I had two bunnies, and they were very happy together, they did binkies and played around.since one of my bunny went missing, the other one was very sad and became a total emo bunny. I've been making it toy and some other stuff for it to play but it still doesn't seem happy what should I do ? crying

What is a binkie?

Animals need time to move on just like a human, it is quite possible that it is grieving over it's playmate.
I suggest to let him grieve for a bit then get a new bunny for him.
I wouldn't rush it because the bunny might become aggressive.
Give the remaining bunny lots of extra attention to help him get over the loss of his friend too.

Try playing games with your bunny.
Interact and give it more attention than normal, as Subliminal suggested.

Quote:
Find the food game. Hide some of your rabbits favorite treats about your person. Let the bunny have some idea that there is food to be had, and let bunny find it. This can be a good way to build trust between you and your rabbit, and is a great way to start with timid or handling shy rabbits.

Quote:
Hide and Seek. This old children's game can be easily tailored to playing with rabbits, but will require you to get down to their level. Once on the floor, hide behind something, whether it be a couch or a bed, or chair. Peek out a little and let your bunny see you doing it, then hide again. Chances are that the bunny will hop over to investigate what strange thing you are doing. You can run away, or jump out a little at the bunny (not in a loud, threatening, screaming fashion, more like a playful hop), depending on what the bunny does, it might be your turn to run away and hide again or maybe you can seek your bunny.

Those are just a couple games you can play with your bun. Source.
You can find more games on the linked page.

If I'm not mistaken, some rabbits become less active
during the winter season to conserve energy.

To clarify, they do not hibernate.

It doesn't snow here, and its always been that 'non-active' what should i do, will she be an emo bunny forever? crying

Elixxe

It doesn't have to snow for it to be winter.
It's just the season in general.

I don't think I can suggest anything other
that what has already been said.

If it's concerning you that bad, you could
call your local vet and try to get him looked at.

There could still be nothing wrong with your bun.
By the sounds of it, just like Subliminal said, he could
just be "grieving" or lonely.

It makes those sound like there's some stuff stuck in her throat, but we sent her to the vet, he said there's nothing wrong with our bunny she just like making those sound. And yesterday I made her this yarn ball she seems to like catching the yarn ball, or does she think the yarn ball is annoying?

Elixxe

Oh, I'm sure he enjoys the yarn ball.
I don't think it's a good idea though.

If left alone with the yarn, he could swallow
and choke on a piece of it.

Instead, try these ideas.

Quote:
Cardboard tubes from paper towel or toilet paper rolls make a dandy chew toy. Try stuffing the tubes with hay and watch your rabbit have a great time pulling or chewing the hay out.

Cardboard boxes will be fun for your rabbit to crawl into. I like to put boxes on their side and let my bunny hop in and out. (Likewise, I'll often leave a plastic laundry basket on its side on the floor for him to play in.) Often I leave a little scrap of paper for him to discover inside of the box. Some people like to tape up the boxes and cut one or two openings for their rabbits, so it's a kind of bunny hideaway.

Digging boxes are cardboard boxes or litter pans that are filled with old carpeting, newspapers, hay, or cloth. As you might guess from the name, a digging box is a place where your bunny can dig to his/her heart's content.

Is your bun eating and drinking normally?
What are you feeding him?
