Name: Fleur Willis
Nickname: Call her Fleur Age: 16
Birthday: September 25
Sign: Libra
Gemstone: Sapphire
Blood Type: B+
Fav. Food: Chocolate covered caramels, classy and extremely delicious. As far as a real food, she's partial to chicken pot pie and other "homey" dishes, though for the public record it's sushi.
Hated Food: Microwave meals or anything overly greasy.
School: Crystal Academy
Drama - Slipping in and out of character so fast it's almost scary, showing herself while wrapped in someone else's story so deeply it should be impossible- That's what Fleur loves. She's been involved ever since she was little. Preschool skits became middle school projects that became high school productions. She's good, too. She's pushed herself to become one of the best. It's how she got the scholarship into Crystal Academy. It's not like she's planning to be a movie star or anything, that's impractical and unlikely. But she's in all the plays that are available. She loves it, after all.
Animals - Fleur loves animals. She pampers them and croons over them and pets them until their owners politely shove her away. When alone with them, it's not uncommon for her to talk to them and she's even been seen talking at them about serious things, not that she'd ever admit it. It's been proven it's good for stress, though, right? They just sit there and sometimes lick her face. Her favorite common animal is a dog, but she'll share the love with any mammal or pet bird she sees. Fleur spends most of her volunteer hours at the animal shelter. She has a dog at home, but she can't have one at school, and sh can never get enough. If she sees someone walking a dog, she's going to pet it. Asking first, of course. She's not stupid.
Archery - Fleur enjoys archery because of it's simplicity and dangerous elegance. Plus, it's a pretty popular activity. What better way to meet new people? It's not as much of a commitment to her as other things. It's more because she likes it than because it looks good on her record. It does look good, which is why she started it in the first place, though she's become more relaxed with it since. It was also a physically stimulating activity, something she needed more of. Mostly, though, it's something she does for fun.
Virtues:
Organized - You should see Fleur's schedule. Really. It's amazing how she can fit so much into her life, and more amazing how she can get to it all, but she manages it somehow. Sure, there are compromises... But she manages fairly well, doing three times as much most people. Also, her things are kept immaculately. There isn't time for rummaging through her things for something insignificant but necessary. She's also known for keeping others things straight, and she's always the one asked to give a reminder. Everything, material or otherwise, has a place, and Fleur is determined to keep it there.
Determined - Once Fleur has put her mind to something, she's not giving up. Even if it becomes unnecessary or somewhat dangerous, she's likely to finish her task. Of course she takes tasks very seriously. If she's taken time out of her schedule to do it, giving up is just not practical. She enjoys challenges and is willing to work to overcome them. She gets a huge sense of achievement from completing her goals, of course. That's why she'll work so hard to finish what she's started.
Hardworking - Fleur puts her heart into her work. She'll ask what you want her to do, do it as well as she can and then ask what's next. If she wants to please you, she won't slack. If she's offered to do something for you, for pay or otherwise, she wants to please you. She enjoys making people happy, and when they're relying on her it's even more important. She puts effort into other things like helping friends when she can, but it's not as obvious because it's mostly smaller things. She spends most of her time working, or in some kind of organized activity, so that's where her work ethic really shines.
Friendly - Fleur has a firm grasp of basic social skills. She wants people to like her. She's a great listener, and she's good at having a comic, cheerful or sympathetic response. She can be prim and proper and ladylike when she needs to be, though. Fleur also just tries to be a nice person. She's the one who invites the new girl to her table, or just talks to her. She likes talking to people. They're interesting, mostly. And she doesn't want to offend them or anything. She tries to be polite and supportive, not offending anyone if she can help it.
Flaws: Workaholic - Fleur has goals- grades, volunteer hours, jobs- basically, she wants success. Which is fine. But she wants it more than anything. More than friends, and certainly more than herself. She's always busy. She talks to friends at lunch, and she's quite the social butterfly but if you need something from her, even if it's just time to have fun... She's not dropping anything for you. Spare time is given to friends, but she has arranged to have as little of that as possible. If she was older, this would manifest as greed, and it does to a point. It's amazing how many things she can get into her schedule, but, well... There are compromises. She is a student and a worker before she is a human being, before she's a friend. Even if somebody was in the hospital, she would most likely work rather than visit them.
Perfectionist - Fleur tries to be polite and neutral, but really... It doesn't happen, at least not in a practical situation. If you're going out to lunch or something, you're perfect, in her opinion, but if you're working on a project with her, prepare to be chewed out. Fleur cannot stand laziness, stupidity, immaturity... well, basically anything that might hurt her image. And yes, she may do things herself if she has to, but you'll be dealing with her thinly veiled disgust the whole time. Taking time out of her day to fix your mistakes? Prepare for insults. She's pretty picky about how projects and things turn out, too. So probably, she'll make you do it again, urged on by her sickly sweet comments. She's a perfectionist, and if something you do reflects badly on her, she won't forgive you unless you make it up to her double.
Actress - Fleur almost always in character. A polite, cheerful, but distant girl who's good at chatting and laughs when she's supposed to. She acts more the way she thinks people want her to than the way she feels. She lies about her emotions a lot. It takes a lot to get her to put down her guard, mainly because she's spent a lot of time building it. Only someone she's known for a very long time will start to see her real feelings. Mostly. Fleur thinks people doesn't notice, but sometimes... It's kind of obvious. And if a surprising situation cracks her character, which happens fairly often, because life's not a stage, she suddenly becomes very insecure. She want emotions and personality- But she wants the "right kind", not her own. She wants friends, and opportunities. She's not the kind who attracts close friends, and she kind of knows this, but she's just so used to trying to be perfect that she's not really about to stop.
Overconfident - Fleur thinks she can do anything. Really. Any job someone asks of her, any schedule, no matter how overcrowded. She can't say no. She has no free time, so she's always rather tired and stressed. She'll also take on more than she can physically accomplish, or even more than she can squeeze into her schedule sometimes, so she's forced to cancel at the last minute... or worse, give up. Fleur usually takes too long to do this, making it even more awkward. She'll go into situations way over her head. Sometimes she pulls through, but mostly she doesn't. Because really, she thinks she can. But she can't.
PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION
Eyes: Large, round and very bright purple.
Hair: Her hair is very light green , in neat but slightly puffy pigtails that come partway down her back.
Face: Her face is heart shaped, her features delicate. She almost always wears tasteful makeup. Her skin is very pale.

Senshi: Sailor Cybele, Senshi of the Hunt Challenge: I will hunt the darkness. Fuku Colour: Main Color: Bright medium green Secondary Color: light silver Fuku: Sandals that lace up her legs please? For the rest, think Artemis ( wild, free, Greek huntress) meets elf princess (nature, grace, elegance) I'd prefer if her skirt connected seamlessly to her bodice (dress). So flowy, nature themed, delicate silver accessories. Some flowers in her hair would be amazing! Other than that... The colorist should have fun and make her look awesome! Attacks: Sailor Scout Attack: Hunter's Grace A phantom bow forms in Cybele's hands. She shoots the bow at a ally, or straight up in which case it will target herself. When the arrow reaches the target, it splits and they are covered in its strange light. They are suddenly filled with concentration, their senses are sharpened slightly and their speed increases slightly. This state lasts for 30 seconds. It is useful for tracking and makes dodging attacks easier. While physical and mental strength is not increased, a fast attack at high concentration tends to do more damage than a normal one. She can also use the bow to threaten people, though if she does not shoot it after 30 seconds, it fades, using a use of the attack. She can use this attack twice per battle. If she is not targeting herself, she has to actually aim the bow. A knowledgeable enemy could knock it off course quite easily or even intercept it, gaining the benefits. Super Sailor Scout Attack: Hunter's Deadly Grace Cybele summons a bigger bow with three arrows. She shoots it straight up, and it automatically targets her and the two allies physically closest to her. The speed boost is slightly more noticeable and there is also a very slight offensive boost, to physical strength more than just concentration. The effect lasts for 30 seconds. She can use the bow to threaten people, under the same conditions as before. She can use this attack or Hunter's Grace twice per battle. It's a bit harder to intercept than Hunter's Grace, since the arrows fall from the air, but it could still be done. Eternal Sailor Attack: Hunter's Strike An ethereal bow forms in Cybele's hands. Five arrows form this time, and now she can use them to hit enemies. She can aim at a single enemy with a range of 15 feet. They will have no effect on people within five feet of her, however. The arrows will spread out over a small area of about two feet in diameter. It's mostly a single target attack, but could possibly hit two people with a little timing. It's somewhat hard to aim a bow with five arrows on the string, though. If they hit, they will do about as much damage as a dart, including scratches, pricks, and slightly more serious stabs. It could be fairly serious depending on where they hit, though. The aim on this attack is not great, at best one or two will hit the main part of the body. The rest will hit limbs, be scratches or miss completely. It's possible to outrun. The arrows dissolve as soon as they hit anything, so the attack can also be blocked. She can use this attack twice per battle, but it drains her. If she uses it once, she will feel as if she's sprinted a short way. She'll be tired, noticeably a little bit slower but not heavily impacted. If she uses it twice she will be tired, able to fight but just barely. She'll be less responsive, just basically really tired.

A few notes about Fleur/Cybele:
Helpful and Goal Oriented seem to clash. I don't see how she likes to help people but has no time to do it. How does that work? Maybe Hard Worker might be a better virtue than Helpful the way it's written.
For your first attack 1 minute of a battle is a LONG time for a basic senshi to affect. While I love the power and what it does you might consider cutting down the duration of the effect.
In fact, a minute short of an Eternal attack is quite a long time. I would read over some of the accepted senshi attacks and try to pick up ideas about duration from them.
Speaking of Eternal attacks 10 hits seems a bit overly powerful, too. I'd also like to see something included about how much this drains her. What do you mean she's just barely able to fight if used twice? Is her strength and concentration affected?

She reads well enough, but a few of the titles of her flaws don't really fit their descriptions! "Harsh" reads more as "Perfectionist," since it doesn't extend beyond projects that she'd involved in. Using the term harsh makes it seem as if it applies to her every day interactions, socially.
"Goal-oriented" should probably be "Workaholic," since being goal-oriented has a positive connotation.
SENSHI:
Currently, Cybele's attacks read almost perfectly as... Knight attacks. They generally are the realm of buffs and debuffs, however, this can still work. I particularly like that an enemy could theoretically take the shot and therefore the speed boost.
The effects of her Eternal attack are fine, however, it would be preferable to have it still be one bow, but with five arrows, so that it is a visual progression of her first two attacks.

Please keep in mind that senshi attacks need to have a finite and consistent set of effects -- that said, your Eternal attack should either be aimed at a single target OR an area, instead of being able to switch between both. If you choose to have the arrows cover an area, please specify the size of the area. It would also be nice to know the range from which she can fire her arrows! I also back up Indu's suggestion of keeping to one bow with five arrows, instead of a bunch of miniature bows, in order to keep a visual progression for the attacks.

Not official or anything, but I wanted to get your attention! I was just reading through and you -might- have a contradiction in your eternal attack :3 "She can aim at a single enemy with a range of 15 feet." "The attack has a range of five meters and can be easily outran." I'm not sure... I know feet but not meters XD; And if you're talking AoE... I would think 5 meters would have to be smaller o: <3 G'luck! Can't wait to see her btw 8D

A meter is slightly longer than a yard, so five meters is closer to eighteen feet. This is a bit long for an attack, but it does fit her archery theme... It's up to the mods to make the final call on this, but perhaps a good drawback to have is that she can't use it point blank, ie, on enemies within a yard or two of herself? This would make it more of a true, forced ranged attack as opposed to a melee attack that can also be used on more distant targets.

I understand the range attacks part, but I couldn't tell if Stari was thinking AoE or single still mostly because she mentioned range twice xD It seemed to me like Cybele would aim the 5 arrows and they'd land like... within a 15 feet diameter or somethin~ Like... Aiming for one person and landing at multiple places o:

Yeah, I read over it again and some of the old information was there.... I cleaned it up some. I made it a small AoE and kept the range but cut the close range. Thanks for the suggestions!
