❐Childish - Kain can be a bit childish. He likes to whine about silly things, like who ate the last cookie or something and he always asks questions about things like as if it were all so new to him. Surely he can be calm, but when he is around people its usually a different story.

❐Simple - He lives simply. He spends his time watching as life goes on around him, picking up pieces to life. He is curious on how the world works and why. Yet, under all this innocent way of living, Kain has a very dark mind.

❐Selfish - Along with being childish, Kain is very selfish. He sees that others are selfish and have to put themselves first before others, so he veiws it ok to be selfish. Except, he doesn't help others after he helps himself.

❐Manipulative - People are toys to Kain. He likes to play around with people's lives occasionally, either by putting them in danger or ruining their life by telling them lies, uncaring if he hurts them. He is normally very good at filling in the blanks along his little white lies, but every now and then he messes up and they can see right through.

❐Guilty - Kain feels nostalgic almost all the time. He doesn't show it because its easy when all he sees are new faces. He doesn't ever want to face someone from his past, because he'd feel like he'd fall into pieces - especially if he faced his old 'love'. He doesn't like what he is and wishes he could take back time and fix it, but he knows he can't. Besides, he likes being able to fly. He distracts himself by toiling with people's lives.

Kain was always a playful child, running off to go play with other kids. Well, at least he tried. Being a Majin, most the kids didn't want to play with him. He was made fun of and picked on, always isolated from the others. Something dark started to grow in him one day when one of the kids threw rocks at him. To entertain himself, Kain was found in areas with many plants, large and small. He became fascinated with plantlife and the cycle in which they live and die in. Among these plants is where he found his best friend, Nue. They became inseperable and Kain loved him very much, for he was the only kid willing to play with him. They became so close, in fact, Kain started reffering to him as "Brother" instead of Nue.

His parents loved Kain very much, but they wanted to spend time with him too, but they also didn't want to make Kain sad. They asked Kain to stop hanging around Nue so much and spend time with them, but Kain took it the wrong way and thought they hated Nue. Refusing to be apart of the family, Kain spent even more time out than at the house. Devastated, his parents tried to force Kain to stay in, banning him from seeing Nue. Of course, Kain was a bad boy and snuck out, even at a very young age. As a lesson and out of rage, his father hit him across the face one night after Kain was caught sneaking back in. But the darkness and a hunger grew in him every hit his father landed on him.

Eventually, however, his parents became more obsessed with keeping Kain away from Nue, they sent their son to Makai as the last resort since physical punishment wasn't enough. They though physically moving him far away would brake the two 'brothers' apart. As he went through the school with darkness growing in him, but always played a smile on his lips. He found his friend, his brother in heart, at the school one day. His parent's plan failed to keep them apart. They grew even more closely as Kain developed a crush on Nue.

Returning home after he graduated, he felt anger at his parents. They had another child while he was away. He felt as if his parents hated him so much they wanted to replace him when, in his mind, they were in the wrong. They sent him away and had another son! He confronted his father about it. His parents had become ever so abusive while he was gone, drinking and feeling sorrow for loosing their first boy. Hurt and angery at his parents, he attacked his father and fled without knowing if he was dead or not.

Seeking shelter and a new home, Kain had made his way to Nue's house and Nue's parents took him in as one of their own. All was going quite well living there for a while. He was happy to spend so much time with Nue. They shared everything, even a bed. The happiness started to fade when Nue got in trouble one day. Nue's parents yelled and scolded him for something, but Kain was so protective over his best friend that he stood up to his parents for Nue. Nue's parents were becoming like his own in his mind, and he started to loose control over himself. One day, the hunger and darkness in Kain surfaced, and in a fit of blind rage he killed and consumed the hearts of Nue's parents.

Fleeing from this disaster and the broken look on his friend's face, Kain lived the life of a Witch Eater. Hiding his new found wings, he tried to mingle in with the humans and live a more controlled life emotionally.

Kain loves to spend time out in the nature, watching plants as they bloom into extraordinary colors in the summer, and die in the winter. When he travels into towns for some baked goodies, he sometimes tries to ruin someone's life. He usually picks on the kinds of people that think their life is bad, who aren't happy and thankful for what they have. If they aren't happy about life, then why go one about it? Kain thinks. After all, he only tries helping them out by ruining his or her life so life isn't worth living anymore because he feels they don't appreciate it. Surely, he's not a good guy, but he does miss the past and wishes he had now when he did then.

Kain travels around occasionally, looking at all kinda of plants and eating all kinds of sweets to fill his needs.

Kain knows some minor compulsion. He uses them to his advantage when trying to manipulate people when he's 'playing' with them.

This is where Kain spent all his time mastering. He is able to use spells to affect the growth of plants. He can increase, decrease, or stop the growth of plants in almost an instant. He carries around a bag of pumpkin seeds in case he gets into a fight. He will usually throw a seed or two down, and increase the growth and size of the seed to become a huge pumpkin. He normally uses pumpkins for escape. If he feels like he can't escape, he uses the seeds of a Venus Fly Trap, quickly making it grow large as his offensive.

Being a Witch Eater, Kain has wings upon his back, and the ability to fly. He can aslo hide his wings at will.
