The sky was cloudless that day, the sun bright and a crisp wind blowing from the south. It was warm, but not overly so. That perfect kind of day that all living creatures went out to enjoy. Eternity loved it. She stretched her wings out to catch the sun and hummed a merry little tune to herself. For the moment she was the only horse in the meadow but she knew that would change soon.
She'd see plenty of deer, birds, even wolves, before the sun had even reached it's peak. No horses though. Maybe they were all somewhere else enjoying the day. Maybe Chenguang would leave his tree and join her for once. The mare chuckled to herself. That would be the day! That poor little Flutter never ventured away from large oak for anything, not even a Kalona.
Eternity turned her head to the breeze, eyes closing in bliss.

Large wings fluttered in the air, keeping the even large stallion stable. With a light heart, Glawar soared through the sky; the breeze was nice. The sun beat down on his dark pelt, comforting the young male. With a light grin, he changed directions once more. Every so often he'd look to the ground- the variety colour amused him; whether it be the land itself, animals, or the shades of other soquili.
With a grin, he headed towards the ground. The meadow was always a good landing spot in his opinion. It was also a good meeting spot- he'd meet there with his father relatively often. It was a open area with a lot of space. Glawar found it relatively shocking that it was as empty as it was. A few forest animals, and a soq or two. Looking about, he grinned as he saw two of the soquili that his two-legger cared for emerging from the tree line. He used the term 'his two-legger' loosely, preferring do figure out life on his own. Scanning the area further, he tilted his head at a mare not too far off. The bright blue and white pelt amused him. The mare certainly was pretty. Watching her in observation, he chuckled as she closed her eyes and welcomed the warmth of the day.

The strange, prickling sensation of being watched crawled down her spine. Her wings fluffed up and it felt like her mane was standing up on it's own. She would have loved to have seen that actually!
Eternity looked around the meadow, spotting two new Soquili and a two-legger and... The mare tilted her head in fascination. A quite striking Stallion was a ways down. His wings were intriguing, as was his markings and the little wings on his legs. Trying to get a closer look she sidled her way across the meadow.

Taking note that the mare was now heading towards him, Glawar looked over her once more. The swirl of the blue and white was rather striking; never quite blurring. As she got closer he saw the adornments on her legs and around her neck, and the beads in her hair. She sure was a decorated female!
He gave a swallow, before speaking. "Hello." His crisp, deep voice called out.
