Personality: I’m so freaking nervous! People always tell me I’m a bundle of nerves. I get panic attacks all the time, so much so that I take anti anxiety medication to keep me level during work. Large crowds scare me, so I’m not allowed to work during holidays. I’m very quiet, I won’t go out of my way to get your attention. I usually work the register because I don’t have to talk as much.
Biography: People always talk about how they would love to have three sisters like mine, and if I was one to speak my mind I would gladly tell the same people that I would trade places with them in a heartbeat.
My mother died in childbirth. They say it was a combination of stress from birthing four baby girls, and of losing my father to the criminal justice system. Executed, they told us, for killing homeless people. They also say it was because he was a Schizophrenic, and he was off his meds.
Our grandparents raised my sisters and me. Dad’s folks raised Marissa and me, while moms’ raised Loretta and Rosetta. Marissa and I were raised to express our emotions through song and dance, and Marissa just flourished. Mother’s parents were a bit stricter, and were only rewarded when they got spectacular grades, and did well in their respective sports. So, Marissa is a professional dancer, she’s also planning on becoming a musician when she’s become too old to dance. It was also no surprise that Loretta and Rosetta chose to enter the extremely difficult fields of medicine and law. Meanwhile, since I started to show signs of my father’s illness, I didn’t really feel like I belonged in either household.
The doctors haven’t diagnosed me with schizophrenia, but I feel as though it’s just a matter of time. I have panic attack on an almost daily basis, and I take super heavy duty meds to keep me calm while I’m at work. They suggested I work in an environment where I worked with people everyday, as if it might calm me down. So far, it seems to have helped a bit, but I’m still taking my ‘crazy pills’, as my sisters call them. They’re so very supportive as you can tell. –rolls eyes-
