Background History:
Rhino was born in the Sunagakure. He always strived to be Kazekage. There isnt much known about him but the fact that at one point he came in contact with a Uchiha and stole one of the sharingan eyes. The only ones that know how he got the eye are long dead. Rhino keeps his Sharingan eye covered(In picture below i didnt think to ad that)
