Regina Hopewell had gone there today. As a matter of fact, Regina had gone through great lengths to arrange the meeting that was to be held there in... Five minutes? Or was it four now? Four, five... Either way, it was about to start and, so far, no one else was there.
Of course they weren't.
Regina's brow furrowed as she checked the table she'd spread a cloth out on and the plate of cookies along with the bowl of punch (a recipe she had gotten off of the internet that had looked promising). She had posted flyers and tried to spread the word as best she could, hoping that maybe, just maybe, some of the others who had disappeared and returned would be willing to meet with her; make a stand, fight the fight.
In reality, it was her last ditch effort (short of stalking the new school) to find out what had happened to her friends; whether or not the two young girls that she had relied on while in space had too made it home okay. She also wanted to let people know that she was there for them and she did believe them...
Which was exactly why the flyer by the door read as follows:
Paranormal and Undefinable Activity Alert and Awareness Association
Meeting to begin as soon as all members have arrived, or at 4pm, whichever comes first.
Leave your doubt at the door! WE BELIEVE.

PUAAAA sure was a mouth full.
