"Hi, I'm Lyndis Suncaliu." Lyndis loved lunch. It was a time when everyone could play and talk without having to worry about hovering teachers. Of course, their were yard monitors, but even they were looser with food in their stomaches. Away from the buildings and classrooms was a group of trees where the half-lycan and her friends usually spent their nutrition hour, sometimes playing silly games like 'tree tag' and 'superhero.' Of course, she was usually the first on in the spot, and hated those boring seconds she had to spend alone while waiting for everyone to show up. Today though, she didn't mind the quiet; she felt oddly upset at what she found in her bright pink lunch pail, and was trying to calm down before anyone saw how watery her eyes were.

Yvette had finish the PB and J sandwich that her mother hand packed her and started towards her friend. The girl dragged behind her the boy that she liked the most at the moment Abbadon Fitzgerald who had for a long time taken up his sister's maiden name. The boy was finishing up with what remained of an egg salad sandwich. The two friend soon met with the third. "Hey Lyn." Vetty called out as she got closer.

"Hi, I'm Lyndis Suncaliu." Hearing her friend's familar voice, she looked up, a bright smile immediately erasing her worry. "Hi guys!" She stood from her spot, one hand clutching a cookie as she watched Yvette and Abbadon approach her. She giggled, knowing that her friend had a bigger cursh on this boy than others by the way he was practically being dragged across the grass. Lyn didn't mind; in her opinion, boys were still too weird to consider dating. She'd even heard from Sarah that they gave cooties...ew. "You guys want some?" she asked, offering pieces of the sugar cookie to the two. Despite the fact that Abbadon was a boy, his was always fun to play with, since he had powers like Vetty.

"Um.. sure." Donny said as he reached out. Vetty grabbed the cookie before he could. "You're not allowed to have sugar." The girl scolded him for trying to grab a bit. Donny frowned. There was no way he was going to get the cookie now. "I'm jealous you guys have younger sisters. I want a sister too." Vetty huffed as she sat down. She was careful that the dress she wore didn't reveal her underwear.

"Hi, I'm Lyndis Suncaliu." Smiling as Abbadon reached out, she was surprised when Yvette spoke up in disagreement. Curiously, she was going to ask why he couldn't have the sugar, but remembered the manner she was taught. It would be rude to ask sabout omething that was volunteered. So, instead she broke the cookie in half, eating one herself as she handed the other to her friend. Remaining in her seat, she let the other sit beside her, listening to Yvette's comment. "It's not so great. They're too little to play anything fun." She shrugged, taking a drink from her carton of milk before continuing, "And they can't do anything."

"Same with my little sister. My big sister has a baby so I don't see her too much." Donny agreed. His sister was about a year older than Lyn's siblings. "I think my mom is lonely too. Maybe we should set her up with someone? Who do you guys think?" She asked as she looked over at her friends. She needed to find a way to set her mother up with someone.

"Hi, I'm Lyndis Suncaliu." Looking at Abbadon as he spoke, Lyn shot him a smile, glad for his agreement. It let her know that she wasn't the only one with boring baby siblings. Turning back to Yvette, she giggled at the idea of setting Ms. Kent up. "I don't know anyone." she confessed, still wondering why girls like dating guys with cooties anyways. Nontheless, she tried to think, starting with the men she'd met through her parents. One of her father's bandmates was already dating her mother; the thought made her frown, remembering how odd her mommy seemed lately. Shaking off the thought, she spoke up, having realized something. "I thought your mommy liked the purple guy. Or mister Cam." She waited for a response while digging through her lunch pail for the apple she knew was sure to be there. With another frown, she found an orange, wondering why there was such a sudden change in routine.

Vetty stopped in her thoughts. "Haiki is just a friend and Mister Cam doesn't seem serious enough." She answered her friend. The girl pulled a cheese stick out of her bag while Donny got a bag of carrots from his. "Hey isn't there a single teacher in the fourth grade. Lyn you had him for a teacher right?" The girl continued to think of people that she could set her mother up with.

"Hi, I'm Lyndis Suncaliu." Peeling her orange, Lyn listened to her friend's musing. When she asked a question, she nodded, answering lightly. "Mr. Smithesson? Yeah! He's funny, and nice." she grinned, showing her approval before popping a slice of the orange in her mouth to chew. Despite its random appearance, she loved oranges when they were fresh. Turning to Donny, she offered to trade half of her orange for a few sticks; she also loved carrots...okay, perhaps she just loved food.

Donny was not going to find on getting an orange. He gave her half of his bag for the price of the orange. It was probably the sweetest thing that he was going to get all day. "I wonder if their are any other teachers that we could set her up with Donny and I are always in the same class so our teachers are out, what about you Lyn?" She asked. "Oh wait what about Reed's. I mean any teacher who works there must be really famous and Donny lives there." She turned and gave an evil eye to the boy she liked. "There are a lot of teachers. Mr. Running-Bear is really nice, Mr Imhotep is scary, but I'm sure there are also other teachers." He added.

"Hi, I'm Lyndis Suncaliu." Accepting the exchange, Lyn Bit into a carrot stick, listening to Yvette's words. She nodded, agreeing that their teachers here were out, and got to work thinking about Reed's. She hadn't been there since she was a little kid, but sometimes she heard her mom, aunt and uncle talking about their time on the island. "Mr. Running-Bear gets along with my mommy. Maybe she could talk to him-" She glanced down to her food, suddenly remembering the last time she'd had a full conversation with her mother; it was just too strange. "Nevermind, I think we should plan this ourselves without grown-ups." She took another bite of her carrot, chewed slowly, admitted, "I can't think of anyone. Who else, Donny?"

Donny looked at his friends. "I can't think of anyone else as well." He answered her. Yvette went a little quiet. "Maybe we shouldn't do it. I don't want a sister or a brother. I just want to stay an only child." She finally commented. She rather be spoiled and loved by her parents over having to share the limelight. She knew the moment her father had a kid then that kid would be the heir and if her mother had a kid then she would fuse over that baby.

"Hi, I'm Lyndis Suncaliu." Continuing to eat her food, she listened to the two talk, only speaking when she was sure she wasn't interrupting. "But Vetty, you'll probably already have siblings anyway." She'd been that most royals had larger families, so she assumed that Yvette's father would have more children. "And they aren't so bad, huh Donny?" she elbowed the boy, trying to make him agree. They'd said what was negative about haver younger siblings, but she wanted her friend to know that there was a positive side, too. "You can make them do stuff, when they're older." She wasn't speaking from experience, since her twin half-siblings were still infants, but she'd heard her mother order around her uncle and aunt a few times; they hadn't complain much, especially when she stated how she was oldest.

Donny looked at Lyn like she was crazy. "Speak for yourself. My sister is annoying and she's always getting into my stuff and we don't even share a room. She whines and cries all the time and she wont let Papa do the work he needs to do." He answered. Then again Lyn didn't really live with her father so she probably didn't know what it was like to have a baby in the house. That probably wasn't helping in convincing Yvette that she wanted a sibling. "I think I'll just learn to live on my one." The girl said, she didn't want to have a sibling.
