Though the Gymnasium was rather abandoned after the healing stage, it was also the place for many students to still linger, especially those who had not fully healed post their Haunted House field trip. In addition, the Gymnasium outskirts, though avoided by a large population of unaware students, served as a second purpose.
It was the best way to gain access to the co-ed washrooms, the territory where the four Horsemen heirs spoke about Hunters, without being noticed by either faculty or lingering Boogeyman.
And it was there that very Frightday that someone else was simply standing there, right in front of the hallway extension that would lead to said co-ed washrooms. They were wearing something very familiar to many Haunted House and Student Council veterans: a deep red cloak with a pin clasp.
The figure simple stood there, unmoving, looking, face hidden underneath the hood as if waiting for something, or was it someone? OOC - This is an ORP FOR ALL Amityville Students, whether they were involved in the Haunted House incident or even if do not they know about the entire Red situation - Once again you do not need to know ANYTHING about current events to be involved. ANYONE can join in! - Anyone is free to wander around this area though ICLY this happens after the Horsemen's "warning session" regarding Hunters, for those who attended. (a couple days or so after) - Students are free to question or strike up a conversation, whatever they prefer, or even talk amongst others until next gm post, but as it is a school and violence is not allowed unless inside the Gymnasium for sparring, it is probably not a good idea to do anything else :> (OOC: please don't use OOC knowledge as IC knowledge and attack thank you ) - As this is a special ORP, any students involved will get bonus rp points for participating! - You can rp with more than one enrolled student if you like!

Shehk had been making a point to drop in and see if she could speak to Invictus of the Horsemen about something. She'd always been..intending..to do so, but she'd never really had the time for it. She'd always assumed she'd have more time to ask, but... Red had proven that thought wrong. She'd been left with an ache, really. And thus, she'd been making an effort to try and settle things, if nothing else.
Not settle, persay, but hesitation left a lot of unanswered questions and room for failure.
Still, as she entered the hallway, Shehk paused when she saw a figure standing down the hallway. Red. But it wasn't Red in the way she would have wished for it to be. It was red in a way that had made her heart skip for a moment before settling back into the disappointment of reality. But still, who would have been.... She looked around cautiously and then to the figure who stood in the hallway, unmoving. Who was..? Who had kept the cloaks after their little escapade into the forest? Was it an adult? Had they been caught somehow?
"Hello?" the pricolici called out, her ears swivelling as she debated a level of trust with the stranger, not yet approaching. Was anybody else out at that point in time?

Danny bit her thumbnail, an obsessive habit when she was nervous, as she left the co-ed washrooms where the horsemen had given their warning. Just what was Invictus talking about- humans being weapons? No it was halloweeners being weapons, wasn't it? This was too confusing.
During the meeting, she'd stay quiet for the most part. She didn't understand most of what the horsemen had been saying. She got that the white-coats ... the hunters were bad. The whole middle-man FEAR process though? That was way, way over her head.
The most she had gotten out of that meeting was this: Halloween good. Hunters bad. As far as Danny was concerned, that was really all that mattered anyways.
She turned to say something to Roch, only to be distracted by the figure standing in the middle of the hall. It was a figure ... with red's cloak? Was this another one of those student council thingies? "Roch," she whispered, "Who's that?" Shehk was already saying hello to the figure. Danny waved at the figure as well. Maybe it was friendly!

As much as flexing his brain was a must, Mort knew he needed to flex his actual muscles. Where else would he end up but the gym eventually? Sure, he could continue playing DDD, but . . . Flailing your legs in one place could only do so much. And he had found the gym by way of locating the co-ed washroom, thus the area had not been fully explored or added to his map of the academy.
What was found there, however, was a little more than simple students training.
Both ghouls were familiar, and he moved to stand near them, pushing his glasses up. "Should be wearing open cloaks l-like that?" he asked either of them quietly, eyeing the figure curiously. He left them to do the actual greetings, rather unsure himself.

While she recognized the others who had already gathered here (perhaps they had all had the same intention and wanted to speak to the horsemen as well), Xiu's gaze slid past all of them to settle on the figure that stood in the way of the co-ed washrooms. Immediately, a sense of alarm seized her--had their little memorial for Red been found out? That was one of the cloaks that she, Junko, and Lizzy helped make, wasn't it?
...Just what was going on here? Having overhead Mort's question, the baku gave a little shake of her head. "Probably not." She murmured, careful to keep her voice low.
She didn't say anything to the figure--aside from greetings, it didn't seem wise to say anything else since they had no idea who was under that cloak. Perhaps it was just another student, or maybe it was a professor or a boogeyman. Whatever the case, considering everything that had happened lately, Xiu found herself feeling far more guarded than usual.

Coincidence was never a very kind mistress to Zar in his day to day life. So it was, that on his first real foray into the world outside the demon dorms that he ended up wandering to the Gym. Not with any real intent, he hadn't thought to check the campus map before setting out, or to plan ahead, simply expecting a relaxing walk and a chance to get a bit more familiar with his surroundings. He'd watched the students training therein for a bit with a mixture of admiration and awe. It was mere happenstance that he set off again when he did in the direction of what he thought were voices, they were very quiet though, so he couldn't even be sure of that.
Drawing nearer he spotted a few students standing around, but not in the usual lazy or idle way students might have gathered in the hallways, these were mostly keeping an eye on the other silent figure in the red garb. Garb he noticed as he slunk nearer, that appeared to be some manner of red cloak.
Well, he was curious now, and completely oblivious to anything that might have been going on, he knew if he walked away, he'd be left wondering for the rest of the night, so as nonchalantly as he could manage, he wandered over to lean idly on a nearby wall and pretend he belonged there.
Yes, he was just resting his feet. Mhm.

Mot spotted Xiu as he meandered the hallways. She seemed to be headed for the gym, and it had him curious. Mostly the information session with the Horsemen was still in his mind.
"Xiu?" He called out, jogging to the ghoul. His footsteps slowed, spotting the figure in red. That familiar red.

Shun paused as he saw the group of people who had gathered around. He had been moving by when he saw some people heading towards the gym. Curiosity got the better of him so he went to investigate what was going on. As he drew closer, he saw someone wearing one of the red cloaks from the ceremony. What the hell were they thinking?
Stepping over by Xiu and Mot, he narrowed his eyes at the figure.
"Think they're trying to pull something?" he frowned. Considering how secretive that meeting was, he had a feeling something wasn't quite right here. Was someone trying to get them all into trouble? He glanced to the few others in the area, trying to see if the others had a better idea of who the cloaked one might be.
------
Jericho on the other hand, was wandering over by the gym in case West or any other potential challengers were around. When he stepped inside, he was rather surprised to see how many people were here. Normally when he came by, there were barely any other students around. It didn't seem like they were here to utilize the gym either.
"Hm? What's going o--"
He trailed off as the cloaked red figure caught his sight. Blinking, he looked over to Shehk for the moment, then back to the mysterious one.
"Er..."
He wasn't sure what to say. Ceremony was over? No, that wasn't right. They were told to meet elsewhere anyway.

Calder was passing by and noticed a pair of dark horns enter the Gym. It confused him to no end as Barth was not the type to ever enter the Gym, though with classes gone due to....lack of faculty, he guessed if Barth was curious, he might pass by there. That and it was a nic set of horns. Maybe if ti was quiet and alone, they could -
Oh. No. There were more, and all in a clustered group. Standing by the door, he craned his head and looked further ahead where a cloaked figure stood, still, silent, and just...THERE.
He didn't trust things in cloaks, and the red touch only made him sad.
"Why are we all....standing here?" He asked, glancing over to a figure standing next to him, and then double-taking when he saw who - or what it was.
Hooves.
Horns.
Rather mature in features.
"Why, Hello there. We haven't met before. Name's Calder." Calder leaned beside the boil, smiling.

What was going on in the gymnasium? Why was this, pseudo sacred place being touched so soon by all these students that weren't at he Red's Day? (NPC chars, not you guys)
Narrowing his eyes he limped in to see what the holler was about. "What the Jack..?" Freezing right in his tracks he saw a strange red-cloaked figure at one end of the gym.
--
Andeon lovesPepin followed a rather tail lizard boil into the gym only to find herself in the midst of Meat Shield and a couple of other familiar students.
Of course one student in particular she hadn't met yet stood out like an undead on fire. Turning her head at Zar she floated over curiously. Just to see if he radiated pixels like her.

Zar was still idly watching the red cloaked figure, drumming his claws together distractedly when he caught the sound of a voice nearby, of course there were many voices, more students arriving all the time, but Calder was nearest and actually pulled him out of his reverie. He had no idea /why/ everyone was standing around where they were so very neatly sidestepped that question, opting instead to focus entirely on the boil's greeting, raising a brow as he took in his appearance. Hooves! Hooves! He could have hugged the stranger, someone who could possibly empathise with the many dangers of a world of flooring designed for paws and feet. He couldn't help but smile a little as he nodded in greeting, a small smile from Zar tantamount to a grin from most other people on the scale of emotion.
"Nice to meet you Calder. I'm Zar." And I have no idea why I'm standing here and I'm going to look like an idiot if you ask he thought.
He did notice Pepin nearby but wasn't sure what to make of her just yet, his tail taking a slightly more nervous curl the nearer she got. He'd never met anyone other than his family of a similar colour to him and family set off all the alarm bells in his brain, family were always bad so he pretended instead to be totally aloof and composed as he spoke to Calder.

Calder smiled back. "Zar. Nice name. Nice to meet you. I saw you leaning here and though....you were someone I knew." Looking was alright, right? Yes, he was taken...well, twice taken, but looking was completely harmless, right? And damn, could he look. Did...Did this boil have TWO sets of horns? OMG HE DID! They were lovely black and one was completely curled while the other was waved up. Lovely!
He leaned against the wall but was holding himself up for support. "So, you're new? Never saw ya before. You're a.....pardon, I haven't seen your type here before." Demon? Monster? He couldn't be sure. He certainly never seen anything like him before. Boil, did he love this school at times.

What a friendly boil Zar thought to himself, noting Calder's eyes on his horns but thinking nothing at all of it, perhaps he had similar horns to his friend. "I'm sorry I'm not the person you were looking for."
"But yes indeed I'm new. Only been here a few days." A few very long days which had tended to blur into one another, he thought to himself. His sleeplessness was really starting to mess with his sense of time. "And oh. Erm." And here came the awkward bit again.
"I'm a demon. An Incubus."

"Perhaps," the cloaked figure interjected, "You are standing here waiting for something." The tone of voice was slightly low, male, and oddly familiar, like ringing a distant bell, to a couple of students. There was something about it that-
- The figure turned, taking a step closer towards the closer gathering of students. "A secret perhaps, about a certain unfortunate incident?" OOC - Anyone can still join in at any time, just filling the gap between this phase and the next

Secret?
Mot was all ears now. If had something to do with Red and the cover ups, he wanted to know. Still, the man's voice sent a chill down his spine. The sound of a spur clinking as he took a step back, cautiously as the figure took some forward. Something wasn't right. But maybe it was the anonymous form, and the eerie cloak he wore.
Still, he stuck around.
