more Morana thought on the matter, the more negative she became. She began to wish she hadn’t consented to the impressive trickery, troubled by the prospect of error and accident. Somehow she managed to stand her ground as Adriel continued, his face studious and focused. _________________

She said yes? Hooray! Now we can go to the Enchanted Lake together! Erm, for friendly reasons of course. Leaving his book floating in midair, Adriel ran over to his bed and picked up his wand. Practically skipping back to Morana, Adriel looked at the first spell.
Nikad ne nosite zimi nositi u ljeto Vice Versa će biti više od sori. Promijenite ovu djevojke odjeću za zimu nositi I s tim odjeću, to će biti pravedno
Exhaling nervously, he began to recite the words in a hoarse voice. He remembered what his mother told him, "Don't be too nervous while reciting a spell or else it'll come out wrong. And also, concentrate. Think about something totally unrelated to the spell and something'll change or, most times, not come out the way you had planned." Opening his eyes, he stopped at the second line of the spell. White panache-like swirls came from the tip of the wand. Once he stopped reciting, the swirls had softened into white, twinkling snow bits which melted quickly into the carpet they were standing on. Adriel looked up at Morana anxiously, an awkward titter following after. "Sorry, I'm just a little nervous." Pushing up his glasses and closing his eyes, Adriel tried again, this time reciting the spell correctly. His voice was clear and smooth unlike the first time which was hoarse and he stuttered a little.
Finishing the spell, he opened his eyes and seen the work he had done. He should've had a camera out. Adriel hadn't concentrated at the spell he was reciting. Instead of something that complimented Morana's physical attributes, like a a simple jeans and pea coat combination, instead came out a pink deep neck dress, a big white bow sitting right in the middle of her belly. Oops, I wasn't thinking of the right color. Let's try this again. Reciting the spell a little faster to save time, Adriel had poofed up another dress, only this time it was a soft baby blue, black and white stripes layered over the beryl. Adriel's face scrunched up. Ew, that's ugly. Again. Adriel had tried about 13 different outfits, each one a different color than the last. Sighing, Adriel tried one last time. Chanting the words again, he concentrated on the right color and the right design. Something that fit Morana. If she didn't like it, oh well, she would just have to wear it Adriel would make sure Morana wore the right thing, something that comforted her. Finally reopening his eyes, Adriel caught himself looking at a grey pea coat, chocolate colored skinny fit jeans, grey knit boots, and a jade and black striped scarf. The colors complimented her, or so he thought. Fashion wasn't something that came naturally, it was his mother's fault. She always cared about how Adriel looked; that included clothing, hair styling, different types of glasses but all with the same lens. She sometimes even picked out special lotions and powders. Cologne made Adriel choke so she didn't force it onto him. Grabbing the magic book, Adriel put his wand in his back pocket, even though it stuck out almost poking and making scratch marks on his back.
"How do you like it?" He said with a smile.

Morana SvenI'm not the beast my body claims to be... ...or am I? ━┈┈━ Anticipation seared through Morana’s veins. She found herself bouncing somewhat on the balls of her feet like an athlete preparing to run – and run she would if the situation took any bad turns. Conveying an expression of boredom, she waited patiently as Adriel gathered his bearings. A husky voice rose from within his throat, bellowing a queer, undecipherable language. Suspicion and doubt arose, but Morana swallowed it, willing the boy to go on. She needed to start trusting others, and this was exactly the place to do so. Even so, the worried glimmer in Adriel’s eyes caused her to further doubt whether he actually knew what he was doing. Perhaps he was just nervous, for his breathing alternated in ragged jumps, unable to be controlled. Morana’s eyes widened at the magical glow emitting from the tip of the wand. She braced herself for disaster…but nothing happened. Sparks dwindled away, snapping at the cream carpet. Adriel seemed to have controlled his nerves as he set about retrying the spell. Morana silently accepted his apology, closing her eyes as the magic voice returned, its coarse undertone vanquished.
Morana didn’t feel anything happening. It took her a second to realize she no longer wore her rags, but a garish pink dress which screamed femininity, unkindly contrasting to her skin. She ruffled her nose, poking at the massive bow on her stomach. Adriel appeared to mirror her disgruntled disappointment and retried the spell. The second outfit was also a dress; blue and not quite as disconcerting as the first, but still Morana felt uneasy, questioning whether continuing the magical endeavour was a good idea. Adriel had continued his chant before she could get a word in, however, so she closed her eyes tiresomely, hoping that the phrase 'third time lucky' would actually come into play. Alas, outfit after outfit formed around her physique, sculpting her and alienating her. Whilst all the clothes had aspects of niceness, none of them befriended the bruised beast skin. Morana was particularly disgruntled by the sixth dress; a ridiculous puffy yellow thing that made her think of birds. Great. She’d given up hope now. It was a fun process, despite her being the guinea pig, but perhaps she just wasn’t meant to go to the Ice Ball. "Adriel," her lips moaned, alerting him of the increasing distress which seemed to have merged with the concentration in his own expression.
Last time, she thought. Adriel was fashioning a wondrous wardrobe, but enough was enough. Morana closed her eyes again, clawed fingers crossed between her back. Mystical murmurs ceased and Morana’s eyelids flickered open. Wow. Upon her body fastened casual but beautiful clothing in which was practical, comforting and complimentary to her skin. She looked almost…normal. A soft, skin kind scarf hid the accidentally self-inflected gashes on her neck which groggily seeped blood after the occasional nightmare. The long sleeved coat and tight jeans also thwarted her ill complexion. Her discoloration almost amplified the overall look. "Oh," she gasped, stupendously thankful, "Took you long enough," she frowned, though her face conveyed a warmness which insisted she was only mocking. "Thanks, Adriel."
Finally wrapped up in wonderful clothing, Morana hopped to the door, eager to depart from the dorm. Her legs were a little stiff from standing around so long, but she ignored it. "Come on," she ushered Adriel over, "Before you turn me into a replica of a bird again." A sharp, canine smile flashed on her face, and then she was gone, prancing down the corridor with what she could only imagine as a brief sense of friendship and happiness.

Took me long enough? Adriel turned and stuck his nose in the air and huffed. Is that the thanks I get for- Opening his eyes to look at Morana, he saw she was smiling at him in thanks. Oh. That's more like it. As Morana rushed to the door, Adriel widened his eyes. Running back into the his room, he gout his coat and put on his boots. Almost taking hours to change, Adriel dashed to the door. Puffing, he zipped up the wind breaker underneath his jacket and buttoned up his coat. He ran down the hallway to catch up to Morana. Well, so far so good.
