He had not known her well, nor, had he really known her for long. Occasional passing by, a recognition when their paths cross. But, just like with Lyra, the sight of Requiem corrupt- It hurt something inside of him. He hadn’t known much of the Blood Moon, only that he would occasionally troll them and go hunt youma in ‘their’ area. He never got flack about it, and he really didn’t care. But then the truth came out. Captured negaverse agents, tortured, some to death. It was sick, and even Castor, who loathed the negaverse, had been taken aback by the actions. Killing outright was one thing, torture.. that was stepping beyond.
Ares had fled to the shadows, and reemerged a corrupt royal at the surrounding, and in tow, Requiem. He’d thought her smart, not stupid. She’d been good as far as senshi went, whatever prompted her to become corrupt. Hell, for all he knew Ares had forced it on her, warping her mind. At a loss the only one who could give him answers was the senshi of burial herself. Thus, his manhunt. Nightly, he was looking for signs of the corrupt senshi. A sighting. A rumor. No dice, he hadn’t found her. It was by pure luck that he managed to run across her, in all things, a graveyard.

IStoleYurVamps Please quote me in this thread when you tag me back! Ever since her transformation, Requiem had been finding less and less time to come to the graveyard. She had missed it; it was a strange sort of home to her. Of all the places she had called home in her former life, the life of Devi Gellner, the graveyard was the only one that had remain unchanged. Her old home wasn’t very far away, now inhabited by a new family. Even the old Gellner Funeral Home had come under completely new management – first managed by afar by her parents, but they sold the business once Devi been had assumed missing. But the graveyard was the same as ever. Quiet. Still. Dark. Lonely. It made was her home, her solace. And there was an intruder. “Hello, Castor,” Requiem said as she spotted him lurking around. “What brings you to this neck of the woods? Visiting an old friend?”

And there she was. Minding her own business, not out doing cosmos only knew what to who knew what. A small blessing he supposed, that he had no reason to fight her at this moment. Walking out from the shadows, he didn't think this would be a trap. Plus this was just pure luck and if she'd been trying to lure him- well, there were faster ways obviously. "Spot on actually. Though, not sure if we can be called friends." His fingers tapped on a headstone. "They're not in the ground at least, or not yet anyway." Blue eyes looked at the former senshi who'd been on their side, uncorrupted. "How did it happen Requiem? How did Ares-" A pause, he still did think things would come to this. "How was it you became corrupt? I knew Ares was a little bonkers whit the whole torture but- I mean s**t, I never thought she'd go as far as Chaos."

She had heard through the grapevine long before her corruption that Castor had become a Prince, and to pay her respect, she even gave a light curtsy when he began to speak. "Ugh," she winced, dodging his questions for the time being. "I detest that word: corrupt. It makes us sound so sinister. I prefer...enlightened. Though the most accurate term for us is parallel, or Senshi of the Dark Mirror Court. We're not 'corrupt.' It isn't like we wish to see the world burn or see pain done onto others...although it is a little fun, isn't it Castor?" She winked at him as she slowly began to circle around the tombstone. "Your reputation precedes you quite a bit, Prince. We both know you have done quite a number to the Negaverse agents. Tell me, what did Wolframite's eye feel like when you tore it out? Did you enjoy his screams? Did his pain arouse you? You know, with a horn-dog like yourself who knows what gets you going." She laughed a bit, covering her smile with her dainty hand before placing it back on the tombstone. "I'm sorry, I just find it so irritating when we are called corrupt when your kind are taking such misguided actions to extremes," Requiem's voice flattened. "I would know. You seem to have heard what atrocities the Blood Moon Court had committed, and I am ashamed for those actions. Not for what I've done, but who I did them to instead of who I should have been doing them to. If you're going to do such horrendously - and lets face it, fun - things, then at least do it for the right side."

The curtsy he wasn't sure was meant to be mocking or sincere. Probably mocking, all things considered. "Those who follow Chaos tend to fail to see what they are doing as wrong. I don't suppose the deaths of all those people at the hands of the negaverse are because they are 'enlightened'." He was doing his best to keep his tone neutral. "Or are you and the other 'parallels' not sided with them? You all seemed quite friendly in the surrounding." It was an honest question. They had come as a unified force, and it didn't bode well for the senshi or knights if that was the case. The second she mentioned Wolframite that mask of civility was torn to shreds. "Did he tell you how he tortured an innocent girl and let her be devoured alive by wolves? I never torn his eye out and if that little s**t is saying that, chalk it up to a lie. He and another were out trying to kill Princess Chronos, I hit him in the eye and ice rammed in there. I'm not some sadistic ******** like Obsidian." It grated on him badly. "I kill because that is often the only option left. One life is not worth the hundreds they have taken. Just as thousands of worlds are not worth one." He growled, leaning on the tombstone. "Many senshi get to live ignorant of how their worlds fell, but not me Requiem. I remember their screams, the sound of innocent people, women, children, young and old, being slaughtered. I remember the feeling and sight of watching my world burn as I was helpless to stop it. The sight of my wife dying in my arms." It was no longer anger, but sadness and remorse. "That is why I am not afraid or unwilling to do what is necessary. But make no mistake, I don't torture. I might kill, but I am not one to take enjoyment in it." "You find corruption insulting, then tell me, just what are you 'enlightened' about? What do you know that we seem to be ignorant of?"
