Managing to get Grams home from the hospital had been a feat in itself. Getting out of the hospital was easy, they had a wheelchair and there was a taxi, but at home? There was no wheelchair and It had started to rain a bit. Azzo looked ticked off as he helped grams out of the taxi; the problem was how was he going to get her into the house?

He sighed as the Taxi left putting her arm around his neck, "Come on you're going to have to hop a bit, don't worry I got you." He said as they headed for the door slightly awkwardly. He hoped Aurora would be able to help out with Thanksgiving dinner that was the last thing he needed ruined. Not to mention he was also hoping his parents wouldn't arrive early. That was another thing he didn't want, to have his dad bitching while he was trying to get Grams comfortable would be one of the last things he wanted to hear. Even now though he could hear the man in his head yelling about how irresponsible it was to leave her by herself at that age.

Azzo was not having a very good end to the week and this was only Saturday. He managed to get Grams in the house and on her recliner, and then he made sure her foot was propped up. "There. Now then if you need something just ask. Don't try to get yourself; the doctor said you couldn't walk on that for at least a week."

Grams had been quite since he'd gone back to the hospital not really saying anything just giving the occasional nod to something he said. He disappeared into the kitchen looking around, man he was going to have to try to fix something to eat but he always ended up burning the food. He needed Aurora's talent granted he was sure she'd come help at least finish the Thanksgiving dinner. Though there was still the problem of....

"MOM!"

..... that. Azzo sighed as he heard the older man crash in the door and head straight for the living room. Yuuupp, Azzo was going to be living through hell the next few weeks. Something he didn't look forward to as his mother came into the kitchen.

"Our Bags are in the hallway dear." She said as she scooted past him to see what was in the fridge. "Huh.... guess we'll have to go out for Thanksgivings."

"I'll get them." He muttered as he headed for the door going around the other way so as not to run into his father. "I have thanksgiving taken care of you can go relax, or sightseeing, or something."

With that he lugged the luggage up the stairs into the spare bedroom. Sometimes he wished they could just stay in a hotel and visit them like normal folks do. He sighed as he left the luggage in their bedroom and walked into his and closed the door. Since they were here he'd let them fuss over her and worry about food.

Azzo was in no mood to eat right then, he also had to leave a quick a message for Aurora warning her that his parents were here for when she came over. He didn't need her being surprised at the big burly man that was his father or his mother. Not to mention not telling her just felt wrong.

Parents are here, just so you're warned.

Was all he wrote on the letter before shipping it off to Polaris, having the ring was handy when he didn't have time to call or the want to call. At least this way she had a heads up when she was coming over. He heard his name being called for in the living room. Oh this was going to be a long seven weeks; at least he had places he could hide for the duration of the visit when they started getting on his nerves. He stood up and headed down stairs with a "WHAT!?"

After all he knew that ton of voice...
