 Horatious sung along to the music of the radio. It was a cool autumn night, nice and cozy in the comfort of the shop. Perfect time for a party. It didn't seem that there were a lot of people around, but no one said you can't have a party by yourself! Well, maybe they did, but he really didn't care.
He fluttered his rainbow wings as he danced about in glee. Wonderful though flew through his head. Winter was coming fast, and winter meant the end of the year. The end of the year meant New Year parties. The best thing in the world. He was going to have a grand ole time.

 OOC--(sorry its so big >.<) Glowy heard music coming from somewhere, she decided to fallow the sound. It led her to a colorful Noodle. He reminded her of a festival, but which one? She was shy to come out and ask so instead she decided to investigate, she would just be very quiet.
She snuck around him, watching him, not like a stalker, more of an innocent curiosity. She then decided it would be ok to say hi, so she swalloed hard and walked up to the noodle. "Hi, my name is Glowy, nice to meet you." She blushed, but ignored her face as it heated up.

Horatius was so absorbed into his song and dance, he didn't notice as the female noodle watched. His tail swished in beat with the music, his wings fluttering at his sides. He rejoiced in sounds, his lighthearted happiness bared for the world to see.
Her voice pull him out of his near-trance and he whirled around to face her. "Oh. Hey." A smile broke across his face. "I'm Horatius. It's awesome to meet you too."

Glowy smiled, he seemed really light hearted and cool and sat down, then started to wag her tail to the beat. "This is a good song, you have good taste" She started to dance a little. She was trying not to blush, she was always so shy to guys. Girls are easy to talk to, but guys, it was hard.
She looked around to see if anyone was really around, there were a few, but she shrugged them off and continued wagging her tail to the beat.

"You can dance if want too." Horatius was anything but shy. He flashed a huge grin. "Dancing is more fun when there are more than one person does it." As to prove his point, he continued his dancing and sung louder. Nothing was going to keep him down today!

She smiled back. "Dancing is fun, I haven't danced in a long time!" She continued to dance and hummed to the song, she couldn't believe how open she was being so open with this noodle. She giggled and continued dancing.

He twirled around and laughed. "I think everyone should dance every day. Life is so boring if you don't! Don't you think so?" The grin grew wider on his face. "So, whatcha doing around here? I've never seen ya before. And you seem like a pretty awesome chick. I totally think we could be friends, right?"

"Yes, it would be a much happier place..." She smiled again, he was very addictive, well the happiness factor. "I'm normally inside, but I decided to get out....maybe that's why I seem new. But I'm glad I met someone like you, and I do think we would become great friends." She giggled, this was her first friend, she was very happy.

"Cool. I will add you to the list of awesome people. You should know that it's a very exclusive list. Not everyone can get on it you know. Only the most awesome." He laughed. This girl seemed nice and he was totally up for hanging around her. Maybe he could talk her into going to a party with him. "What kinda things are you into?"

"I'm honored." She giggled. "I love the night sky, stars are so beautiful, looking at books about space. But now I like dancing too." She was happy to befriend such a nice guy. "I will add you to my list too, it's not long either." She didn't want him to know he was her only friend. But she thought if she were to admit it, he wouldn't be mean at all.

"Oh. Stars are pretty cool. And we should totally go flying or something together. It would be awesome. I'm not a big reader though, unlike some of my roommates." Horatius flicked his tail as the song ended and the next started. Not one of his favorites, but it was alright none the less.

"Flying?" She had never flown before, she blushed. "Um, I never flown before, never really had a chance to." Flaps her wings. "Is it hard? I flap my wings often, so they aren't weak..." She thought about it, how fun it would be to fly around at night, the moon glowing on her, she knew she glowed, and it did look kinda cool in the dark. "I glow abit, what do you think about that? I mean I don't glow alot, just a little..." She bit her lip nervous he would freak out because she was different.

"I had a little trouble getting used to it, myself. But it's pretty fun once you got it down. You might want to practice a bit before you do some actual flying. Landing can be pretty difficult to master, ya know. But don't let it discourage you because it's totally worth it." He nodded. He wasn't the most graceful of flyers, but he still had fun doing it. It took a lot of practice and not it was one of his favorite hobbies.
"Glowing is pretty cool, I think. I mean, I know a few people who glow and they are pretty cool peeps. Except one, and he doesn't count, really. But like, the city lights glow and the stars... And fireworks, which are awesome by the way. Thinking about it, it seems all the best things glow, right?"

Glowy blushed then giggled, this Horatious was quite a guy. A very nice guy, no one had ever treated her like this, she now secretly had a crush growing foir this handsome guy. But She never would think he would like her back, and she didn't mind. Having him as a friend was just the greatest.
"Well, I guess I'm going to have to practice" She smiled flapping her wings around. "I have never seen fireworks before, are they pretty, I mean I have heard of them, and seen them being sold, just never had a chance to see them." She giggled again, thinking about how silly it was that she never seen fireworks before. He's going to think she is a closet case. Oh well, He is still a friend! She smiled, she was very happy right now.

Horatius gasped in an over-dramatic fashion. "Whhhaaaat? You've never seen fireworks?! This sounds like a travesty that we must correct right away. Because they are one of the single most amazing things on this planet. The sounds and the lights and the sparkling! BOOM! Crackle!" He waved his paws in the air in big gestures.
A mischievous smirk grew across his face. "I may have some stashed in my room for such an occasion. We should go out and light some out when it gets darker tonight. It will be so freaking awesome."
