An Act of Fate or are we simply all gathered in a state of MADNESS!? 
It had been too long since the merry, brightly accessorised cat came across the Hatters Hole and not long ago had she found out why he had been absent. Boris had found himself surrounded by little ones however so far she had only met one and still the kitty girl had an overwhelming aura in the same manor as every other member of heartland she had met before.
The game really did never end. She was quite sad, of course she was happy for him that he had been blessed with children, but she also found herself longing for children of her own too. Luck certainly hadn't come to their door yet but patience was key and she was sure when their time did come around then it would definitely be worth the wait!
Placing a cute, little smile on her face she was now traveling through the lands of Heartland on her way to the amusement park herd, still as easily distracted as ever she was also making quick breaks to stop and admire the beautiful things that she wasn't quite sure how she had forgotten them so easily. Like the bowing tree's and crowds of fireflies, flowers of all colours and still, to her this didn't even hold a smear of the beauty the old Hatter rose garden did.Teacups had been brushing up on her fishing skills, they hadn't been quite mastered yet and her father had made it look so easy too! How he could fool people with his swiftness. She had fallen in, slipped off of rocks, dangled upside down on low branches but so far she had only caught one. ONE FISH. All day. Even that had managed to slip from her grasp, like a bar of soap straight from inbetween the hooves, up in the air and a splash to announce her shameful failure.
Well she had enough! Boredom came easily, once something wasn't fun anymore she would leave it, hardly baring a thought to return but with fishing, she just couldn't help going back for more. No matter how frustrating it was... Forcefully dragging herself away before she really did turn insane, she spotted a flicker of a blue, tassle like thing. That was bad, THE URGE she just couldn't control the need to go and paw that tassle of every fibre it was crossed together with. In the rush of hooves, she took the mare down, eyes huge, ears up straight and the ribbon tassle in between her teeth making loud, purring noises as she enjoyed nibbling it. Forgetting that there was actually someone attached to it and oblivious to the noise of protest beneath her.

 It was quite perplexing about how he had ended up falling endlessness through the air. Of course it was his fault really roaming the lands in search for those he knew or might know..Without looking at the ground close enough he fell into the rabbits hole. Now even if he was a hare..or so he thought..This was not his hole it was all wrong and now he had been falling falling falling for so long he had lost track of time. As he fell he noticed the things around him and oddly enough he knew where he was going grinning madly all the way down. He knew where this hole came out or so he thought..unless it was all a crazy dream and alice..yes alice would he meet her again?
He turned his attention to his broken tea set that was falling down right beside him. His ears were flowing upward due to the air and he was slowing spinning now having the time of his life. If any live thing saw him they would call him insane..and to be frank they were quite right. His eyes were still trained on the tea set as if waiting for something to happen when suddenly.. "OOF!" he hit the ground with a thud his tea set landing softly beside him..Now then he would never get used to that.
As he looked around though his eyes narrowed and he frowned this was not the place he remembered. Yes there were giant trees and mushrooms..but something about it seemed..odd. He slowly got to his feet taking in his surroundings hoping one of his many friends would pop up out of no where realizing he was back. "Hrmm Hello there..Its nice to be back even if this is odd and not what i remember..care to guide me to the tea party?" he smiled to himself and set off into the forest of magic wondering what was in store for him today.

Dice was in shock. She had been tackled so immediately it hadn't given her time to work out what had just happened all she knew was that her face was buried in darkness, voice was muffled and there was a heavy weight now upon her. When she finally managed to kick out her leg to stretch enough to pull her head back out from the suffocating dirt, she gasped, throwing her head around ready to yell to the heavens; until she saw who the attacker was. No surprise.
She found the screams of irritation withdraw inside herself, now encased in a shell. With puffed out cheeks she let a sigh slip through them. "Why hello again.. I was just on my way to see you. My, you have gotten big! They grow up so fast." Half talking to the kitten and herself, she twisted her head to the side as it was yanked further inbetween the fangs of the girl as to not let it go. The last time she had seen Teacups she was only a foal and now she was all grown up baring the same trademarks as her father.
It was strange how alike they were. She couldn't stay mad for long. A chuckle finally escaped seeing her so content, until something else caught her attention. A figure dropping from the sky. She could make out a bright yellow, rivaling that of the sun and a tan body, upon his head there was... Ears! She assumed it was Elliot, following her under the commands of Blood and jumped to her feet eagerly managing to throw the other who had been on top of her rolling across the ground.
"Look! Up there do you see that!? I think it's Elliot!" She wasn't sure how long it had been since he had been here and the only thing that caused suspision was a ruby red embracing the figure, glinting beautifully as he plummeted to the ground.
Teacups rolled across the ground, eyes never leaving the sky once the figure was pointed out. She blinked two large eyes curiously, luring her back to her hooves a grin filled her maw like a kid on christmas day. "Another visitor!" She cried gleefully, setting off running towards where the hare landed. Dice's presence had already been erased from thought now she had a new play thing to go pick and poke at. The thunder of hooves behind her caused her ears to dance in twitches, telling her she was being followed but she didn't care, there was someone NEW and who the hell was Elliot? She had not heard that name before.
"Helloooooo!? Mr visitoooor?" She sang loudly, searching the area by jumping on to and over logs, on to mushrooms and in and out of tree's, made easy by her agile frame. She hoped he could hear her and that he would be just as glad to make a new 'friend' as she was. That's when she heard a voice, talking back but not exactly to her or maybe it was? All she heard was 'tea party' and she stopped sudden in her tracks.
"Tea party? OOOooh! Can I come? Pleeeease?" She pleaded, spotting the bright locks of hair and skipped after it, mesmorised by the shiny.

He was having a wonderful dream if it was even that he enjoyed this place even if it was but a figment of his mind. Of course he himself thought it was real and that's all that mattered to him even though he had a disorder that made him sleep and have these dreams..or did he? He was already having a marvelous time wandering through the forest and the vibrant mushrooms. Strangely though he tea set seemed to be following him..His ears twitched as he watched the odd sight of it following him. He must be going mad..but how could that be? He already was that and more..but clearly enough the tea set was following him. Only in dreams would something that bizarre happen but what did he care? If it was real to him it was real to the others he knew lived here.
He started talking to himself soon after that and signing his ears moving up and down along with his head. He was spinning in circles now grinning madly not caring about anything else in the world..Till he heard someone else. His ears twitched and he stopped everything at a halt his ears twitching now face turned down in a frown. "Oh dear..Have i been spotted?? Who is it?" the voice was once he had never heard before not recalling who it might be "Who is out there in the forest? Is it hatter..? The crazy cat..?" he has no idea but to be frank he does not care.
He could make out that it was a female voice and so ruling out hatter and the cat he frowned even more deeply staring at his broken tea set. "Yes Yes tea party though im not sure who is hosting it" he yells into the trees now "YES!!! WHO IS IT!! ARE YOU THE HOST!!!!" spinning in circles again his ears flopping all over his face his bow tie lopsided. "I HAVE ENDED UP HERE!!! I AM THE HARE!!!!" he wonders if the voice will speak back to him "AM I WHERE ALICE IS???"

Dice chased after the youngster not sure of what this may lead to except she knew they had another, crazy adventure on their hands here. Whenever they met strangers in Heartland it always seemed to end up in troublesome drama or situations you couldn't of ever dreamed of being in. Then again as she watched Teacups enthusiasm it clicked. This wasn't her game anymore, there were new members and perhaps this was the trio's set of events to go through. At least they had each other.
Slowing down as she realized she hung back a little, since observing the hare was already providing interesting, he seemed... How to put it; different. It definitely wasn't Elliot, now they were close enough to see him properly. Hatter? He knew Blood? So he had been here before and the crazy cat. Boris? How did he know them?? She had spent most of her life in these lands and she had never met this stallion before. Twisting her head to the side, stopping next to Teacups she spoke up. "How do you kno-" There it was, Alice. A time before she had been the main interest in the game. "Alice and the Hatter and the cheshire? You have been here before?" Before she knew it so many questions were just pouring in to her mind and with each one she couldn't help but voice it.
Teacups grinned wildly, taking advantage of Dice's indecision. "Perhaps you're looking for this crazy cat!" She chuckled, making her way slowly over to him, her eyes trained on his ears. Reaching up she moved them out of the way of his face. "Boo! Your ears are really long." She stepped back a bit and looked him up and down. "Yes, the crazzyyyyy cat" She laughed widly, joking. "I thought you were holding the tea party? where would it be and who is Alice?" She had never heard that name before, especially since the only ones who now lived in Heartland were those of the amusement park herd and any wanders got shown the way out after their visit. "Is she invited too? A friend, oh goody! I love to meet new toy- I mean friends!"
She didn't want to let them go, since she liked the strange company but Dad had insisted. Her tail flicked behind her, the piercings shining in the light dancing between the leaves of the tree's, letting off a chime that often filled this forest.
"Who are you mr hare? I'm Teacups!"

His ears went straight up when he saw who he guessed were the voices. He had never seen either of them in his life but being him of course he just went along with it not wanting to be a bad sport. He was sure he could become friends with them..that is only if they dared to try befriend him. He observed them one pink and the other black the pink one making him glance down at himself as to see he was looking his best. She made him think of the mad cat perhaps she was related? Who knew what changed while he was gone and away. He turned his eyes back to the darker mare and cocked his head to one side frowning "Is that odd?? Am i not to have been here before now? How do you know them..? Are we all related somehow??" he is still frowning at her "Are you related to any one of them..? I have never seen either of you before.." he then bursts out into a song "Well then! I will be merry! Little Star! What you..Are??" he is still grinning from ear to ear his mood ever changing
He turns back to the other mare smiling at her "Are you? I dont recall ever seeing you but if you the crazy cat im amazed to now know you" he pushes his broken tea set to her still grinning "My ears are long..? Well i think that you are quite odd..In a good way that being" he nods at her and spins in circles doing his weird dance "Mad your mad were all mad..mad cat..mad mare" he is laughing to himself now as he slowly stops spinning and re focuses on the mares "Yes Yes you were..where is Hatter?? He hosts the best tea partys" he glances off into the clouds for a moment before snapping back "Alice?? Where is alice??" loosing sight of her question his frantically turns trying to find her before stopping mid spin "She is invited if she is kind enough to show up that is" he winks at the cat mare "Well that said we are friends now are we not?" he shakes his short tail and twitches his ears "I am Edmund..Edmund with the long long long long long....long long long long............long long loooonnnnnggggggggggggg long long long long........l..o..ng....l..ast..name" he is huffing and puffing now trying to catch his breath "Oh dear..you..r name..is Tea..cups?" he starts laughing madly to himself "Teacups?? Very well its my pleasure to meet you..and the other mare next to you of course.." he pushes his broken tea set even closer to them "As in..Teacup?"

It was odd that he hadn't been here before now. Well, hadn't made an 'appearance' after the time of Alice. Had he left when she did? Dice gave him a sweet smile, even in his ecstatic state he was as friendly as the rest of the madness in Heartland. "Alice hasn't been around for many days and nights. She left before I came to these lands and even in the other lands, I'm afraid I don't know her whereabouts." She nodded her head at him, then watched as he pushed a teacup to, well... Teacups. "The hatter is my mate." She laughed. "he is also in the other lands and this one is the new generation of the crazy cat. I'd watch out, she and her siblings are quite the handful."
With a playful wink Dice made her way forward to join in a strange kind of semi circle or triangle of bodies before deciding to introduce herself. "My name is Dice Eliza Quinn but please, call me Dice. It's a pleasure to meet you Edmund. You come across as quite the character. Very energetic if I may say so." She chuckled, having caught on already to his short lived dances mid conversation.
"A little star? Stars are pretty." Teacups beamed happily all the while watching as his ears bobbed up and down when he moved and hell, he moved around A LOT. "THE BEST?" She couldn't help herself, turning her gaze to Dice she frowns. "Why have I not met the hatter yet? I would like to be apart of these parties." Then turning her head back to Edmund, she nodded and laughed at the reference of her name to the object at his feet. "Except, the ones I'm named after are bigger! You enter them and they spin. So fun, I will have to show you!" With wide eyes, a flick of her tail she found a strange liking to him. He wasn't what she usually come across and he sure sounded like fun.
"Today, why don't you host the party! I'm sure it's going to be mpre fun than any hatter party!" Like a true cheshire, the apparent disapproval of the hatters continued in a discrete way, somewhat unknown to her right now. Plus she was eager to see what this hare was capable of. Pausing, her ears twitch. "Edmund... Did you come from a nut?" That probably didn't sound polite but what she had mistaken the name for was a sort of nut;an Almond.

As he slowly started to clam down the glint in his eye never quieted. He turned back to the darker of the mares frowning "You mean ive missed alice?? Alice dear alice?? How sad of me to miss her..Tell her i stopped by? Who knows when i might see her" he frowns more deeply "Why ever wold alice leave..? Did she go back to her home..?" his ears quickly perk up at the mention of the hatter "The hatter is..Mated????" he frowns even deeper "To..you???" he cocks his head then grins "Any friend of the hatter is a friend of mine!" he nods at the darker mare "Well hatter always was the busy type i bet he is hosting something or crafting as we speak" he keeps grinning "Oh really?? A new breed of crazy cat??" he turns to teacups and winks "Dont mind me i quite like her!" he laughs to himself and then kicks a rock into a tree "WHAT?? OH!!! NICE TO MEET YOU...DICEELIZAQUINN...Pleasure to meet you dice" he is still grinning his bow tie slightly crooked.
"Now then where were we.." he turns back to teacups in the strange semi circle formation "Yes starts are wonderful they tell you where to go..Even me!" he nods at her "Oh well its becauce ive not been here to invite you to one!! Of course the hatter is a very busy creature!! He has no time to invite others on his own!! I do that for him!!!" He bears a crooked smile at her "Huge tea cups?? HUGE??? I have never heard of a huge tea cup..but i would love to see one!! How a party we could hold!!!" he nods his ears bobbing up and down once more "Oh me be host..well..THE MAD ALWAYS HOST THE BEST DONT THEY??" he kicks the dirt at his feet and jumps backwards tail facing the mares now. He quite like Teacups he really really liked her "How could i come from a nut..Did you?? What odd question is that???" he twitches his tail that is now facing them "FOLLOW ME FOR THE PARTY!!!" he starts humming to himself quite glad to have two new friends..one he really really liked

Dice gave a sympathetic smile, everyone certainly did love Alice. She was all she ever heard the first time she came here. Having all been left heart broken it seemed like she had been a rebound to pick up the pieces but she never did mind, much. It turned out to be a beautiful love story in the end. It was a good question though, how and why did Alice leave? Was it for the same reasons she did before bumping in to them all again? She couldn't help but break a smile, he admired the hatter by the sounds of it. "Yes, to me." Invited others to his parties? "I thought he was working all this time.." She mumbled, then sighed. It wasn't surprising that he kept this a little secret.
She watched the two of them as he turned his attention back to Teacups.
Teacups was in awe. "whooooa the stars tell you where to go!? They speak to you? You must be gifted! They have never spoken to me." Her tail swayed behind her idly, eyes wide as she thought about how that must work. "Hehe HUUUUGE." She added, adding emphasis to the size of them. She followed happily when he jumped back and started to lead them to where the teaparty would be."That they do!" She thought about the nut and laughed maniacally. "Wouldn't it be bizarre if we did though! Falling from a tree and cracked open at the bottom to be set free?" She liked that idea. They broke out of baskets when the time was ready, so was it really that odd that if it was possible, they could break out of a deformed nut. "It would explain why were all so special!" A merry bounce was now added to her steps as she watched the back of Edmunds cape float about in the wind, she was trying her hardest to ignore the small, cute little tail. It was fluffy and it waggled and she was dying to pounce him. From the moment she saw his ears that urge hadn't left.
"Oooh where off to a tea party! following mr hare~ where to, where to? Only he knows!" She sang, with a pearly smile.

He caught himself grinning at the darker of the mares so the hatter had found love and never told him? No matter he liked this mare so he was happy that the two were mates. He gave the darker mare a bow nodding at her "Well i can say the same things over and over..Any mate of the hatter is a good friend of mine!!" he spins in a circle again his tail twitching before stopping backwards his ears twitching "Working?? As in making hats and other things??" he frowns for a moment "Does he still do that??" he turns back to face Dice "Im sure he has a good reason to be the host of the tea partys!!! Working is not very fun i quite say" he nods again Turing to face teacups now grinning wildly at her in a friendly way.
"Stars cant speak!!!...Yes i am gifted! Very gifted!!!" he ponders this for a moment before going on memorized by her tails "The stars are a path in the sky! they dont speak but they tell you where to go" he cocks his head slightly his other personality starting to slip through. "Huge teacups..I would love it if you could show me..perhaps after this little adventure?" he nodded and slowly approached teacups somehow he felt drawn to her like there was an invisible connection between them "How could we be born from nuts?? We would surly be mad!!! Born on a tree and born on the ground???" his ears twitch slightly "Yes yes we are very very special! Special and mad!!" he nods at her again eyes still fixed on her tails thinking how much she was like him. He had ears she had tails..they were quite the thing to behold he though. His mind starting drifting off into the future with teacups still next to him both of them still mad as ever slowly he snapped back and was quick to close his mouth and shake his head. Hopefully she had not noticed his little daydream but the fact was to clear to ignore he liked her he liked her quite much he hoped she would always be around in some form or another. "FOLLOW ME NOW!! RIGHT THIS WAY TO THE TABLE OF TEA!!!!" he starts to march humming to himself as the strange band of..friends followed him

Dice chuckled more at his energy, it was like the amount bursting from him was almost enough to cause sparks to fly from his very pelt. She gave a nod of her head in return to the hare, smiling warmly. "How kind of you to say so. You seem like a very welcoming and kind stallion, Edmund." She spoke truth, there was nothing to detect a single bad bone in his body. Her eyebrow rose. "He... Made hats and other things?" Now surely he couldn't be talking about the same Hatter. Could he? This was all very new to her, whereas she thought he would be robbing the rich and making contracts and all things shady, it could of actually been simpler than that. Maybe he just liked to look and act tough.
Yep, that wouldn't surprise her either. "No he is usually very busy, day to day with the odd day off he has to spend with his queen." She laughed lightly. "I'm sure he will be pleased to see you again. You should come by the Hatters Hole sometime. We will be most pleased to have you." She smiled happily. She was sure Blood could use a friend like him around to liven the place up. She just hoped he didn't treat him like he treat Elliot. Now she thought about that... Poor thing no wonder he come across so mad. She shook her head gently.
Teacups was finding it very hard to understand the concept, that they spoke to you without saying anything! How could the stars do that, were they magical? Paths in the sky, he really was gifted she had never seen these paths before. "Please show me these paths! I'd love to see, I've never seen a path in the sky before. Does that mean you can walk upside down or in the sky?" She tried to imagine what Edmund would look like walking upside down and then it trailed on to her upside down. Then she remembered some of the experiences she had whilst eating wild mushrooms and wondered if he had eaten some of those two. It sounded possible and because of that, a bubble of excitement coursed through her body. It even gave her a shiver and ended in an abrupt giggle.
Her eyes stayed focused on him, they did have a strange connection, even she could feel it and it wasn't even on her mind. They just talk about nonsense all day long and stay content. It was strange... Fit them both perfectly! "Yes of course, my family live at the amusement park so you could meet my dad too. The crazy cat yes? Hehe like the Hatter-" She flicked her look back at Dice having almost forgot she was even with them having being fixed upon the new stranger before looking back at him. "I'm sure he would like to see you!" She laughed, anything to keep him here longer; oh they were still talking about nuts. They really were MAD. There was a short silence but she was happy enough skipping next to him, head rocking side to side as she purred lightly.
"MREOOOOOOOOOW!" She screeched, jumping at the sudden loudness of Edmunds voice, her hooves joined together and her eyes almost popped out of her head. Ears and tail on end before they sunk in to normal posture once more and she was quickly bounding off after him once more.
