Hey guysss! So this will be our NEW planning thread.

Keeping track:
Forest Thread: You got a map at the gate and should head towards our base.
Base Thread: Wander, make yourselves comfortable and then please attend the meeting.
Damien is going to scout out our area. Mainly figuring out where the phoenix/her nest is.
Prince Theodore has met up with Damien and has persuaded the Phoenix to attack anything that makes noise in our area. Beware.
Theodore is conversing with Father Flame in an attempt to get him on our side.
Base Thread: The meeting has taken place. Everyone has been given a task:
Enron, Barbara and Lilin are to scare away team 1/guard against the opposing teams trying to enter.
Kaine and Lou are to scout out/retrieve the items we are supposed to guard from the other team.
Fa-Qi and Ysuran are guarding the base.
Kaine and Theodore are at the Sphinx getting the items.
Accursed is out meeting up with Team 1's: Derik, Bea, etc.
Enron, Barbara and Lilin should be trying to fend off team 1. Try to capture Bea. Team 1 really wants her back and it would be nice to dangle something in front of them.
All out items have been acquired and Ysuran is now in charge of "dealing with them"/protecting them.
Kryein and Persephone are in Team 2's area.
Forest Thread: The fight is over. Beatrix surrendered one of our items, our key. The key is actually Saiyuri (their second in command) but she has both the real and a fake key on her, even in her shifted form.
A meeting is taking place. One everyone replies I will be giving you all orders and new partners. I will try to keep rotating people unless you find someone you enjoy working with, then let me know.
Plans:
To get organized and pair off for assigned tasks. Volunteers would be lovely, otherwise you will be given something to do.
To scare away team 1, retrieve the objects in our area, scout out our area, maintain/guard the base and retrieve any scragglers.
To pair off and do as follows: scout out team 1's area/base without being noticed... Same with team 2's area. We also need someone to patrol our border and guard the base.
Rules and Guidelines:
Scouting and travelling through the forest takes energy. Consider this when posting. It is different for each character but keep this in mind when posting.
Also keep in mind what time it is. It's dark at night, this isn't Norway in the summer. ;3

Alright, let's start creating our groups. I think we should have a scouting group, an item gathering group and a base group (jail guard, item recovered guard and overall base guard). I'm thinking about two people minimum for the groups. No solo missions.

I figure the scouting group could go off and look for the items. Track them down and find them. But just find them. The item gathering group can then actually get the items while the scouting group continues on to find the other items.

How about everyone can choose which group they want to be in first. If you REALLY wanna be a scout that badly you can do it the first round. But then you're assigned other roles after yor first round ends.
Does that sound fair or just a horrible idea?

The main task at hand is as such: Team One is approaching. We need to scare them off. I propose that Enron and Barbara go together to give them a little taste of what we're made of!

If the job is a weakness for a certain character then it can be a chance for that character to grow and overcome that weakness. or they could get stuck and get killed because of that weakness... fitting there abilities to the job is the best thing to do the only job i se switching is the guard duty to allow the people retrieving item to rest and recover while guarding so as to not expend to much power. scouts would not need to wrry cause they can't lose much power just running around and if they must they can hide and rest and survey the area from where they are.
