Keren was obtained through the Surrounding meta and therefore her civilian form is considered approved. I am choosing to not edit her civilian profile at this time. Name: Keren Della-Blue
Nickname: [Don't you dare / Spell it with two E's and no A or else]
Age: 15
Birthday: January 19
Sign: Capricorn
Birthstone: Garnet
Fav. Food: Falafel with every topping known to man. Cucumbers. Rare steak. Purple Gatorade (it’s the prettiest.)
Hated Food: Particularly fishy-smelling or tasting fishes gross her out. Dairy products make her sick to her stomach. She has an irrational fear of Jell-o.
School: Horizon Institute (Formerly a Crystal Girl)
Hobbies:
Fangirl- Keren’s a fan of being a fan. Name a major fandom, and she’s probably dabbled in it. Harry Potter? She’s got six terrible OCs and they’re all dating Draco Malfoy. Star Wars? She’s a Jedi warrior with a Mandalorian father and a Twi’lek mother and her whole family died in a tragic space accident and Luke Skywalker adopted her. Naruto? She’s got a ridiculous ninja character who is so much better than Sakura, just nobody knows it yet! Homestuck? She’s the troll savior, bitches. Keren spends a lot of her free time online, roleplaying and reading and writing fanfiction with a bunch of other kids with similarly terrible tastes in character creation.
Playing with her hair- Coming up with new and inventive ways to braid her pigtails is a full time job. No matter how neatly Keren’s hair is done up, there will almost always be one lock she’s pulled loose in order to twirl it around her fingers. She will also occasionally extend this to playing with other people’s hair, subjecting her friends to new and unusual hairstyles on a regular basis.
Nightmare Fetishist- Keren has a secret fascination with everything gross and gory. Final Destination? She’s seen them all. Franken Fran? She’s read every chapter six times and thinks it’s awesome. When she’s home, her favorite thing to do is hole herself up in her dad’s office and read his old Pathology quarterlies.
Livejournal drama: Keren lives for fandom wank. She checks her friends list daily and is always up on the latest forum gossip; she also enjoys contributing to it. If she doesn’t have an opinion on your fanfic that everyone is talking about, she’ll make one up – chances are she hated it. She hops into all the discussions, whether they involve her or not, and is quick to defend her friends or take a rival down a peg. It’s gotten her into trouble in the past – certainly not on Jessi Slaughter levels, but there are a few circles where she’s on perma-ban.
Basketball- Keren is quite tall for her age, and she’s been playing basketball her whole life. She’s pretty good at it! She plays center, and is known for being aggressive on the court. What free time of hers isn’t taken up by farting around the internet is taken up by practices, games, and training camps. She occasionally daydreams about playing professionally, when she isn’t imagining herself as a world-famous trauma surgeon.
Virtues: Nerves of steel- Keren isn’t a squeamish little girl. Blood, guts, and gore don’t gross her out, a little bit of pain won’t discourage her, and name-calling won’t make her cry. She will forge ahead where others might shy away, and is far more adventurous than her ladylike exterior might suggest. By pushing her boundaries and desensitizing herself to violence and trauma, she sees herself as becoming stronger.
Well Mannered- Not to be confused with polite, Keren is well-versed in etiquette and how to employ it properly. This doesn’t mean she’s a nice person, just a charming one. Her parents have always expected her to put on a show for their friends in high places, so at this point in her life Keren is pretty well-versed in impressing people. She typically makes a good first impression and makes friends easily, before they have the chance to really get to know her. The only places that this façade comes down are on the basketball court and online – both places where she has a fair excuse to behave in ways not in keeping with her usual practiced niceness.
Imaginative- Keren is a very visual thinker. She has no problems picturing herself or others in hypothetical situations and seeing her way through them. She’s a good storyteller (relatively - She’s still fifteen, and it shows in her writing and characters) with a particular interest in visual details, and an enthusiastic participant in games of imagination. Because she’s good at creating mental images, Keren is also good at setting and accomplishing goals: she has a clear picture of what she wants, and she’s not going to stop until she gets it.
Flaws: Gossipy Hen- Keren really cannot keep a secret. She lives for getting the low-down on everything, ingratiating herself to people, and spreading rumors. It’s a bad idea to trust her with anything important, because by noon half the school will know. She wants to know everything about a story, the who, what, where, and when, and isn’t shy about going back to its source. And if she isn’t satisfied with the details, she might just add (or make up) a few of her own!
Ruthless- Keren doesn’t like to pull punches. Once her ladylike exterior is down or when she’s online, she won’t stop until she gets what she wants and she doesn’t care what happens to whoever gets in her way. If she has a rivalry with you, she won’t stop competing until she’s sure she’s won. She will occasionally turn on supposed friends at the drop of a hat and isn’t ashamed to be a cyberbully. She is nicer in person than she is from behind a screen, and far more polite to your face than she will ever be behind your back.
Egocentric- Keren thinks the world revolves around her. People are only worth as much to her as they can give her, and she doesn’t keep “pointless” acquaintances. This is perhaps reflected in her writing and RPing, where she creates characters who bend the story around them – Black Hole Sues. Keren doesn’t always want to be the center of attention, but when she decides that she does… you’ll know it.
Spoiled- Keren’s never had to work for much of anything in her life. Her definition of hard work is if it takes more than two phone calls to make someone else do something for her. She doesn’t just want to get her way – she expects to, and any defiance can lead to explosive temper-tantrums. If Keren ain’t happy… ain’t nobody happy.
Eyes: Icy blue-purple
Hair: A rich shade of blue-purple, elaborately styled and braided.
Face: Chic rectangular glasses, perhaps a slightly bored or scornful expression.
Clothes: School uniform, impeccably pressed.

Knight Title: Megiddo Page of Saturn
Challenge: "What do you say to the god of death?" (long) or "Shut up." (Far more concise.)
Uniform: I AM DRESSING THIS b***h IN LOLITA BITCHES LOVE LOLITA.
Top -- Sort of like this dress in the gray colorway, but with some more "knight" touches. Saturn sigils in place of bows. Maybe simplified at Page stage and only getting the full frills later? Over a long-sleeved black blouse. Saturn-sigil cufflinks? Keep it simple and classy. I'm not aiming for her to wind up with a hardcore, Over-the-Top Lolita look by knight stage: mostly I like this dress for the silhouette, which I see as more youthful and practical than a full-length Victorian gown with a corset. Bottoms -- Lace-patterned tights. Purple. Gloves -- Ladylike white gloves Belt -- None. Shoes -- Are these not the most magnificent shoes you have ever seen? I imagine them starting as this ankle-boot cut and then moving up her leg as she levels up, turning into a low-calf boot and then a mid-calf boot. Shoulders -- Maybe some epaulettes, if not at first stage than after leveling up. Accessories -- Saturn-sigil "cameo" on her collar, earrings possibly like these and turning into something more like these as she levels up. Weapon --
PAGE: A simple, silver water pitcher. Like this. It's empty. SQUIRE: A more ornate silver water pitcher. Comme ca. It is empty except for when her magic is active. KNIGHT: The most absolutely ridiculous silver water pitcher you have ever seen. Elements of this or this or this or this. It is empty except when her magic is active.
Magic-
As a Squire, Megiddo can steal an enemy's voice and place it in her pitcher. When her opponent begins to speak, she transforms their words into liquid and channels them into her weapon, forcing them to remain silent and preventing them from calling any attacks until the pitcher is spilled. If the pitcher is not spilled prematurely, Megiddo can maintain this effect for up to forty-five seconds total. Once she begins to use the magic, however, most of her concentration must go towards not spilling the pitcher, and the longer she continues the attack the fuller the pitcher becomes. Megiddo cannot steal a voice except for when her opponent is talking - their mouth must be open and making noise. Obviously, this attack is useless if her opponent does not vocalize. If the pitcher is spilled, Megiddo must refocus her concentration before she can begin filling it again.
As a Knight, Megiddo's ability is the same, but she can now steal voices for up to seventy-five seconds per battle.

Logic logic logic...
Why Megiddo? Because it's Armageddon. I think that alone is enough to justify this being a Saturn quest. However, I'll do you one further - Megiddo's an archeological site in Israel and I've always had it in mind that Keren's family is Israeli, at least on her dad's side.
Why a pitcher? This is sort of tied to Megiddo, in that one of the most notable features of the site is that it has this amazing underground tunnel down to the ancient city's well. When I started working on the quest I wanted to do something to invoke that well, and a pitcher came to mind.
Why Saturn? Because Keren is the girl who refused to die. Her performance in Breach during the meta really solidified it for me - Keren's had a dozen near-death experiences but some how always makes it out alive. After that, there wasn't any planet I could associate her with besides Saturn.

Not full on crit or anything, just two things I noticed. :3
Be cautious with Lolita clothing. I think what you have so far should be okay BUT even though Lolita fashion is based upon Victorian era styles it had gone above and beyond to it's own style now. And there are lots of things that are lolita that are not Victorian. Just kind of make sure you cross check that it does fit Victorian style too before you get attached to anything.
Knight energy is like a pool. There is a certain amount and once that's gone, it's gone. There is not recharging energy. That said, you knight power will probably be fine if you just go with the 60 seconds and nix that rechargable part you mentioned.
The power itself is very neat and useful!
Good luck with your quest!

Thank you for the look-over, Iris! smile I'll keep in mind to not go too OTT with the Lolita - mainly I just want the silhouette, and as far as accessories I'll try to keep her more in line with what's appropriate for Saturn.
As far as her attack goes, I've heard different things from different stampers? I'll try to be clearer with it, but my main intent is that 1) she can't use all of her mana in one go and 2) getting the pitcher spilled is a real setback to her. She can't immediately resume the attack, she has to regather her wits and start over, because I imagine it does take some focus to cast knight magic, whether or not there's a mandated recharge? It doesn't re-charge, she still has a set overall time that she can use it for, but she has to take time between uses.

I am going to assume that you are using her pitcher to 'bind' opponents by stealing their ability to call out an attack, or for help, in which case I will accept her weapon and it's ability as falling under Saturn's themes.
That said, this profile is fine.
