xxPersonality: Arcadie has a vibrant, expressive personality and proudly wears her heart on her sleeve. She can be most aptly summarized as quirky and eccentric, though to do as much fails to do justice to all her facets. Though she acts silly and impetuous, she is actually quite diligent. Arcadie is devoted to her research above anything else; she is driven and goal-oriented. Her behavior is motivated primarily by her own whims and wishes, and she allows little else to influence her. She is talkative, friendly, outgoing, and somewhat shameless. Faced with an individual who appears pensive or upset, she will always lend an ear to their troubles and make an effort to cheer them up. She is a blatant flirt towards men she finds attractive, though she is never serious about it; Arcadie still clings to a torch for her ex-boyfriend who broke up with her just before she left for Kodo.
xxAfter a year studying abroad in the Unova region preceded by years of language classes, Arcadie is fluent in English. However, her voice carries an obvious French accent, and if she gets too worked up in conversation she is wont to confuse her syntax or slip into her mother tongue.
xxArcadie is serious about her work and her tasks, but she isn't especially devoted to Team Rocket and its cause. Her hopes for the organization are that she will one day achieve a position in which traitors will be handed to her to do with as she pleases so that she'll have access to live specimens for her medical experiments. In pursuit of this goal, she is willing to comply with whatever Team Rocket asks of her.
xxMorals: Arcadie's morals are skewed by her desire to further her research. Under normal circumstances, she carries a distinct hatred for criminals convicted of more severe crimes such as murder, rape, arson, etc. She believes such criminals to be subhuman, more fit to serve as research materials than members of the human race. The opportunity to conduct her research on a living sample, though, can easily overturn any values.

xxHistory: As a child, Arcadie latched onto the lofty ambition to become a doctor, and she worked hard towards that goal. She was not especially clever, but she studied viciously and achieved excellent grades as a result. On top of that, her natural charisma and leadership abilities earned her seats of influence in the student government and the key club. In her early years in high school, Arcadie was assigned to write a paper on a 'controversial topic,' and, like many of us before her, she chose to write about the death penalty. When she began, she wrote against it. In the process of her research, however, a series of violent murders took place, hitting as close to home as her own neighborhood. Frightened and appalled, her opinion on the subject immediately changed, and Arcadie wrote an ardent paper in support of not only the death penalty, but also torture. She got an A on the paper and also a somewhat nervous conversation with the teacher after class about how torture is not an acceptable practice no matter what crimes have been committed.
xxArcadie's pursuit of medicine and building interest in the punishment of criminals fused into a twisted support of human experimentation as a means of furthering medical technology. She didn't speak of it often or to many people, but it was a constant thought in the back of her mind, gaining momentum and solidity the more she entertained it.
xxEventually Arcadie entered college, majoring in pre-med with a minor in criminal justice. She continued to hold a record of academic excellence, keeping pace in pursuit of graduating with honors, and began an extensive personal research project in her junior year to present at a convention. Arcadie was frustrated by the need to rely on the research of others to fill in her own theories and sought a way to take observations on her own. Her answer came in the form of her moral beliefs.
xxDressing in the most provocative clothes she had, Arcadie pointedly visited the worst area of the town at the worst hour of night and essentially invited rapists to target her. Her efforts soon came to fruition, and, using a small handgun that she earlier acquired for this exact event, she easily dispatched him. Stunned and frightened, Arcadie convinced herself that her actions were justified, comforting herself with reminders that the man was a criminal - a rapist at that, among the lowest filth in the criminal world. She quickly wrapped herself in this security blanket, bringing the corpse to her apartment and doing the research she needed.
xxArcadie's frighteningly personal observations, both those written in her research and those explained in her presentation, in addition to her strange behavior raised a red flag to the university officials. She was investigated, and she was discovered in short order, having dissected the body into various pieces and stored it in her refrigerator. Arcadie argued that the man was a criminal and that her research was the beginning of something great for the medical world - that she had done no wrong and that they had no ground to arrest her. Expectedly, she was arrested nonetheless, put on trial, and convicted of manslaughter.
xxWhile in transport to the prison she so detested, a traffic accident resulting from poor weather allowed Arcadie to escape, treating her moderate injuries as best she could with her knowledge from the majority of her pre-med degree. Utilizing the cover of night, she stowed away on a ship bound for Kodo, soon joining up with Team Rocket in hopes of escaping the threat of prison and of maybe one day reaching a rank at which she could be handed the lives of traitors to experiment as she likes. For the time being, she finds a place in the medical department, expanding on her novice skills and practicing her book learnings.
xxRelationships:
Parents: Mother and father. Proud, loving, and supportive - up until the trial and ensuing conviction. Arcadie's parents didn't as much as look her in the eye when the sentence was handed down.
Charlotte: Sister. Called Char or Char-Char, calls sister Cadie. Horrified by Arcadie's actions, but even more horrified by the idea that she's essentially losing her sister. Charlotte was the only source of comfort during and after the trial.
Noe: Ex-boyfriend. Arcadie is of the firm belief that since he never told her they were breaking up, they must still be together.
