He was travelling and when it came to travelling, he enjoyed meeting others, even if those others were lions, cheetahs, leopards, the predators of the world, because despite their need for his domain he did not begrudge them their lifestyle. He knew that without them his people would overrun the world. It was then that he had met the young female and rather than turing away from her he was helping her. Not to hun of course, but he was helping her to get home.

He had found the young femme wandering alone and she asked him if he knew of the lands she was looking for. He did, he knew a lot of places, travelling as he did he often found himself in lands where he was welcome or unwelcome as the case may have been. Palahala knew where she was gong so he was being the guide.

Magdiel had met the horned god as she travelled, she had partially expected to meet hi , she often got a feeling when she was going to meet someone special, or interesting. This time she had met someone both interesting and special a god. Her father was the god of protection and he had raised her well, he had raised her not to fear gods even though there were gods you had to fear. This god though she had not gotten the fear vibe from and whens he met hims he knew instantly that he would help her to get where she was going.

She had spoken of the land to him, where she had needed to go and he knew. She was glad, she knew where she was going, well, she actually didn't know where she was going. She just knew that when she got there she would know. She also knew of the creatures that lived there and when she had described them he had known. She was glad. Very glad to have met Palahala. The god of prey was an interesting one, he called himself a pacifist, he said that he didn't hunt or eat other creatures, he had no need to hunt or eat of course, he was not a mortal after all, he was a god and that was the crux off it. He could be the way he was because he was a god. She was certainly grateful that he was helping her but she had many questions for him.

"So you never eat at all?" se questioned suddenly as they padded, well he sort of trotted, along. She was very curious.

Palahala chuckles quietly and smiles at the young female, his chocolate eyes fixing on the young femme for a moment. he had been told once not to trust a seer, but this female, she was sweet, the daughter of a god and she just needed his help and he was pleased to give it, plus, her curiosity amused him. "I don't eat very often, i occasionally chew the cud with my herd or if I find fruit i enjoy eating it." He smiles "You find it unusual that I would not hunt because of my domain? I do not disagree with my people being eaten, they would take over the world if they were not kept in check, but I would never purposefully hurt a creature of my domain. I have no real need to eat either, as a god I can survive without ever putting food over my teeth. Its a fun thing to do though, in my herd we have a festival where we get together and harvest many fruits and vegetables that the gardeners harvest year round. It's a great celebration and I greatly enjoy it." He smiles.

Magdiel tilts her head curiously. It sounded very strange to her but at the same time it sounded wonderful, being able to survive without killing anyone, enjoying fruit? She had never had fruit though her mother had told her that her name meant banana which was a type of yellow fruit. "Have you ever tasted a banana?" She giggles a silly giggle at her own words. It sounded silly even to her that she would ask. "My mother, her name meant banana, and my name means fruit of the gods." She smiles. "I think it would be nice never having to kill anything. I am not a great hunter, I get by, it would be very wonderful not to have to eat another beast, but, as a mortal, I have to." She sighs a little, it was a sad thought to her really. She really wished she was a god at the moment but then she blessed the fact that she was mortal and a seer which was an unusual and rare thing any way.

The large hoofed god chuckles happily "Yes, I have tasted a banana, they are very nice. I enjoy them. If you like I will bring you one, one day, they are delicious." He wrinkles his nose happily as they hoof their way up a rise. "I am afraid I must leave you soon, the pride you are headed for does not welcome other gods trespassing on their lands. You would be able to enter but I would not." he sits down slowly and points with a hoofed foreleg "See that line of trees, there you will enter the ela'wadiyi, the lands of the painted lions." he smiles lightly "They have such beautiful tattoos you will enjoy it there." He smiles back at the golden lioness, he hoped she would be okay, though he had no doubt that she would be, she was a competent young thing. She would be fine to go the next few miles alone and she would enter the lands and be welcomed with open paws. he was glad he had helped her find her way.

Magdiel paused for a moment and looked down the hillside, she could smell the scent of many lions together drifting up from below. She turns her head and smiles at the large male god. "Thank you, you have helped me much Palahala." She lets out a satisfied breath, yes, this was where she belonged,s he knew it, she had glimpsed the place in her mind, this was it. "I would love to see you again, with a banana." She chuckles and bows a low bow to the horned god. "Really, thank you so much, you have been a great help." With a wide grin the golden lioness picks up her paws and charges down the hill in a cloud of dust and laughter. She was finally home.

Waiting until she had vanished in to the band of trees Palahala opened his wings and tuned away format he Ela lands. he was glad he had helped the little deem god to find her home. Flapping his bat like wings he launches himself in to the sky turning his nose for his herd, his home.
