I like this one, would be nice to use if you need a quick r4 heal or buff. Again, the current name would better fit a Attack Ring of sorts.. I like Berserk, but Berserk is more like a long term thing (like the added functions stated). I really have no say on the Ferocity name, I think a name like Adrenaline Boost would be a good one, but we already have a Ring by that name so yeah...
Then there's Cooldown, Price, Uses. xp

Yeah, other than Red's proposal on Stamina boosting, rage boosting is the other effect I'd love seeing adrenaline have. Anyways, the power up. If it simply grants a single RR4, then cooldown should not be too much. If either alternate happens, then make it longer. I prefer the "number of uses" approach. Makes you think better on what you'll use rage on, as well as letting you back away for a bit without wasting it if something wrong happens.
This shouldn't be too much highly priced either.

I agree with Quint about preferring the 'number of uses approach'. Mainly because, as he mentioned, it requires you to think when you use the boost rather then getting trigger happy with your rr4'ing.
In the event that they couldn't get trigger happy with rr4'ing due to long recharge times, I think the boost would become redundant with people preferring to attack/ heal or ring-swap-rage in stead, as it usually doesn't take that long.
There is also the matter of many people being un-educated in knowing how to use rage naturally. While I'm sure Damnation would be a great way to teach them that rage exists, I can't help but be concerned that some people may get it into their heads that the only way to get rage is through use of the buff. If the boost was presented with a limited number of uses per turn, then they would at least have the chance to learn about the usual way of doing things in-between it's recharges.
Minor thoughts/ queries: -> Would people have to wait for the rage bar to fully load before they could use their rr4 buff, or would it be an instantaneous full-rage attack? While I would normally assume for it to be the former, it may actually become a nuisance in battle if they have to wait 5 seconds before they can attack.
-> If a person dazes after having used the boost, would the boost remain in tact? (I assume 'yes' but I figure it's worth asking about. )

I'm assuming instantaneous full rage attack, because otherwise, people could just use infinite RR3 attacks. Well, of course not... Which also begs the question to the first system: If you can be allowed to use 5 RR4 attacks, or in other words, 15 extra Rage Ranks, can you also use 7 RR3 + 1 RR2 attacks instead? I'd add that question as support towards the instant RR4. Better to just skip the damned issue and give users a better bonus as well.
No idea on the last one. I don't know how they intend to make this work, if it's a buff or anything else.

'nother variation would be to have the meter slowly fill itself overtime for X mins, Rage regeneration in other words, but that's far enough from RAGE:NOW! to be an idea of its own.
Anyway, echoing Quint's make it cheap comment, unless it can be spammed.
