xxxxxx Weapon Properties||The "Fatal Storm" was a weapon that was forged by the Fuuton Masters during the second worldwide ninja war. Though it was never used during it for a strange reason. But, years later, they gave the fan to a Genin who was determined to use it for its general purpose and for an even higher purpose than that. "Fatal Storm" raises any Fuuton and/or Raiton jutsu's used with it up by two ranks. It can carry the user up into the air, since his body will be as light as the wind, though it cannot allow him to fly, only to glide. It also works as a conductor to lightning attacks, if the user blocks a Raiton or Fuuton ninjutsu with the fan. The jutsu's after effects on the user of the fan are weakened slightly. While wielding this fan, the user's control of wind is raised by one rank. Learning Fuuton jutsus with this fan takes two less posts and taking hits from the fan head on is not recommended. The fan is durable and only slightly hard to break since the ends of the fan were made with obsidian and the paper is a strong type that cannot be destroyed by any common means.

xxxxxx Background History||Zatoshi Nagato was a rather odd child, being born with the ability to manipulate paper shunned him in the eyes of his peers. His father, who was apart of the Fuuton Masters, began training his son in the ways of wind and his mother, a retired shinobi of Amegakure, taught her son in the ways of Ninjutsu, making that his main focus. Though he had multiple friends as a young child and soon became apart of the Fuuton Masters Clan, he wasn't done with his story. During the First Ever Ninja War of the World, Zatoshi had to face the death of his mother and father by accident, this was done by the ninjas of Konoha who attacked his family thinking that they were Ame Shinobi when they were clearly retired, Zatoshi's rage sprang forth and ended the two shinobi's lives and waking up to realize that he was alone. Soon after miles upon miles of walking through the rain covered plains and without any food or water to sustain him, he was soon about to die. Though just as death was about to take him, the Amekage of today, saved him from certain death and helped him join Amegakure, soon Zatoshi decided to let old problem fade into the past and disappear, though he still remembers the problems, he uses them in order to fix the problems of today and make a better tommorrow. He became an Academy Student of Amegakure and shortly after became a Genin of Amegakure. As a Genin, he decided to learn the Genin and Chuunin portion of the exams, not only that but he had to find a squad, and that's where Hiro Sherudon came in, along with Armand Yamanaka and Zenchi Hyuuga Raiken. After getting well aquainted with them, they became Squad 14 or better yet, Team Formation Arm-Zen-Zat! Though Zatoshi's story is not finished, even at that point, there is more to come......

Weakness: Prolonged exposure to chuunin and below Katon jutsu, or instant exposure to jounin and higher Katon jutsu. Not recommended for fighting against a metal blade.
Description: The Omoikiri is very basic in design and usage. Simply put, it is a strong wooden sword. Armand fashioned it from the strong wood of the tree that "chakra paper" is made from. (The paper that tells you your chakra nature) The blade and handle have been coated in a fire-resistant covering so as to not catch ablaze immediately when contacted with fire. (However, prolonged exposure, or a high-level fire jutsu will negate this.) It will not break when fighting normal metal swords right away, but it will become damaged over time and eventually break. The sword, like all wooden swords, are blunt, and isn't necessarily used to kill, though it could with enough effort. The special effect of this sword, is that when the user is able to get off a hit, chakra will channel from them, into the victim. Through this, the user can initiate a genjutsu that doesn't require eye contact. (Genjutsu come from the guild's list. Eye contact genjutsu don't apply to this weapon. The user must have already learned the genjutsu, and it must be their rank or lower.) There is also a small, metal dagger sheathed within the handle of the blade. It does not have any special effects, as it is just a regular dagger.

Description: As obviously given of by the name, this genjutsu invokes a belief that the victim's mouth has been stuffed full of sharp shards of glass. There are two parts to the effectiveness of the technique. There is the initial shock and panic that the victim's mouth has been filled with such a painful and dangerous material, and the realization that it needs to come out...or go in. This usually urges the victim to carefully remove the shards of glass in their mouth by hand, or lead them to believe that they can endure the pain, and attempt to swallow the glass. This leads them to feel and believe that their throat and esophagus are being ruptured, cut, and damaged by the glass.
The one drawback to the jutsu is the ability to realize almost immediately that it is a genjutsu, considering that is highly illogical, almost impossible, that shards of glass suddenly appear in one's mouth. This jutsu is mainly used as a shock-and-panic delay tactic.
This jutsu must be initiated by eye contact. If the eye contact is more direct and held longer, the more real the jutsu will seem. If it is just quick, passing glance, then the jutsu will feel exponentially less real, and be easy to break out of it. The technique only lasts a couple of minutes, but it is meant to be a quick delay-and-strike. (2 posts, given they can't realize it's a genjutsu and break out of it) The genjutsu will also stop itself once the glass has been "swallowed" and the target has endured the pain of it, or the shards have been removed.

Description: This is a high-level lightning jutsu that focuses on the strength and potential cutting power of electricity. The user forms several seals, then claps their hands together. When they pull their hands apart, a solid-looking blade of lightning extends from one of their hands, starting at the fingertips. Then blade is a little less than a meter long. The jutsu possess immense cutting power, and upon a successful blow, will not cause bleeding, and the heat will solder the wound shut upon the hit. This however, can still cause a lot of internal injury, as well as intense electrocution and breathing problems. The blades are also "solid" and will be able to block and parry weapons. It will not, however, transfer currents down metal weapons. It is possible to cut through normal metal weapons with a strong enough force or prolonged pressure from the lightning blade or blades. This jutsu is not a stealthy jutsu. The blade resonates and crackle when formed, and when striking. The strength of the electrical power and current is comparable to the strength of the Chidori Sharp Spear jutsu.

xxxxxx Background History|| Grew up in a poor family. From birth to the age of 13, he lead a hard, but favorable life. Armand enjoyed the simplicity of it, but he saw that his family needed money, and decided to get a well paying job. When nobody would hire him, he moved into the Hidden Rain Village by following a trade caravan, and decided to enroll in the ninja academy in order to protect the ones who took him in, and to help his family back home.

Zatoshi lands upon the finger of the first Hokage with his hair flowing in the wind, his eyes set upon his destiny to leave the Hidden Rain in order to complete his quest for power, he was going to head into the Fire Country and hunt for an Eternal Mangekyou Sharingan, his headband, struck across the rain symbol with that of a kunai and it seemed that he had left everything behind for his quest. He even left Akkari behind to search for his power, he wouldn't let anyone stop him. He placed the Hidden Rain headband in his cloak and placed the hood over his head as his Ninjutsu Cursemark glowed underneath the shadow of the hood.

XXXXX As Zatoshi stood on the finger of the first Hokage's statue, a figure in a white cloak and hood would land on the head of the statue of an Uchiha whose name was lost to time. He sat stood there motionless. There was a small folder underneath his cloak. He looked at the contents, and then cast it aside, watching it fall off the statue and tumble into the river. He nonchalantly aimed three kunai, throwing them. They each sunk themselves into the finger, just under Zatoshi's feet. The wind picked up slightly, blowing back the hood that the figure wore. A light haired male, the same age as Zatoshi stood, wearing a Rain headband that was forever stained with a red tinge. A reminder of their pasts. This was the face of Armand Tikoshi. "Zatoshi. Stop." He said sternly, attempting to get his attention. He waited for the response, but his cloak was nearly being blown off by the slight breeze. It was worn loose for a reason, as it would be a hinderance in battle to wear, if it should come to that.

Zatoshi turned around and created a flat bed of paper with which he leaned against and smiled a smile of leisure, "oh hello Armand, its very nice to see you again, very nice indeed, I supposed you're here to take me back to Amegakure," his hood dropped to reveal one side of his face was covered in the Ninjutsu cursemark's symbol.

XXXXX Armand nodded. "The file that I tossed away was the order. Straight from Madame Nayely herself and Kemuri specially assigned me." He shifted his footing slightly, ready to move. "My orders were to take you back, or end your life." He stopped, staring ahead. "Don't make me do the latter. You have one chance, and only one to give up." He sighed, thinking about the village. "Your wife misses you, Zatoshi. Remember how happy you two used to be? How obsessed with each other you were? How much she hated me?" He said with a faint smile. "I mean it Zatoshi. I killed Zenchi, don't make me kill you too." He tapped his headband, Zenchi's headband. "Under the authority of a Rain shinobi, I am placing you under arrest. Come quietly or face consequences." Whatever Zatoshi would said next, would be the line between life, or the death of one of them.

XXXXX Armand got into a crouch stance. "Then it appears you can't be swayed. I'm sorry Zatoshi. But you have to die." (Background Music) He ripped off the white cloak and hood, tossing it off the statue. He wore standard ANBU armor, minus the mask. He decided it would be best for the fight at hand. He made a quick series of seals, then aimed his hand at Zatoshi. "Raiton: Raikou Kousen no Jutsu (Lightning Release: Lightning Beam Technique)!" A beam of electricity fired forward from his hand, straight at Zatoshi. He followed up with his other hand, tossing two shuriken on either side of the beam which also aimed at Zatoshi. After this, he sprang off the head of the statue, drawing the shortsword from his belt in a reverse grip. It was a straightforward and unsubtle move, but it was only to gauge how he should fight Zatoshi in the long run.

Zatoshi jumped over the lightning beam with paper wings sprouted and at the ready, he went for the air and creates a spear made out of paper, bringing it down on Armand as its composition changed to that of steel.

XXXXX When the two met, Armand raised his shortsword to parry away the spear, while taking a paper tag and slapping it against Zatoshi's back. It was simple at such a close range, but the fuse would be long, giving Zatoshi enough time to rip it off him. With that, Armand let himself fall, shifting his body so he would be able to plunge into the lake in a dive, resurface, and then stand on the water.

Zatoshi pulled the paper tag from his back and crushed it in his hands, he growled in anger as Armand stood on the water yet grinned as he didn't know that he had fallen into a trap, he made multiple handseals and landed on the water, standing on it, he released chakra from the soles of his feet into the water as crab claws(made out of water) rose up and grabbed Armand's legs, if it succeeded, he would've been dragged down underwater and held there.

XXXXX Armand stood emotionless as the claws grabbed his legs and pulled him under the surface. His arms were free, however, and he used them to make handseals while under the water. "Raikou Henge no Jutsu! (Lightning Transformation Technique)" He felt himself transform into a bolt of electricity, shooting to the bottom of the lake in almost no time at all, ricocheting off the bottom, and then being jettisoned out of the lake. This path of lightning would leave a strong electrical current in the water, and if Zatoshi would remain on the surface longer, he would be severely shocked, maybe even paralyzed. With the momentum, he canceled the jutsu, and perched on to chest of the Hokage, his feet charged with chakra and sticking to the statue. He reached into his satchel, and tossed a handful of shuriken at Zatoshi, hoping to make him unable to jump effectively away from the water's surface.

Zatoshi jumps back and into the air as Armand rises, he notices the shuriken and brings up a barrier of paper to block for him, he then sends sheet after steel-made sheet shuriken straight for Armand, going faster due to projectile control.

XXXXX Armand made a few seals, and did a relatively simple jutsu to block Zatoshi's attack. "Rain Water Crafting (Beginner)" Water quickly rose out of the lake, as eight shuriken fire out at high speed from the lake, deflecting the shuriken by direct impact or directing impacted shuriken to hit others. Armand stayed on the statue, looking at Zatoshi with a very stern and rage-filled look. "Ikamono Chikara no Chakra (Fake Chakra Power)" To Zatoshi, a dense cloud of purple chakra would flare menacingly around Armand's figure. Armand wanted Zatoshi to believe that this was the work of the Hachibi emerging. Hoping to either scare Zatoshi to surrender, or to make him fight harder. He could handle a more direct fight, but he didn't like the light attacks and standstills. There was too much room for interpretation. He needed Zatoshi to really fight.
