[Physical Description:] Fleur is a beautiful girl with soft angled features. Her physical appearance is a compilation of the best of her father's and mother's genes taking from both the pure French roots. At 5'8" and 115 lbs, Fleur has reached the extent of her growth and maintains a very fit model-esc body. If one were to think of modesty, Fleur, would without a doubt be the epitome of that description. Her clothing is generally mute coloring, she wears a red scarf around her neck, a beige tank top and a brown plaid pair of short-shorts, and brown flat ankle boots. Fleur has a remarkably flawless and soft complexion. Her eyes are a startlingly brown color with a slight bit of red tones mixed in. Fleur also has long brown locks of hair that reach down to her buttocks. She is without a doubt beautiful but her beauty would be considered much more natural and classic. [Quincy Cross:] Unlike the traditional Quincy Cross, Fleur's cross, a ring, has been passed down only from mother to daughter within the Quincampoix family, for generations. The ring is traditionally worn on the right ring finger.
[Spirit Weapon:] Known as "Angst verleiht Flügel" (Fear lends wings), Fleur's weapon manifests as an ornate Jōhyō. The Jōhyō, or rope dart, consists of a long metal cable and a dark silver arrowhead "dart" that features a cross insignia identical that of her Quincy Cross. In combat, based on functionality and need, Fleur is capable of altering the length of the cable as well as the size of the arrowhead "dart". The Jōhyō itself compliments Fleur's acrobatic and blitzkrieg fighting style.
[Skills:] Fleur is very nimble. She is quick to action and her accuracy is quite remarkable, nearly unrivaled. In battle she tends to be very acrobatic and her battle style is very blitzkrieg-esc. Fleur is not unnaturally strong nor is she particularly speedy, though, she is however excessively agile. Her endurance is far beyond that of anyone she's known and her calculative tendencies make her a dangerous opponent. She can, quite literally, split a hair from one-hundred meters away.
[Biography/History:] Fleur was the only daughter of a diverse family; her mother, a French woman from Lyon, and her father, an Austrian from Graz, never married and lived separated. During her childhood, Fleur grew up seeing her father in Graz during the summers but otherwise lived exclusively with her mother in Lyon. It was from her mother that Fleur began to learn the arts of the Quincy at a very young age, however due to the untimely death of her mother, the cause of which was never investigated, Fleur studied the remainder of the Quincy arts from her grandmother. Growing up in the fashion that she did, Fleur was often removed from the outside world in order to work on her Quincy studies. She was home schooled and had few friends. Much of her youth was sheltered and only during the summers when she'd visit her father did she ever feel any real liberty. The sacrifice of her social life was not in vain, however, and Fleur became one of the youngest women of the Quincampoix to master the Quincy arts. Much like the purebred Lyonnais women before her, Fleur innately could control and absorb spiritual particles but none before her could do so as effortlessly as she.
Now, at the age of 16, Fleur is one of the more impressive though equally secretive Quincy within the race. Trained in all the Quincy arts exclusively (with the exception of the rarest arts), just now beginning to experience the mainstream life, Fleur took it upon herself to turn her back on Europe altogether and move eastward. She had always thought it her calling to live in a foreign nation and the instant she stepped foot in Karakura, Japan, she fell immensely in love. Despite her struggles as a new student of Karakura High School, with few friends and being so far from her family, Fleur is highly optimistic of her future and hopes to lead a normal, non-Quincy, life.
