Forte Forest is located on the outskirts of Rhythm Housing. While it is an open forest full of wildlife and various amounts or rare plant life, Forte Forest is not the place to roam alone. During the day it’s a fun place for hiking with friends, finding a nice place out in the forest area to camp out, but make sure you have someone there with you. Bears, wolves, and even raccoons like to sneak into the tents of those who leave food out in the open where they can smell it. Towards the center of the forest there is a large lake area, Cannon Lake. A wonderful for students and faculty members to get out there and get a big taste of nature.
