Alwine tried to stifle her yelp to a 'meep' as Mandy dragged her to the examination equipment. She wasn't really sure what was going on, even as she picked up the written exam. Writing. She had spent a great deal of November writing, and had neither produced satisfactory homework nor a great romance novel. Hopefully, things would change with this exam... at least she didn't have to worry about summoning a proper jack-o-lantern at this point.

She sat herself on a rotting stump near the gates, making sure to be in clear view of the bogeymen. Alwine wanted to be absolutely certain that she succeeded (or, gulp, failed) fairly and properly.

She opened up the question book and looked at the first question. Ah! This one she was certain to get.

1. Please explain the qualities of a ghost's ectoplasm.
Alwine's pen scribbled out her answer. It wasn't very thorough, especially since her penstrictor was still cramping from the abuse it went through in HaHoWriMo. A few of the words appeared blurry and streaky, but the answer seemed to be clear enough for a good answer. Onto the next one!

2. Explain the differences between a haunt and a shadow being.
A shadow being? Alwine had to think a bit for this one. She was pretty certain that haunts were located around certain locations or items or something-- like her pumpkin. Shadow beings were trickier. They liked to stay in corners and just out of sight, or something like that. Yeah, good enough for now. Alwine was feeling rushed, and the pressure was starting to lean down on her shoulders.

3. Explain some of the different possible anatomy structures of a patchwork.
Alwine's mind became a peaceful blank slate. She was fairly certain that arms were required. Arms with different colors or textures. Wasn't Christof a patchwork? So a hump would be bonus points, right? Ahhh...

Alwine closed the book and floated to turn it in, looking around for Mandy in the meantime.
