The walls were not just white, they were deathly so. More deathly so than usual. One of the largest misconceptions with the Horsemen of Death was that they only killed: this was a lie. Death was both a blessing and a curse, an ability to not only cease life, but also reverse the effect, though it was hard to tell in the eyes of humans which of the two was more dangerous.

And perhaps for Aisa, it would be her very first time encountering quite a formidable rival who was such a master at the same element. Even the chains did not bother her as much, even when they snapped and stirred, the metallic table in the center groaning just lightly under the pressure. Those walls, those white, white walls.

OOC

- Aisa has been confined in Examination Room B. She cannot leave the room, and the shackles restrict her from attacking anyone who enters - leaving a nasty sort of paralytic electric shock whenever she tries to do something unwanted.
- She is free to interact with herself and with anyone else who enters the room, as well as respond with the other player/gm prompts to her liking

Aisa had once voiced that the color of death was not a crimson red-- it would in fact, be this very shade of white. Because as much as she enjoyed the pleasing aftertaste of death, there was also an infinite palette of tastes that death could take on.

But the worst of all?

An empty palette-- this shade of white, with nothing striking to distinguish distract, to focus. Yet, the entire whiteness in itself was a striking feature that would have driven any being in it's grips long enough to insanity. Was it a good thing that the heirs were already driven past such lengths? When Aisa awoke, she had awoken silent. Deathly silent. It was expected, for the heirs to call out for each other, even the act of looking around or the thoughtful expression of wonder. But Aisa's poker face didn't do either of those things--

-- In a way, their company was as guaranteed as their solitude. This game was one that was repeated over .. Once, there was the three heirs beside her. Then two. Then one. Then there was none. One never knew from day to day. Today, it just so happened, that it landed on a number of zero.

There was only a table and chains. Aisa became preoccupied with the shiny metallic table, occasionally looking at her own reflection distorted within the metal. She glanced down at the shackle.. which had shocked her in a biting manner at first when she tried to bite at it.

Oh, right. The table. She sat on it, legs crossed, fingers rapping against the table in a curious manner at first. Her boots hit the table leg, heavy metal against heavy metal, in a erratic beat. It was so stifling and confining.. the white only made the room that much larger and smaller at the same time.

Aisa pulled at the gloves on the tips of her fingers, throwing the red garment across the room, laying limply against a white wall.

That was much better.

A dark, hooded figure entered the room humming a cheerful tune. "Oh my, stripping already, my dear? And starting with the gloves as well..." the doctor murmured, as he picked the item up and inhaled it's scent. "Like an autumn evening, simply lovely." Sighing he began to text a few trainees, "I hope you won't mind the company, but your represent a rather unique..." he grinned, "...learning experience."

Time to get moving already, mm?

Still, Cass seemed eager as ever as she made her way down the observation room, pausing in the doorway when she saw who was on the other side of it. Well, well, well. It was the good Doctor himself. She seemed, amused, at the very least to see such a familiar face, but didn't seem to be much more comfortable with the other figure in the room, and as such it may have been in the Doctor's plans to make such a young girl just...gravitate towards him, not creepily so, but...

Despite how unnerving the man was, there was a certain comfort in his proximity over the proximity of the deathly looking one who was also in the room. She was...
....

Cass frowned in disapproval at her, as though the faults of her life were her fault somehow. Then again, Death lead to Ghosts, so perhaps in a way...

Aisa stared at the figure with a careful look, blinking several times, her poker face breaking slightly, as he held her precious glove to his nose. It hadn't been precious at the time but the hunter's grimy hands on it.. Aisa could accurately guess that this was Dr.H because he wasn't Caelius. Aisa, having never personally met the good doctor, dipped her finger into the back of her boots to loosen it's tight grip on her legs.

He was even worse.

"I don't teach well."

She didn't yet look at the incoming trainees.

"Did you get a good look yet?" Perhaps it would be more accurate to say, a good sniff? She held out her hand, a silent gesture for the doctor to return her glove. Most likely so she could throw it again--

--like those heels deposited on the ground. It made a loud crashing noise, freeing a pair of surprisingly delicate feet from their heavy confines. It seemed that was the end of her strip show, as she made no motion to drop any more articles of clothing. But without her gloves and boots, it did seem like the heir was getting rather comfortable. The island was practically their second home, after all.

While Dr. H's text certainly concerned her, the trainee supposed she really shouldn't second guess his or any other superior's request.

At least this time Minerva had a better grasp of the situation; expediting her search for the room he specified with a longer stride. This had to be about the Halloween mission, and more than likely about the four individuals Caelius had rounded up and brought back to the island. She couldn't say she knew what was so significant about the Halloween-er's wrangled, but then again she had only just stirred from a very long slumber...As it seemed, the older trainee's were much more familiar with the faces, and in some ways much more terrified as well.

Entering the observation room, Minerva also paused at the doorway just as a boot went sailing through the air. Her eyes widened for a moment, staring at the article of clothing before slowly making her way back to their captive. So destructive, she thought with a grimace before singling out Cass and then their good doctor, H. Moving forward until she was nearly side by side with the other trainee, Minnie crossed her arms loosely and lifted a brow beneath curling locks.

"So who is this?" She had leaned in to whisper, before righting herself. Hazel eyes never left the foreign woman.

Bix obediently arrived at the given location only a few minutes after the other two girls. He was relieved to see they were people he was friends with though he was still a little shuffly and weird with Minerva. He gave them both a polite smile though and gave Cass a playful arm push with his hand.

Just messing around.

He settled, clasping his hands behind his back and watching the horsewoman. She wasn't the same one he remembered and something about her didn't say 'Conquest'. He frowned a bit and she may have caught the look of disappointment on his face. He was hoping to see the horse whom he'd encountered on the island.

Perhaps one day.

"She's one of the horsemen.." Bix whispered an answer to Minerva even though she had asked Cass. "Not sure which though."

Aleister had gotten the text as well, pausing to look at it. Dr. H? He gave a small frown but made his way to the room which was indicated in the text. When he arrived he noticed Bix, Cass and Minerva. He stopped beside Bix before glancing at the horsemen.

"Sooo....." He paused, "Why bring just them?" The question was one of confusion, why couldn't they have brought all the creatures?

<Horsemen eh? Hmm... I think I heard something about them before.... shame I can't seem to recall it.>

There was something showing on Minerva's face as Bix entered the room. She shuffled her feet some and un-crossed her arms; smiling his way just as politely...if not a little awkwardly.

And it only got more awkward for the traniee as he reached toward Cass playfully, her slightly narrowed eyes following his hand as it moved. Something welled within her just below the cool, calming surface she tried to keep up. Something that she didn't feel real considering their circumstances...but it was most definitely a feeling that Minnie hadn't felt in quite some time.

<...Minnie...just shut your thoughts up please and stay focused. Thanks.>

That was...easy enough. It wasn't like she enjoyed feeling uneasy and unsure of herself around another. As Aleister joined the lot eyeballing the supposed Horseman, Minerva pushed her lips to one side before nodding her head. Aleister's question had been at the tip of her tongue, turning away from the Horseman to give both of the boys a curious look. Why WAS she here? Other than for the obvious reason to harvest her FEAR. There was definitely more.

Heeeeeeyyyy, this room was filling up with all sorts of fun people! Cass smiled at Bix, punching him lightly in the shoulder, before looking to Minerva and Aleister. "Yeah, like Bix said I'm pretty sure she's one of those Horsemen Caelius brought back." She mulled over Aleister's question for a moment. "Though I ...don't know about that. Maybe there is a subject limit or something." Or maybe the entire point had been to capture the Horsemen and the rest was inconsequential. She looked to the Doctor for a moment as though he had answers, before moving to mingle further into her little group of friends.

"I'm pretty sure she's Death." she added, as an afterthought to Bix's uncertainty. "The all black pretty much screams it. Kind of like some emo kid." though the end of that sentence was quiet. She didn't want that thing suddenly lunging at her to raise havoc or...break her head clean off.

She was pretty sure Aisa could do that much.

While an all-out mission wasn't something Harrison was up to yet, he figured he could probably manage a little observation. Stand behind plexiglass, learn how to take properly take notes and...do science stuff. It wasn't his division exactly, but it was good to branch out. So long as there wasn't a lot of math or writing or lifting involved, he should be okay.

Most of the damage was in his torso, which had been bandaged all to hell and back, and made him look bulkier than he was under the shirt and coat. He had caught one stroke to the mouth, which twisted his lips, and left them bruised and puffy.

Whatever had B0nez reeling and seasick had finally subsided, although Harrison wasn't so sure about the trade off.

The room was mostly empty, with the other trainees in one corner and something sitting on the table dripping in chains. He smiled a little at Aleister, one of the more recently awoken Epsilons, then winced and thought better of it.

Dr. H being there made sense, but it didn't reassure him any.

He stiffened at Cass's words. "Horsemen?" he whispered around the damage, "One of those giant horse guys? And they put us in the same room?"

Deryk was a little wary when he got a text from Dr. H of all people. And thus, he looked a bit nervous when he made his way to the room he needed to be in. Stepping in, he saw several other trainees, the doctor, and... apparently one of the horsemen.

Pausing at the sight of her, he slowly stepped in a little further, listening to some of the others.

"So uh.. that's one of the horsemen.. N-nice? What are we supposed to be doing here again?"

Jerry was not thrilled to see the text involving "Observation". He was a Sun hunter. At least in training. He would have been happy with more target practice, but somehow he didn't think target practice would come into play with observation.

Unless the thing they were observing needed to be put in it's place.

Curiosity had taken over as he quietly made his way into the room this time, but as far as he could tell, there wasn't any monsters in the room. Just... some girl who looked like she had escaped a Renaissance fair in chains. He could overhear some talk.... Horsemen? Death? He seemed unconvinced.

"I read a comic once.... Death was in it, but she was ah... more... like your friend," He said uneasily with a weak smile... that was until he spotted Harrison.

His face flushed, hands fidgeting with his scarf as he meekly stepped closer, "Harri... are... um. Are you feeling better?" He hadn't had the nerve to visit the poor boy in the hospital wing. It was good to see him up and about but the sight of that swollen lip and his pained posture was like a knife to the older man's heart.

Blythe questioned, trying to both distract Minnie from any wandering thoughts as well as pick apart her own knowledge of the term...

But both the trainee and her weapon came up absolutely empty of ideas. They had never been exposed to the danger, although the tension that was gradually beginning to form as more hunters filed in suggested it best to be careful...Especially when the newest arrival whispered about giant horses. Well that just didn't sound safe at all!

She turned her attention back to the captive in question, taking in a deep breath before sighing as quietly as she could manage. So...there was definitely something more to all of this. "At least she's chained up." Not that chains would be able to keep a giant horse from escaping...

Right?

Deryk's comment made the woman squirm just a bit, bitting at her lip while a fleeting glance passed over Dr. H. "Observe, I guess." She whispered his way, shrugging her shoulders. But really, when was anything that easy around here?

"Hey, Jerry, " Harrison shrugged. "Okay, I guess. It looks worse than it is. B0nez is a lot better. Got over whatever bug he had.... For some reason I thought an Introduction class would be a little more...you know, removed."

He didn't have any hard feelings towards Jerry. Sometimes even routine jobs - traffic stops, house calls, just went bad.

His visitor quotient in the infirmary had not been high. He thought it was just because Caelius and H were keeping everybody busy.

"So uh- what happened after I...? I mean, you look pretty okay. Not beat up or anything."
