Lizzy was actually rather mad and upset, but she had reached that point where she was so mad and upset that she was calm; after all that the school and its students had been through, to end this way was just downright insulting. They had died several times, gotten hurt, met humans hellbent on destroying them, lost a strong professor... So many things had happened since she first enrolled, both happy and sad things. Both personal and school-wide. Arel had already warned her and a few others about the school being forced to shut down... She just didn't expect it to happen so soon.
Too soon.
Silently, she made her way away from the crowd and towards the examination grounds; there might be four different areas of testing, but she was only confident of two and simply incapable of one... It would either be the physical test or the written test.

Lizzy wasn't the only one obsessed. Junko was stewing angrily at the outer edge of the group, whipping out her phone and texting as many of her friends as she could about the bogeymen and the testing. She was encouraging everyone she knew to take it. This wasn't right. This was...just...utter bullshit! They couldn't do this!
Once she felt she had hit everyone in her contacts list and everyone on groanspring she put her phone away and checked what the different exams were. She couldn't do spells...and she wasn't a healer. She'd have to do the physical or the written. Damn.
She spotted a very familiar pink head walking by and seemed to perk up a little. Lizzy! "Lizzy! Over here!" She called out, running straight for her friend and throwing her arms around her friend the moment she was close enough to do so.

"Junko!" She smiled, returning the hug eagerly as she buried her face into her shoulder; despite the circumstances, seeing the ghoul made her really happy, even if it was momentary. She hadn't see her since they got together to make the red cloaks after all... And lots of things had happened since then.
"Going to take the test?" She begrudgingly released Junko from the hug, taking her hand instead, "If it's a chance to save the school..."

Junko clung to Lizzy like a spider to a web--ha! see what I did there?--and whimpered, her grip on her friend as tight as she could make it. This was ridiculous. She couldn't believe this was happening. Damnit. DAMNIT.
When Lizzy made her leg go to instead hold her hand she nodded, giving her hand a squeeze. "Of course." As if she couldn't! "We have to take the written exams separately...but I don't want to be alone. Want to take the physical together?"

"Sure!" She visibly brightened and returned the hand squeeze, glad for her friend's company; to be honest, as upset as she was, having to do an exam that was being facilitated and pretty much "judged" by the Bogeymen made her nervous, "I'm glad you asked!" Junko's suggestion also helped her make up her mind which exam she was going to take.
Leading her to an odd box she had seen other students use for the physical, she paused, staring at it, "So... We're supposed to... Perform our fear on this thing?"

Junko happily followed alongside Lizzy, hand in hand and even swinging them between the two ghouls like a child just out for a happy little walk. This was not a dreaded trudge to their school's fate.
Oh, but it was.
She was nervous. She didn't use her FEAR often, especially not just...randomly. The ghoul paused and looked unsure as she looked upon the box and shrugged at Lizzy's question. "I...suppose? Uh. I guess I'll try." Junko cleared her throat and let go of Lizzy's hand to step up to the box, looking back nervously at her friend and then glaring at the Bogeyman watching their every move.
Still glaring, her hair raised and lashed out at the box. It sounded like blades slicing against it, though she was careful not to damage the box too badly. Other students were going to need it.
"Happy?" She asked the Bogeyman before stepping aside and giving her friend a huge smile. "Your turn~!"

She clapped for Junko, the excitement evident in her voice as she cheered, "Yay!" She was sure that her soulmate did great! That meant that they were one step closer to saving the school right?
She gave her friend a hug as they exchanged places, giving the Bogeyman near the box a wary look; they were out to destroy the school, shut it down and cover up the truth with the lies they had made... There was no way she was going to let herself fail at such a time like this, especially not after witnessing Junko's little performance! That gave her a little bit of confidence at least; the school did train them well! They would ace the test and show the whole of Halloween that Amity is still a good school!
Taking her place in front of the box, she concentrated her fear at her finger tips, remembering the countless times she had done that when sparing with her friends; the thought that they would no longer be able to do that - no longer be able to frolic around the school campus and go for eye scream at the cafe down the road...
Pushing her fingertips together and then pulling them apart to reveal thin spider silk laced with Fear, she brought the silk to wrap around the box with a flick of her wrist before pulling them taut, careful not to pull too tightly so as to not slice it. The box groaned under the pressure, and when she realized that she had just about reached her limit, the silk dissipated, leaving the box a little worse for wear.
She dipped her head at the Bogeyman overseeing them, before skipping over to Junko and taking her friend's arm, "We did it!" She giggled, feeling rather happy that she might had helped save the school, "We helped!"
