Ru couldnt help but chuckle at the female, "You are just like my sister Imamu." He smiled remembering all the times he help the twins. "Don't be scared to show pain, it is only temporary." He continued walking trying to aviod moving her to much after seeing how much pain she is in. "It'll be better after we get to the den, you can rest and i'll hunt." He walked with the wild dog for a while and just ahead he could see the den, the were almost there.
"Its just up ahead, only a bit further." Ru decided to he was going to stay with her until she was able to fend for herself and only if she wanted he would continue to stay. He was happy becuase he felt that hole left by his sister begin to fill the need to look after this Wilddog made him feel useful for the moment.
She smiled slighty at the comment so he reminded him of someone his sister even. He was being so kind and even adusting the way he walked to keep here from feelign as much pain. "Thank you.. I will try to show more of my pain I just don't want to appear whiney" She knew for a fact that to much complaining was annoying and was tryign to be as least annoying as possible.She amiled slightly once she could see the den. It looked like it was a nice sized den.
"Your going to hunt for me?" There was a slight bluch on her face at this. "Your being so nice... " It was nice to have someone treating her this way after all she was not used to this at all. Being taken care of like this by someone else It was nice to know that someone would do such a thing even though they didn't really know you. Or even that there was someone who would do so at all.
When ru got to the den he layed down towatds the back of the den allowing her to slide off with as little pain as possible. Ru could still smell the lingering smell of the family, the den could hold well up to 4 full grown wilddogs still having enough room to move with ease. The family that used to reside here must have left for a different reason other then space.
"Of course i'm going to hunt for you. You are going to rest." Ru spoke with a firm but gentle tone, there was no way he was going to let her walk on that leg at least not today or tomorrow.
She smiled sliding off of his back and laying down. the den smelled of another family though the family had obviously left as the smell was only lingering. She carefully situaded herself to where she would be comfortable and not let the wound have to much contact with the ground.
She looked over at him shyly and smiled. "Thank you for bringin me here It really is a nice. And for offering to hunt for me." It was nice to know that she was going to be able to stay off of her leg while it healed. The boy was nice to her and he seemed to be nice enough to help her out while that was happening. The den would be a nice safe place for her to recover and it seemed she was going to have company while she was. She would be safer than she had been in a long time even though she was injered.
Ru layed next to the female, "You are welcome, i couldnt leave you alone, you could be killed in a state like this." Ru decided he would hunt after she feel asleep that way she wouldnt worry while he was away, less stress.
"Ukukala why are out here alone?" Ru found it odd a female of her beauty shouldn't be alone, he found it odd. She seemed rather helpless she should have someone to protect her, especially with her 'child-like' persona. "The roguelands can be a very dangerous place." His tone was firm but again gentle, he had begun to care for the female just as he would do for his family.
She smiled over at him really liking the fact that he was layign next to her. She smiled slightly laying her head on her uninjured paw. She had no idea why she felt so comfortable around him or shy having him next to her like that felt so nice. It was almost as if he gave of this aura of safety to her.
When She asked why she was out here alone she looked down she didn't know why... she had always been alone , she had no memory of her parent's or ever having been near anyone else. "There's no... I don't ever remember being around anyone else." She was not sure how he would take this as she really had no idea what had hapened to her. She had been alone for as long as she could remember maybe that was the reason why she liked being this close to him. He made her feel like she wasn't alone fore once.
Ru looked at the female, her oynx eyes matching his own. She didnt even need to finish the sentence, he knew what she was going to say. "I dont like being alone either, perhaps its because i was born to a big family." He sighed he missed them, but he was the only one who hasnt started a family or even started to try.
"Well, if you'd like i'd be more then please to stay with you, for as long as you'd like?" He stated the last part of his sentence as more of a question for the female as he gave her a smile. He felt something strange, it was some sort of tugging at his heart, he had never left it before. It was quite an odd phenomonon but he quickly shook it off.
She let out a slight yawn starting to get a bit of rest. She was such a sweet girl and the attack earlier had worn her out as well as all the playing she had been doing before. looking back at the others she smiled looking at the others. He seemed like a guy who would take good care of here when she was ill or hurt. The kind of guy she could get along with well.
At his response she looked up at him having not fallen asleep quite yet. "Your... You wouldn't mind staying with me?" She was confused at the feeling that was coursing through her... but it felt nice so she decided not to do anything about it. Looking back up at hims the let out another yawn really getting rather tired.
Ru smiled "Of course i wouldnt mind staying, but for now you should rest." He said. He could only imagine what a day she was having.
"I shall go hunting in the morning so we may share a fresh kill." He smiled he wanted er to rest and she was tired. "Sleep and we can talk in the morning." He was pleased to see she had an interest in him staying at least for the time being.
She nodded looking at him and lay her head back down. She was happy with him staying with her. She nuzzled him softly and started to fall asleep dreams of what could happen in the future running through her head though small whimpers or pain would leave her every time she shifted slightly in her sleep.
