This power up would pretty much end Turtle's life. The name does need some work.. I was thinking Ghi Barrier, Shield or something Ghi related.
it would be an ideal item to use during Boss fights.

I think this powerup might do well as a short-duration Reflect buff, instead of Turtle's 100% Armor Pool.
My thoughts: 10~60s duration, 5~20m cooldown. The reflect needn't necessarily be 100% rate, but strong enough to be generally reliable. Perhaps similar to the Ghi Amp, this could have 10/25 charges?
