I saw you Pied, Now I want your blood!

ONCE UPON A TIME
(Shortly before Christmas 2011)

Shevre, a very influential leader of a Vampire Clan had been present when his own hero, the Demi-god named "Zero Omega" was pied in the face after a ball game. Shevre had assumed that tankards of Shock Top "Cider" from a restraunt/bar near the ball field would appease the enraged Demi-God. But on one fine december day an Anonymous letter arrived instructing Shevre of a very important task... Zero Omega had started a hateful campaigne to eliminate presents, candy, and of course pie for Christmas as retaliation for the humiliating pieing... Little did the Demi-God know, Clan Captain Shevre would go to war defending the holiday he loved... Less than six hours after Shevre recived the letter he was on his way to the Gaia HQ. The trip had been a quick one as Shevre lived only 90 miles or so away. As the holy building became visible in the distance, Shevre saw a horde of Zero Bots approaching. It was only a matter of moments before he would have to attack. These were clearly a distraction sent to defend the Demi-God, Zero Omega, and Shevre knew they would fall quickly...

Shevre charged the large group of meandering bots head on. Brandishing a revolver with deadly accuracy he managed to pistol whip the control panels on each bot. While some of the bots took useless swings at his legs he jumped on top of them and in several cases employed the use of their own axes to dismember their automated bodies. In only a few moments Shevre had reduce the Zero Bot Militia to nearly a quarter of its initial numbers. While he was encouraged by his progress, Shevre was dissapointed there would be no blood in the near future. The Shiny Metal Shells provided him with nothing... His hunger would have to wait. He looked over the remaining bots and sighed before attacking again.

Shevre looked at the bot closest to him... Its eyes were empty... Lifeless... A waste of energy in the universe... The bot swung at Shevre but he dodged it, and then slapped the Robot across the face, "BAD ROBOT!" He took the Bot's axe and hacked it nearly in half, he then smashed another bot and another. Shevre was in a frenzy and it wasn't till the dust settled that he realized he had won... He smiled pleased amidst a small feild of shraptnel and shreded metal... But as he looked towards the HQ, another group of bots was coming towards him... "Alright" he said "Lets play again!"

It appeared the second group of the Demi-God's Zero Bot Army would succumb as quickly as the first. In just a few moments again, Shevre had used a well weilded monochrome axe and the heavy end of his revolver to dismember all but a quarter of the group... The remaining bots idled towards him like a shiney metal zombie horde, thoughtlessly obeying their commands to destroy Christmas. Shevre pulled a large cigar out of his pocket and sparked it, the Bots came closer but he would take his time, he thought to himself, "the remainder will fall easily"... Puffing on his cigar he thought of the good times Zero Omega had given him... Why did it have to be like this... Couldn't the Demi-god take a joke!

For a good thirty seconds Shevre took heads off robots, like a blender on steroids. Dust, little bits of metal rain, and then a lifeless shine from a faceplate staring back at him. Then they were all gone... an occasionally twitching arm on the ground, a shower of sparks, that was all that was left... Shevre had defeated the second wave... What was their purpose, why would they feel so compelled to stop Christmas, how long had this plan been in the works? If Shevre could confront Zero Omega these questions might be answered, but for now, there was a third wave of bots approaching...
