Rolled a two: Rock field:Tremors ripple forth from center-field as the basic floor shifts to a rock and dirt field. Rock towers emerge forth from the ground to offer a place of escape or an advantageous attack position. The breeze from the stadium air conditioners stirs the loose sand on the field, creating a mini sandstorm that reduces visibility. Lecila walked into the very cave like arena but there was an open stadium area where flight pokemon can move easily. She walked on to the platform and started to raise as she waits for her opponent.
Kashti slithered his way onto the rough terrain and disliking it. He wants to be where he is comfortable, in the water or at least a grassy meadow. There was a small pool of water if needed but he knew that he had to get use to being on umcomfortable fields to toughen his skin.
"Let's see where we stand." Lecila looked up at the screen and pressed the "Roll" button.

I followed the directions on the little slip of paper, watching it, more than anything else, and jumped, when the platform beneath me rose, gripping the rails I hadn't known were there. The rat, tucked up in my shoulder, rolled his eyes and hopped down to the railing, then to the arena and looked around, spotting the serpentine dragon and tilting his little head, chittering softly for a moment. An instruction flashed accross the screen in my booth.
"Push Button." I muttered, then performed a literal facepalm, and pressing the button. I looked up softly, obviously new to this, probably just starting out, despite being a high-school graduate. "Hi..." I muttered shyly, with a smile and a soft wave.

Lecila looked up at the young trainer and smiled for her benefit. "Hey there. You ready?" Lecila didn't really wait for a reply as she knew that the young trainer had to be unless they wish to forfeit. "Let's start this off with Dragonbreath!"
Kashti paused for a moment before taking a deep breath, puffing up his body. A large amount of air caused him to expand before he could no longer take in anymore. With a strong force, Kashti exhaled quickly in attempt to do some damage with it. Lecila was glad that Kashti was in front of her or she would have had felt some of that damage herself.

I flinched and started to bark at the rattata about the move's identity, or a warning to duck, but before I could really say anything, the rat was off, bolting about the terrain like he owned the place. Moving this way, he taunted the dragon by just barely dodging the blast of draconic flames, twisting his weight on one heel before bolting into an attack.
Long, sharp teeth flashed as the animal charged, hungry for dragon's blood, apparently. Or... perhaps he just enjoyed combat.

NOTE: I just am editting this in all threads. I had changed the HP system without even realizing but the changes are good so I'm keeping it. All pokemon that only have one more stage to evolve to have 900 HP, so thus your rattata has 900 HP :3

[I am making a guess that that attack was not an ice move. XD]
Kashti dodged the rattata's attack like it was nothing or easy but it had frustrated him that his attack missed as well. Glaring at the rattata, he waits for the next attack call.
Lecila shouted. "Let's try Thunderbolt!"
Kashti preformed a routine move on his part and charged up the electric attack from his head gem. In moments, he released it at the Rattata.

(Sorry about that, fixed it.)
The rattata's jaws having snapped shut without prey between them left an audible clack to echo accross the stadium, and the little rodent had but moments to skitter back to his position. Once there, he only barely realized the crackle of electricity before taking to his speed once more, darting this way and that accross the battlefield.
The move he used wasn't flashy, but it played right into his speed. "Quick attack!" could be heard, barked in an almost mute voice on the other side of the stadium, only barely enough to be heard over the crackle of thunder and the prattling of disturbed rocks.

Kashti had a difficult time tracking the rattata and got slammed along the side of his body. He twisted and turned as Kashti rolled to a stop. The dratini raised his head, panting and waiting for the next command.
Lecila nodded in acknowledgment that the other trainer, young as she may be. "Nice job." Lecila eyes narrowed a bit. "But let's see if you can think on your feet" The dragon-trainer shouted at Kashti. "You know what to do! Do it!"
Kashti trilled before sending another Thunderbolt at the Rattata but aiming for a different tactic.

The rodent cringed from the blow, electric sparks climbing over his frame from the blow. He blinked a moment: Superficial damage, obviously. He gave a little smirk and lept into action, ignoring the warning from his temporary trainer and leaping for the Dratini with all his speed once more. The attack's name was unheard, but it wasn't hard to miss, given that it was so hard to see: A quick attack was his move.
This rodent seemed to have a penchant for battling regardless of a trainer. Was it how he raised, or was the girl accross the way, smiling so wide, like she'd a secret you didn't, doing something... Manipulating the rattata without vocal commands, somehow. Was it possible, with a pokemon that had not been trained?
(Girl, yes. I thought I'd put a She in there somewhere, or a description or something. Sorry)

Lelica watched carefully between the trainer and the Pokemon. It seems that they are not nsync with each other and the rattata is just doin the battle on his own. That was very unusual but it is no matter. Either way, they will win this battle.
Kashti Dodge the quick attack like it was nothing.

I winced as the rat took the hit, having dug his toes into the rock to steady himself against the force. "You alright?" The rat just shook his head and barked at the dragon, reaffirming it's position. "Alright... Let's see..."
I poked through the list for a moment, before humming. "Alright, let's try a Toxic!" I barked, making a wild, pointless gesture towards the battlefield, as though that would help. At the look the rat passed me from the corner of his eyes, I flinched again. "What? They do it on TV... Just wanted to try it..."
