So... I'm a crafter. I love making things. I love projects. I knit, crochet, do paper craft, and make jewelry.
I thought this could be a thread to talk about our craft projects, future, present, and past.

I really want to try this when I get home. I don't usually work with wood, but I have before (middle school wood shop!) and I'm sure my dad has all these tools.  Looks so cool! Plus it looks like it would be easy to make a whole bunch at the same time, for gifts or even selling.

I wouldn't mind setting up an Etsy account one day so I can sell my stuff online. I've done local craft fairs and the like in the past and sold paintings to friends and such.

Making jewelry sounds hard so I give you kudos on that!

oh i LOVE crafts. just have a hard time finishing them. latest project was i made the kids snuggies. =-). but i sew, quilt, crochet, knit. oh i'm knitting my mom's dog a sweater, scrapbook, just whatever i can get my hands on.

I can do other things but for a long time, I've pretty much just tried to make toy stuff with cardboard boxes. Made a fridge with the box for my new vacuum. Later went to a garage sale and bought two night stands that were low enough to be kitchen counters..things like that. Live dolls have a decent barbie house/camp cottage thing but if you can't find that, I suggest using the inside of the boxes that already come with your toys. I've already got a living room and a bedroom all set up with a box that came with my girl's talking my little pony baby doll and her talking dog (freaking family always wanting to buy her noisy toys lol). Also, if you don't have any. I've found a woman on YouTube that shows people how to make barbie stuff. My Froggy StuffEdit 9/27/13: More Things to do with Cardboard

Did you get anything good? Didn't see anything that grabbed me. But I did find a cute pot for a plant I have. *shrugs* If I get to doing anything I'll post.
