Here is where all my characters shall go. I will hopefully pretty it all up later, but until I can find/make decent graphics, this will have to do.

Character name: Evelyn Audrey HarperCharacter age: 19Current state: Evelyn is currently mourning the loss of her hair. Thus, she magicks it to different colors and lengths, without actually getting rid of her real hair. She has been haunted her nightmares due to her more...active part in the last war.
[This will be updated as I go along. I have much in store for my poor character.]Background: Evelyn has spent most of her life with the “upper crust” of society, due to her grandmother’s, great-great-grandmother’s, great-great-great- great-grandmother’s (and so on) knowledge, book-writing ability, and spellcasting. By this logic, she, one of her sisters, or one of her girl cousins should be the next blessed/enchanted one. Evelyn has long since resigned herself to not being that overachiever, especially because of her own older sisters, not to mention her many, many cousins.
Evelyn took lessons from her grandmother in magic starting as soon as soon as she was three, but those were small ones (like creating a ball of light, so to keep the “monsters” away) but as soon as she started pre-school, it was not only expected, but required for her to attend the magic lessons her grandmother gave. Since she was so young, Evelyn was unable to understand most of it. Thankfully, her grandmother had taken a liking to her and often kept her over late for lessons, in which she found continue teaching her small magic. She also had much help from her older sisters—however unintentionally. Evelyn would watch them as they practiced and pick up on things.
Evelyn was put in all sorts of classes when she was in elementary school—in addition to her studies and magic lessons. She took ballet, tap, jazz, dance, gymnastics, soccer, and voice lessons throughout the years. Her childhood was mapped out and color-coded by a small group of nannies that took care of her and her siblings. It was rather stifling for her, and she was constantly napping in the limo going from place to place. She doesn’t retain much of it, except the dance and voice lessons, but she maintained those for reasons far different from what her parents expected.
When middle school started, her schedule got a bit more complex, but she eventually convinced her parents to let her drop the majority of her extracurricular activities, but replaced it with a much more school and magic work. Every moment of her life continued to be mapped out, but a certain favorite nanny turned a blind eye if she hung out with friends instead of studying in the library. She skipped her eighth grade year and went straight to ninth.
High school was rough for Evelyn. She had been somewhat stunted in socialization because of her rushed childhood and the skipping of eighth grade—she had a sweet way about her that was endearing, but she, more often than not, was used. She had to be saved by her siblings/cousins, who quickly tired of it. However, as soon as Evelyn joined up with the theatre kids, she found her niche.
School work was exceedingly easy for Evelyn—so much so that she really didn’t have to study. However, her parents would not stand for this. As such, Evelyn was obligated to spend at least an hour everyday studying—unless one of her cousins let it slip that she had test coming up. Most of the time, Evelyn just faked it and read a book during that time.
Evelyn was only seventeen when the First Sentinel War started. However, because of the private schools she had attended, coupled with her parents’/grandmother’s expectations, she finished her schooling directly after turning seventeen. She was actually in her first semester of college when the war began—and her university was destroyed.
Evelyn came to the Overseer’s side as soon as she heard about him. It wasn’t so much a choice as it was a necessity. She heard the Overseer’s call deep within her heart, and had to join. Upon joining, she fumbled about a while, trying her hardest, but feeling distinctly out of place—it seemed everyone else knew what they were to do, and Evelyn was just confused. That all changed as soon as she heard one of Lorika’s speeches.
Powers General Magic skills: Advanced – Evelyn has taken been in magic classes since she was very young from her grandmother, she got quite a bit better under Professor Panda, and hopes to still advance under Cressa and Deylin.Manipulation Magic: Expert – Evelyn is particularly skilled in Manipulation Magic. Her grandmother saw how she excelled greatly at manipulation magic, and trained her and a few other of her family. This ranges from manipulating objects into different shapes, to the ability to manipulate people. However, Evelyn rather hates calling it “manipulation.”Self-defense: Beginner – At her mother's urging, Evelyn took a class with her friends, but never put too much into it. She passed the class, but refused when her mother insisted on more. She promised her mother to carry pepper spray--a habit of which she has fallen out of.Fencing: Beginner – Evelyn learned the art of stage fighting for theatre, and with it she learned fencing. However, since all she learned was how to fight on stage, she is not very good at it, nor does she plan on learning more unless necessary.

Relationships Lorika: Lorika and Evelyn's friendship went from one of silent admiration to actual friends. The two are a Cressa: Evelyn has been studying under Cressa since Cressa's return to the Temple with the Overseer. They have a somewhat close relationship, singing and dancing together at the celebration following the destruction of The Mirror.Jessie: Evelyn had been frightened of Jessie for quite sometime--she fears most people who are skilled in combat due to several beatings/pranks she got from when she was younger. However, she has since seen reason, and will even be studying under Jessie soon. The two were seen dancing at the celebration, and he joined Evelyn and Cressa on stage for a song or two. Xei: Evelyn has known Xei for almost all her time at the Temple. The two studied together under Panda, and now under Cressa. (The pair played a quite small role in Panda's death, with their current teacher playing the largest role in his death.) Evelyn particularly enjoys teasing the blue-haired boy, but only in good fun.

Character Name: Gilroy Obadiah McCray
Character age: 22
Current state: [I will update this as we go along.]
Background: The McCrays have served the Harpers for generations, so it was only natural that when Gilroy hit sixteen, he joined the ranks of his ancestors. Since his father served the Harpers, he has had a long-standing friendship with Evelyn and all of her siblings, however, Evelyn is the one he’s closest with—even if he bears a grudge that she left him and her family for the Order.
He has siblings brothers, two older and one younger, and a younger sister.
His schooling was uneventful, and he spent much time with his mother—one of the nannies for the Harpers—taking them from place to place until he reached middle school. Since his family lived on the Harper’s property, he spent a lot of his time with them—specifically Evelyn. She tried to teach him magic, but the only thing that stuck was her favorite spell, the ball of light. He and his siblings were able to attend the same school as the Harper’s—at Henry’s Harper urging
He joined the football team in high school, following in his brother’s footsteps.
Gilroy did support the Overseer—he supported most everything his father supported. And of course, his father supported whatever Evelyn’s father supported. And Evelyn’s father supported what Evelyn’s grandmother supported. He was released from his duties to help in the war, but he returned as soon as the fighting ceased.

More information about Gilroy will go here, I assume. Fun fact? I think the only other guy RP character I made that I used for an extended period also had read hair. Am I attracted to redheads? I don't know. But I'd get sleazy for any of the Weasleys.

Someone will go here. But they're not really important. Think of them as a plot device. They're a necessity, but they won't really interact with much of anyone.

Character Name: Henry Harper
Age: 45
There are few things in life that get Henry over-involved: his family, his friends, and taking care of them.
His unofficial favorite daughter is Evelyn, however, he’d never admit it.
His business is somewhat undefined in nature—that is, Evelyn doesn’t have time to ask, because whenever she around her father, they’re too busy having fun to care. Character Name: Maia Harper
Age: 42
Maia and her husband have quite a plethora of children—mostly due to an agreement that Maia convinced Henry into.
She and Henry met opening night of her portrayal of Giselle in the ballet named the same. He attended every night after, winning her over slowly. Despite her wealth of children, each time she had no problem returning to her ballet-small figure and still joins in on a few productions.
Other than a brief separation, a little after their third child was born, they have had an otherwise wonderful marriage, thankyouverymuch, and don’t you DARE mention that separation. Character Name: Claire Harper
Age: 69
Claire is Evelyn’s grandmother. And I do mean “grand.” She is quite majestic.
She taught Evelyn most of her magic and gives lessons to all of her grandchildren.

Character Names: Armin, Aloisius, and Andreas Alton
Ages: 18, 21, 23 (respectively)
The Altons have been employed by the Harpers for generations, much like the Harpers. The main difference? The Altons are employed for their expertise in fighting, not serving. These brothers are no different.
Andreas, the eldest, is the swiftest and very skilled with throwing knives. He is very calculating and cares for little else but his brothers and his gold. He stays with the Harpers because of an oath he made both to Henry Harper and to his own father. And of course, the pay is great.
Alonisus, the second eldest, is the best at magic. His weaknesses are his brothers and beautiful women. Not to mention his overly confident attitude. His main reason for staying with the Harpers other than the oath? The girls.
Armin is the youngest of the three, and the strong-man, not that you tell from looking at him. He is also the sweetest. He would die for his siblings, but he sees their folly as well. He cares for the Harpers, genuinely.

[un]Fun Fact: Evelyn left the Temple for some time, after the death of Professor Panda. She needed time to try and deal with the death--especially considering the terms they'd been on.

Another fact about Evelyn? Professor Panda was in possession of her diary when he died. Did he have it on him? Is it gone? Or is it lying somewhere around the temple?

Gilroy got to see Evelyn in the hospital. In true fashion to his character, even back when he was three--as soon as Evelyn started crying, he was doing everything he could to serve, everything to stop her tears. However, despite how close they are, they are extremely platonic. Think Harry and Hermione.

Evelyn also has a wonderful relationship with both of her parents--but she's more of a daddy's girl. Besides, her mother was still popping out babies for the most part.
