It was a simple enough room, and as the last of the sleepers was filed in, they saw only simple white walls and ordinary desks. A silent, shared cue seemed to follow the classroom setting: sit in the desks.
Other than one white-haired figure just standing there, expecting something, there was noone else quite in the room yet. OOC - ALL INVITED RPERS feel free to mingle around / talk with each others / with this "Ferdinand" character until someone arrives

Bix came through the door, leading all the new recruits. It was the standard room, blank, with a large table and many chairs. Lots of stark white.
"Everyone have a seat.. obviously." He didn't think he should sit, for once, and so he moved to where Caelius usually sat and leaned against the wall slightly behind there.
"If you guys have any like.. pressing questions. I'll tell you what I can. Don't worry you should be free to mingle soon enough." Though he had no idea what Caelius had in store for these new recruits.
Bix seemed inviting enough, his face was open and he idly played with the end of his braid. He didn't really fit the typical 'secret killer special ops of awesomeness' profile.

Ow.
Otto winced, the glaring stark white being quite the contrast from the previous room they had been in. It was offending his eyes. Oh well. Rather than b***h, he'd just grin and bear it, sans the grinning. there would be none of that nonsense.
He had no questions, no requests. The young man simply pulled out a chair, flipped it backwards and sat down with the back of the chair in front of him. He crossed his arms on top of the backing and sat his chin upon them.Sulking? You bet.

Fiver came walking in almost right on Otto's heels, shooting the other a look before moving to a desk on the other side of the room and sitting down at a desk (properly) - though had he not been trying to do the opposite thing here, he might very well have turned his chair backwards as well. It was just more comfortable that way, somehow.
That done, he turned his attention to the one who'd led them here - Bix? and raised his hand a little, though without waiting for acknowledgement or anything before he started talking. "So, there's gonna be more tests here, or what? You've been through whatever this is right? Got any hints?"

Making his way in, Deryk looked around their classroom which looked.. just about normal really. It looked like this class was going to turn into some sort of lecture.. which was fine he supposed. It wasn't the most ideal thing for him to do but he was ready to go with whatever for the most part.
Just as long as they didn't have to start brawling to the death here. Once was enough.
"So uh, what kind of class is this all about? How to fight shadows 101? Identifying creatures of the night? Or something else altogether?" he asked while walking over to one of the desks to take a seat. The questions weren't necessarily directed at Bix, but most likely he was the only one to be able to answer them.
"How long have you been doing this business of ghostbusting?" he added.

Wow, this was a really empty room, wasn't it? And it was...honest rather blinding as well. Grimacing slightly, Eva scanned her new surroundings quickly before perking up as their guide spoke, telling them to sit down. Moving towards the large table, she obediently pulled out the closest chair and took a seat, pointedly ignoring the sulking young man who was sitting nearby.
As for questions? "Pardon me, uh, Bix?" Eva looked towards the man, raising her hand almost timidly, "This isn't a really pressing question, and perhaps it's a bit personal so you don't have to answer, but were you also, uh..." She trailed off, trying to find a good way to word her question. When they had been in those rooms with the pods, she had noticed that there had been more empty pods than the number of people in the room at the time. Did that mean that other groups had awoken before they did?
"...Were you there with us? On the island?"

((ENTERING))
The lack of shadows would certainly ease their minds for now as Minerva followed the others in, silent as was per the usual; but the white and bright lights--they hurt. They hurt bad.
The chairs and desks, as well as both figures were seen through shielded eyes, the man to have found his seat first stared at for a moment. Slow steps brought the woman toward a seat nearest the front, a few away from Otto's unique placement. She settled neatly into her spot, smoothening out what wrinkles may have formed on her blouse, pushing her curling hair behind both shoulders--getting as comfortable as she could, readying for whatever would come their way.
Straightening up and turning her attention to Bix, Minerva bit down on her lip to keep any questions she may have bay. Most of them would probably have included many of the things they would be taught in just a few moments...probably. She may have also slipped up and asked several personal questions, like how long had he been a part of all this?
Luckily she wouldn't have to. Listening intently as Deryk inquired, Minnie shifted her gaze about before finding it on Bix once more.

Sherry walked through the door and blinked, her head still ached a bit. The room did look quite a bit like any classroom she'd ever been in. Plain and white with desks. As she walked to one and sat down, she heard several of her cohorts begin to ask questions.
Sherry's eyes went to their guide expectantly. For the most part, the questions that had been asked echoed her most pressing ones. In essence anyway. She didn't feel the need to repeat them.

((Entering from the Dark Cove))
Vanessa blinked a few times upon entering the room, narrowing her eyes slightly until they could completely take in the light coloration of the room. As soon as she realized the orientation of the room's desks, she moved toward one in the front row. (This may have been because it she wanted to be able to learn everything she could from this meeting, or maybe it was because she wanted to keep a relatively good distance from the sulking form of Otto. The world would never know.)
She took the seat in the direct center of the first room, sitting down and placing her hands on the desk, clasped before her. Her back was relatively straight, and she nodded once at the white-haired 'Ferdinand' and then turned her attention to taking in where everyone else had seated themselves. She was nearest to Minerva, the one who had asked the good questions back in the pod-room.
All in all, she looked like a model student at this point in time, despite her appearance. She turned her attention back to her once-team-mate Eva, nodding at her question to this 'Bix' and adding onto it, "If you were, would you mind telling us what team you once belonged to?"

“Woah.” As soon as he walked into the classroom Wilson slowed his steps and blinked rapidly, his vision adjusting to the sudden transition to darkness from brightness. While his eyes adjusted to the light, he looked around the room, taking in the numerous desks and the few who had already taken seats.
The situation reminded him all too much of the first day of school. What to expect? Where to sit? Who to sit with (he really had no clue, considering he couldn’t remember meeting any of these guys during the test)? Silly questions and dilemmas, considering the predicament Wilson was now in. In the end, he decided to take a seat near Eva—because hey, why not? He threw her a friendly smile before he faced forward and listened to the others question the white-haired man in front. Wilson propped up an elbow and rested his chin on his palm.
“Assuming you were on the island with us…does that mean other candidates from that time woke up before we did—like you?”

Bix glanced up when the first guy sat down in silence. Well crap. He kinda wanted the questions! The albino hunter did not have long to wait before the others came in with a variety of inquiries.
He straightened up scratched his head and held up his hand a bit. They weren't exactly bombarding him but he wanted to get a chance to answer what he could.
"Not too many tests really. Most hands on things are accompanied by paperwork though so expect that. Anybody applied for college before? All those forms? Something like that." He snorted a bit. "I guess think of this as a bit of an orientation more than a class. Best hint? Wait until you are prompted for questions and don't hound the higher ups too much. They possess both bark AND bite."
He scanned the faces, mentally noting all attractive females. He approved. When questions about him, personally, began to spring up he took a moment to try and decide how much truth he would tell them. He didn't want a bunch of people coming in who wouldn't respect him.
"I was on the island, by the way. Beta-6. Any Betas here? Hmm?" He nodded. Bix, get it? "And most of the people who awakened with me were too. You'll probably find... people you know." Those you killed or your friends, allies. "But for us that's quite a while ago. We've been awake for months."
He wasn't sure exactly how long but he felt like all that was just a misty dream at this point. "So keep in mind that for us that's like... Well we are pretty moved on at this point." From the details at least, from the horrors. "But always looking for our old buds." He gave them all a smile.

Otto stared daggers toward Bix as questions came flying at him. He handled them well, with patience and seemed chummy enough. Still, the bit at the end about finding old buds made the young man snort softly, averting his gaze down to the ground. He had no buddies. Never did. Sure, he thought he found chums at the very beginning in his naive amnesia filled stupor, but they'd turned as soon as some stupid horse told them to kill each other. Then he placed his trust in some kid who clung to his arm, begging to be protected.
Like an a**, he'd left the kid in a tent of an enemy camp. At the time he thought it was best for the runt. Maybe not.
And then there was the time he tried to save someone's life, only to end up watching their neck get snapped by some crazy guy. Ugh. That made the boy cringe. But that was where helping people got him. Buddies. No, he had no buddies to reunite with. The only good that came from it was some pendant he found in the dead guys pants.
He scuffed his shoes against the floor as he swung his feet to and fro. Bring on the tests.

"A Beta?" Before she could stop herself, Eva cupped a hand over her mouth, her eyes widening. Oh! So he had been one of the ones that her team...
She turned to look at Vanessa briefly, and then rubbed the back of her neck in a vaguely uncomfortable gesture. "We're not Betas, no, but we uh...I think we were on the same field together, with that giant...monster horse." Eva gestured to herself and Vanessa, and then to Bix. Hopefully she hadn't staked the guy at any point--if she had, then that fact would make this conversation more awkward than it already was.
...But speaking of the Betas? She couldn't resist asking one thing.
"Did...did that girl wake up too? You called her Boss, I think." There was a small pause, and then she grinned. "I liked her. She was pretty cool." Especially considering that the Beta and Epsilon teams had been going at each other quite ruthlessly before the monster-horse stopped them.

Aleister had followed, and needed a second for his eyes to adjust to the bright light. Oh man that burned, he was shielding his eyes. He'd heared mention of Beta, and frowned.
He took a seat and watched the others speak waiting to see what sort of class this would be. Or whatever it was suppose to be since Bix said orientation, he paused when the other said they'd been awake for months. How long had he been asleep?
His vibrant violet eyes were looking at the table, did he remember this sort of room? Wasn't this like the one they had died in when one of his own team members went a little crazy? "Are those horses still here?" He piped up with a question of his own, he was hoping they weren't still around.

Entering from the Dark Cove!
Of all the possible choices in colour they could have chosen, white was probably the worst for someones eyes who was still adjusting to the light. It was too damn bright! Almost like going outside on a bright sunny day in the middle of winter and getting snow blinded!
s**t it hurt!
Squeezing his eyes shut, Ryan pawed blindly through the air as he felt around for an unoccupied desk; slumping into the first one he could find and putting his head face down on the cool flat surface.
At least now the room wasn't spinning.
Beta? "I don't remember any of you--or these names of yours you guys keep going on about..." He must have been in a completely different trial from theirs, because he definitely had no recollection of any betas or any other names like it.
