Roll a Five: The Fire Field: A series of thick rock pillars, all different sizes of height, reach towards the stadium ceiling from a pool of hot lava. While there is a fire-proof net far below to catch any pokemon that falls off the platforms, the rock pillars themselves are hot to the touch. They can cause burns if your pokemon stand still for a set period of time. The air around the field is very heavy from the extreme heat. This field gives a 25 HP attack boost to FIRE type attacks. This field reduces ICE and WATER type attacks by 25 HP.

((Herrpppppppppp, I just realized this battle will probably be more suited for the Wilderness due to Snookie's lack of owner, unless he happened to come by the Stadium for fun? Please let me know what you prefer, and I'll edit my posts accordingly (and also edit out the field above in favor of a more wilderness suited one / request the thread be moved if needed).))
Genesis looked down at the lava below, the heat coming up in waves to crash against her face and lift up her hair. It soon became too hot for comfort, and she retreated back into her trainer's stand quickly. She would have been lying if she said she wasn't relieved to see the net that draped itself safely above the lava line, for she had accidentally burned herself enough times to know it was far from pleasant. And, at the very least, it offered Erebos more training experience.
Erebos pricked his ears curiously when the Stadium changed, taking on the appearance reminiscent of a volcano. While he usually waited for a potential opponent in the field, he saw no advantage to burning his feet and wasting his energy trying to keep them cool, and so sat instead by his trainer's side.

Snookie teleported into the stadium and winced unhappily. It was too hot in here. He transformed into a charmander for the moment to be able to tolerate the temperatures.
Kayla walked into the stadium not a moment later and already was taking off her jacket. "Great. I am going to sweat in here." Looking the other trainer, who was not any more comfortable than she was. "Well, let's see what we got." Kayla pressed the "Roll" button to see if she goes first. From the looks of it, the first move might go to the other trainer.

Genesis nodded in acknowledgement towards the other trainer, checking to see her own roll, as well. She was up first, it seemed.
"Let's start it off with Calm Mind!"
Erebos hadn't properly seen the Mew approach, what with the heat breaking apart the air. He squinted, trying to take in the other's scent, but saw only a Charmander instead. Tail flickering, he disregarded what he had throught he'd seen, and leapt onto a burning rock to begin his attack and raise his strenght.

Charmander!Snookie just tilted his head at Erebos's jumped onto a volcanic rock to improve his strength. Curious.
Kayla could already see the plan the other trainer was going to do and this will not be good for Snookie. "I know the heat is not fun, Snookie but we got work to do. Work then fun, okay?" Kayla was already sweating profusely and fanning herself trying to keep herself cool.
Charmander!Snookie glanced over at Kayla for a second, pondering on if he should listen to her as technically, he is a wild pokemon but loves to hang with human Kayla that he tolerates the guidance. With a nod, Snookie transformed back into his original form and zoomed around as if he was playing around but he was keenly aware if Kayla asked of Snookie anything.
Kayla smiled at Snookie for a moment before looking over at the Lurcario. "We cannot give them the upper hand. Use Amnesia!"
Snookie glowed a slight bluish-pink but he continued to zoom around as if he had no care in the world. It wasn't long before he was bouncing on his suddenly appeared pink bubble like it was a trampoline, giggling all the while.

Genesis frowned, familiar with the signs of a stat battle about to take place. Hoping to avoid one, she yelled, "Change of tactics! Try to poison it!"
When the Mew transformed into its true form, her eyes widened, and the heat of the field was momentarily forgotten as she stared at it, surprised.
Erebos wuffed cautiously when the Charmander changed, proving true his previous suspicions. His ears laid flat as he realized the immensity of the opponent before him, but it was an action of determination, not fear.
Hearing Genesis' command, he leapt from rock to rock, trying to aim a Poison Jab towards the flying, teleport-capable creature as best as he could.

Snookie attempted to dodge the poison jabs. Every time Erebos took a hit towards the mew, Snookie would giggle as he teleported to a different part of the field. It went on several times before Snookie misguided his next location of teleportation and teleported right into the Lucario's jabs.
Snookie took the hit well enough but the poison barbs of that jab was already sapping Snookie's energy. He teleported to an area of the volcanic field that was several yards away from the Lucario so he could nurse his wounds for a moment.
Kayla could see the sweat starting to build at the strain of the poison. "Snookie, use Flame Charge!"
Snookie started to roll in place. The flames sparked in the center of the circle before bursting all around Snookie. The flames started to take form of a fire dragon and rolled it's way over to Erebos.

Genesis was pleased to know Erebos had landed a hit despite the other's constant teleportation. However, she knew it hadn't dealt much damage, especially against a legendary.
She wiped sweat off her brow as the attacks continued, flinching when Erebos was hit. In return, she called, "Use Mew's weakness against it, too!"
Erebos leapt nimbly from stone to stone, attempting to follow the Mew's path of travel. Finally, his attack hit, but his luck didn't last long. A blaze of fire hit him, burning him worse than the pillars had, and he half snarled, half whimpered with pain.
Landing on another pillar, he shook himself before attempting a Shadow Claw.

Snookie cried out as he was hit by the Shadow Ball even if it was a minor hit. The Shadow Ball took him back several yards and almost into the falls of lava. His back furs was singed from the heat. The lingering poison takes another hit.
Kayla was surprised that Snookie had managed a very powerful hit at the Luarcio and it seems to be the best way to win this battle. "I think we got this one, Snookie. Let's continue what works, Flame Charge again!"
Snookie spinned into a ball of flames again and charged at Erebos.

Seeing the poison had worn off, Genesis frowned. At this rate, if it came down to an all-out assault, the Mew would win. She doubted with the steaming pillars that Erebos would be able to focus too much on dodging, and so she said, "Try to poison it again!"
Snookie wasn't the only one who suffered from the heat. Despite still being fully capable of fighting, he panted heavily under his sweater of fur, and it didn't help when the Mew shot another burst at him.
Keeping himself low and taking the brunt of the attack so as to avoid falling, he waited it out before attempting Poison Jab once again.
