He had been lost for a little while, unsure of where to go or what to do... However, he finally found it... he couldn't believe he'd gotten lost on the way here.
Sooo this is the cove?
Aleister stepped into what appeared to be the small room, no larger than a ten by ten, if that. It looked dark and sort of creepy he noticed as the torch was the only sign of light. There was.... writing on the wall? Aleister stepped to take a closer look at it, eyeing the soft glow curiously.
It was something other than actual words though; he gave a frown as he looked at the runes. There was one on each tablet he noticed, he poked at one of them noticing an odd noise from it. The hunter scratched his head as he continued to inspect the one in front of him, eventually moving to another. Each rune seemed different, even though he didn't know what it meant or what it was it had his attention. Normally he'd be jumping at the shadows that enveloped him and refuse to go any further but something kept him moving.
It was almost like something told him to keep looking. He poked a few more, each one seemed weak to him, whispers or odd hums. There was nothing solid, nothing that tugged at him enough to make him attempt to pull it from its resting spot. For that matter he didn't even know if he could. It took him a little while carefully going over each rune with regards, somewhere around the tenth or fifteenth he lost count of how many he'd actually touched. Turning around the room to look he noticed something, it sparked his attention. Aleister wasn't completely sure what it was, but it was something. He walked over to it looking cautiously at the tablet before placing a hand on it. It was louder, almost clearer to him. It wanted him to pull it out, to remove it from the wall.
"I've got to be nuts..." He said softly before moving his hand to another place to see if he got the same 'reaction' from that one. He hadn't, there was a frown and he was looking skeptically now at the one that seemed to be the loudest for him. His arms crossed over his chest debating what to do, the first question he had to ask himself was, 'is it safe?'
"Hm... I suspect they wouldn't let us do this if it wasn't safe... but on the other hand... if I try to remove it what's going to happen. I certainly wouldn't want it to be like Indiana Jones; and have the room cave in on me. Though I also don't want to look like a chicken for not doing this task..."
Aleister placed a hand once more to the tablet to see if it still gave the same effect. It did, and in fact it seemed the want to pull it from the wall was even greater than the first time he'd touched the tablet. He frowned slightly as he thought about what he was doing, finally he sighed and attempted to take a hold of the tablet and pulled it from the wall.
The tablet was surprisingly easy to pull out. However, what happened next was a complete surprise to the blonde. One second it was a stone tablet he'd pulled out the next it was a spiked ball on a chain, which had a smaller ball on the other end. He stared confused, "The hell..."
Aleister didn't get a chance to finish that thought, <Well, well congratulations; you seem to have freed me.>
The boy's mouth fell and he looked around panicked. "Who said that!?"
<Kid, chill out it's okay it's just me, I'm your new partner.>
Aleister paused and looked to the weapon in his hands, "Y-y-you said that? That's impossible. You're an object, objects can't talk!"
There seemed to be a sigh in Aleister's head, <Look kid you're just going to have to accept the fact that I can talk. Now then so I don't have to keep calling you kid what's your name?>
The boy frowned, he wasn't sure he wanted to give out his name to... this. "Uhhh......... Aleister..." He finally answered slightly reluctant.
<Good, there now see that's not so hard is it? I'm Puca.>
Aleister stared, <mannn this is going to be soo weird... there's no way that this is possible.>
<Stop doubting it kid, it is possible so let's go!>
<Heyyy you can hear my thoughts!?>
<Yeah, I can. Like I said I'm your partner, we've got to stick together Aleister and you need to believe in me. >
<Okay, Okay. I'll try!>
<Good. Now let's get out of here, I'm tired of being trapped in this room.>
