In the woods, there was a large mansion owned by a rather well equipped old chap. The smashing old gent had many antiquities and other rarities, and as such things go, attracted the attention of a certain Team Rocket. Now, artifacts and fine china were not the only thing to be found in the mansion. In the walls of the gent's mansion was another, much smaller mansion, yet still large all the same. And in that mansion lived an extremely dapper raticate, Baron Finneus von Ratsworth.

Finneus was a Raticate of the highest caliber, surely within the top percentage of all raticates. He was proud of his lineage, his power, his wealth. Most of all, he was proud of his inpeccable fashion sense. You see, unlike most raticate, Baron von Ratsworth was not satisfied with the trappings of common pokemon like those who lived outside the glorious mansion. No, Ratsworth was a pokemon of the highest caliber, and so he had decided that he should look the part. He donned a top hat and monocle, and grew the most amazing mustache. And for a time, it was good.

But then, the old man's boasting of his relics and treasures caught the ears of a Team Rocket member, agent Invictus Day. Invictus was a grunt working his way up the social ladder of the criminal organization. Thinking to pilfer some jewelry and money, Invictus would break into the mansion and get away successfully.

Ratsworth was intrigued. For a thief who was completely unhindered, the man took very little. The thief would return the next week to take yet more, but never in large amounts - a single gem here, a ring there... The old man noticed nothing amiss. This thief was smart. And so, filled with curiosity, Finneus decided to make his presence known to the human, to see how he would react.

As it would turn out, the reaction was that of mutual curiosity. The next time the thief broke in, he offered Ratsworth some cheese. But Ratsworth knew it was meant as a kind gesture, not an affront. How could the commoner have known that the raticate he offered peasant cheese to was none other than THE Baron Finneus von Ratsworth, envy of all raticate? He couldn't, obviously. The Baron had yet to make his world debut, and this commoner seemed to be the proverbial meal ticket!

And so Finneus waits for the perfect moment. The time to go with the intrepid thief nears its time. All he had to do was wait - the peasant would not - could not - refuse him. He, Baron von Ratsworth, would make his name known to all the world as the most handsome raticate in all known worlds, and even those not known. He was simply that handsome.





So, yeah. This is Walpurgis's quest to obtain Baron von Ratsworth. As you can tell from reading the story, Baron von Ratsworth is an uncommonly good looking raticate. With his monocle, top hat, and extremely handsome mustache, Finneus strikes envy into the hearts of pokemon everywhere. Even those who claim to be un-envious are simply unaware that they are. He's THAT good looking.
