Cole had a bit of free time to wander the compound after his first fight, which he was using to tend to his eye. He couldn't open it still, but the pain was slowly dying. He thought to himself that he was really lucky that he only got such a minor injury, especially being a rookie. Still...it was not the glamorous win he had hoped for. He had wanted to take the ring by storm, to be famous! His inner monologue was interrupted when he thought he heard something nearby. Another mokai, perhaps? It was hard to use his nose when he was worrying about his eye.

She had lost but at least she had gotten away from the fight with really no injuries unlike the other guy, well she had injuries, just not as bad at least. Being free from the confines of her stable she had taken to walking about and exploring, which was what she liked the most. The settlement was nice and cool at the moment, but a sound alerted her and piqued her interest.

Yes, now Cole was sure there was another Mokai around. Trying his best to play off his injury, he put his paw down and squinted in the direction of the sound. "Who's there? Ya need something?" He just hoped that it wasn't someone who was going to attack him...although, there wasn't any reason for anyone to.

When she finally came upon the sound she found the male she had fought and nearly jumped out of her skin. It wasn't that she was particularly scared of him, she just didn't expect to find him there. "Sorry, I was just wandering and I happened upon you." She gave an innocent grin, "You ok from our fight?" Wondering how he took it since he got injured. "You're a good fighter."

Ah, so it was his opponent. He didn't want to look weak, even if he had already won the fight, so he straightened up and looked at her with one eye. "Who, me? Yeah, yeah I'm fine! And thanks, you're not too bad yourself!" He was going to say something else, but then he remembered that he didn't know her name. "I'm Cole, by the way. What do they call you?"

"Dyzana." She smiled at him. Much easier to talk outside of the ring than inside of it. "Its nice to meet you Cole." Although a bit timid around other mokai she felt she had a connection with him since they had shared a fight. Not that she should base an entire relationship on a one time meeting, but it nice to feel not as afraid. "I think I was terrible." She stated with a side long glance at the ground.

"Naw," Cole said with a grin. "It wasn't exactly glorious for either one of us. I might have won, but I looked a little silly getting batted in the face like that. It was a close match to be sure." He was happy that the other Mokai seemed friendly. He often wondered how fighting affected the relationships between Mokai outside the ring. He was relieved that it didn't seem to be...an obstacle.
